It was a big project -- he installed new flooring throughout our entire house, completely redid our bathroom and shower, and even leveled out one of our bedrooms that had an uneven floor. The project did take some time, but it was absolutely worth it. The quality of his work is exceptional. The floors look incredible, the bathroom and shower turned out beautifully, and the previously uneven bedroom floor is now perfectly level. You can really see the care and craftsmanship in the details. Wayne is very communicative and easy to work with. He keeps you updated, walks through options thoughtfully, and genuinely wants to make sure you're happy with the final result. Here are some of the reasons they are amazing: 1) Ted S., the owner and head designer, had the ability to combine artistic, logistic, and technical requirements for the project. He was upfront and realist while being able to take us out of our comfort zones to show us what might be possible. 2) Kris, the project manager, was the person who made everything run smoothly. It didn't matter when I called, if she didn't know the answer, she'd find out! 3) Peter, the site manager, runs a tight ship. His crew was always professional, polite, and most important, CLEAN. Usually, other companies charge a fee for every single hole they drill in the sink and charge for each cabinet handle individually, but they did all of it with no extra labor costs. We also had our baseboards done here, and we are so happy with the results. If we had known they did vinyl flooring, we would have done that with M&M too. I highly recommend them. Oftentimes you can find the equivalent tile for half the price. Nevertheless, we purchased tiles for our bathroom here but bought our shower pan and edging elsewhere. Luckily, the tiles were in stock, so I was able to pick up at the Hawthorne warehouse location on 147th and Inglewood the same day. Overall, a positive experience and will go back there when we renovate our other bathrooms

I then arranged to email them specs, photo, and detailed info. No response after sending. I re-sent the email the following day, and two weeks later- still no response! I was finally ready to lay down the money on my kitchen remodel, but after this experience, I am hesitant. Really frustrated after having this happen on my first time.
