Never rushed and her "out of the box" thinking is refreshing considering the managed medical environment most of us experience these days. She has managed me through some on the blackest days my psyche has undergone of late and has bent over backwards to provide me with the tools and documentation I've needed to move forward with life. In all, this is a physician with whom I wish to move forward with, for many years to come.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This doctor was SO incredibly rude. I was at a loss for words…read morefor how awful she was to my family member. She first was annoyed that we asked her to speak Spanish. When on her bio mentions she speaks it fluently. Her demeanor towards us left us wanting to leave the appointment immediately. Made my family member feel incredibly bad about themselves to the point that she felt her blood pressure raise and was left shaken from the worse experience ever from a doctor. Very insensitive to so many questions. Zero bedside manner. No sense of patience or care AT ALL. She was annoyed that I was prepared with lab work as if that isn't her job to look at it. I don't know how she considers herself a doctor. If she hates people so much, she shouldn't work there. Perhaps the DMV is a better job. I truly feel sorry for anyone that has her. We've never had bad experiences in doctors until today. We will be reporting her to the insurance. This was unacceptable. And incredibly unprofessional. Do not go to her unless you want to feel berated and unappreciated. Unbelievable.

There is no judgement, just a team of healthcare professionals wanting to help you get on-track. It is clear that Dr. Kurtz is there to help you and does not dismiss anything you may be concerned about. I highly recommend this office if you are anxious about going back to a primary care physician, especially if you haven't been to one in a few years.

I have gone to Jason Kurtz for many years, until we had to extract our entire family from his…read morepractice. In the very beginning when he first started and was a brand new doctor, he was awesome. Now he's a total jerk and he has his uneducated office staff and PA running the business. just a few of our most prominent issues: 1. I was extorted by the front office, that he would not see me unless I paid a missed appointment, which I did not schedule. 2. The office refused to treat me, for a raging bladder infection that they tested me for, even though I'm a regular annual patient. I refused to pay the $50 to come BACK to the office the same day, for the RX. 3. His physicians assistant incorrectly diagnosed me as having HPV. And I had to go to another doctor for an incredibly painful procedure, all for nothing. I did not have HPV. 4. In my opinion Kurtz now has a God complex, he didn't used to. ***5. THEY REFUSED TO TREAT ME, AFTER I LEFT MY URINE SAMPLE....UNLESS I PAID WHAT FEELS LIKE A $50 EXTORTION FEE, in order to give me my prescription. When the doctor says they don't hold back care because of an unpaid balance, that is entirely incorrect, and I believe he's lying. His behavior is reprehensible, and he is fully aware of this. Don't say you weren't warned. ....*add the fact that he stands by his uneducated and extremely unprofessional staff, says even more. Do better Dr Kurtz. We ended up going to Dr Annette Bernhut in Orange and she is AWESOME. She cares about you as a person, vs you being the enemy

Lack of Compassion After Loss…read more My family had entrusted Dr. Arora with the care of our loved one (my father) during a critical time. My father was a patient for over 20 years. Sadly, after his passing, we received no follow-up, no condolences, and no acknowledgment whatsoever. The absence of any communication felt extremely cold and dismissive, especially given the seriousness of the condition and the time spent under this doctor's care. Not to mention my father was on several unnecessary medications due to his artial fibrillation. After his diagnosis, he was removed from all restrictive and so called " necessary" medications by a different doctor and was never in a-fib again. Kickbacks or payments given to healthcare professionals, such as doctors, in exchange for prescribing or recommending specific drugs is truly unethical and quite disgusting and can have long-term negative consequences for patients. While medical expertise is important, compassion and humanity are equally important and vital in the healthcare profession. A simple message of sympathy or closure would have meant a great deal to our grieving family. I hope this practice reflects on how they can support families during such difficult moments.

A year ago I had another one just to make sure I was doing good they found that I had a spot in my lung so I took this results to my doctor and again they have been on top of checking me every 6 months. with out this scan i wouldn't not have known there was something wrong. I decided I didn't want any awful surprises like my Dad had. I know the ONLY way to beat cancer is to catch it EARLY! So, in 2012 I found Superior Body Scan and have gone there for an AFFORDABLE head and full body CT Scan yearly and now every other year since COVID pandemic hit. I love this place! Low key, efficient, kind staff and perennially reliable! Dr Patel is the prescribing doctor for the CT Scans. He works at the practice. You don't need a prescription from your own doctor. You just call Superior Body Scan and schedule your Scan!! It's SO EASY TO DO!! The scan itself is very quick! And, the results of the scan are read by a radiologist who sends report to Dr Patel who will contact you within 2 weeks (usually shorter) and go over the report with you on the telephone. Then he will postal mail you the report. There is cancer on BOTH sides of my family and the likelihood of me developing cancer is quite high. Getting a scan every year or every two years ensures me of catching cancer early and having the opportunity to beat it!!! If cancer runs in your family or if you're a smoker or former smoker of anything, do yourself a favor and go to Superior Body Scan to stay safe!!
