The last time I came here this past Saturday, they had an older and new employee who aggressively thread my eyebrows and my glabella area (area in between eyebrows) and when I told her to avoid pressure on the area in between my eyebrows while she worked on each brow she ignored my requests and continued until now I have a huge injury/scab in that area. Also, despite showing her how I wanted to have my eyebrows shaped she kept saying in disbelief why do you want it shaped that way? Needless to say, I will not be coming here again. read more

Update, as I went in today. I worked with a woman named Komal. She also did fantastic work. I only had to explain one time how I like my eyebrows to look, and she was happy to work with my requests. My eyebrows looked great when she was done. Further, she has a very gentle touch and the threading was nearly painless. Highly recommend. read more

I wanted to like this place, but she threaded my eyebrows into a ridiculously thin line (1920's style). I simply asked her to clean my brow up (a few stray hairs). Won't go back. I don't trust their eye...my brows don't match my face. Will take forever to grow back. read more

Worst eyebrow threading I have ever gotten. She took off a massive chunk of the end of my eyebrow. It also hurt horribly, they are very heavy handed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! No one deserves awful, uneven eyebrows and that's what you'll get when you come here. Someone actually questioned whether or not I'd gotten my eyebrows done after I left here.
