My first time in this place. I needed a battery for my wrist watch, a friend said, this place does it. I had to wait a long time, because it's only one person (I assume the manager) that will replace the battery. She was in the middle of a sale, which was a lot more profitable than a battery replacement. Finally the sale was made, she replaced the battery, phew I can finally walk out of there. I walked out of there in shock, $12.72 for a wrist watch battery. I could have gone next door to TJMAX and get a new watch, for that cost. That was my first and last time there. One of my favorite places to stop in a browse for a while. They have some really different jewelry pieces, lots of silver, precious and semi-precious stones, Brighton products, Pandora and Troll beads, and some beautiful handbags. The folks who work here are pretty knowlegable about their products and provide very efficient service. My only wish for Andy's is that they extend their hours for us working gals who can't get there on a weekday or a Saturday. One of two evenings a week and perhaps Sunday for a few hours would be nice. read more

Very snobby customer service people. I asked the price of a ring and the sales lady stated it was 35 and half off. When I told her I would take it, she stated it was 1,750..not 17.50. She obviously doesn't know the difference. I should have known that the workers there were inadequate when I wasn't even greeted when I walked in. I was only one of two people in the store. I would and have recommended Artware to anyone! My fiance purchased my engagement ring here this month and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Our experience was a bit more unique. At the time my fiance started looking for "the ring" he was diagnosed with cancer and had to stay in the hospital. Becky and the staff were super involved in the process. She sent pictures to my fiance and he was able to pick the perfect ring all from the hospital. They're helpfulness enabled him to propose exactly how he wanted to just days after his hospital stay. I took my ring to be resized and again the staff was super involved, asking how he proposed and how his health was doing. I plan to go back for our wedding bands! read more

The store is nice and clean, and I liked the selection. However, when I was in the store, another costumer was as well. She was looking at expensive jewelry in the case and was going to buy something expensive. She received a work related phone call and had to leave immediately. As soon as she walked out, the sales associated said to the other, "She was a pain in the ass. She made me show her stuff and then she left without buying. I hope she never comes back." The employees continued to talk about the costumer as I continued shopping! I was so uncomfortable thinking they probably talked about my visit with other people when I left. I just found that remark very rude and it would prevent me from ever going there again. I also had a problem with product, I went in asking for a specific ring from Brighton and asked if there was one in the size I needed and the associate said I don't really know, just dig through the bowl. That was a turn off because your supposed to be helping me with a purchase, not telling me to dig through the box. read more
