This is one of our favorite malls in the DC/Baltimore area. We drive a considerable distance to get there. Why? Hard do pin down. Interesting collection of stores, Bass Pro Shop is fun to browse through. A complaint, parking is hard sometimes. A new casino on the grounds is a turnoff, and its customers take up valuable parking. We try to go in off hours. They advertise valet parking, but with a long line for the valet, we have found it pretty useless. read more

This is the biggest mall in Maryland by square footage. It's also majority outlet stores and chock full of good deals. If you can get past the crowds and horrific parking situation, it's a decent mall. They're doing a ton of renovations so the food court will have more options soon (it used to be kinda gross). Pretty decent stores, love the bass pro shop! Bathrooms can also be a bit hard to find. Also, park in the Maryland Live casino garage, the lots aren't worth the drama. read more

Also it has a mixture of corporate and independently own bushiness. Food is decent, with a very wide arrange of selection to go from. - Decent stores - You can find better Saks and Neiman Marcus outlets than here -Food court is really bad. -They have this Papaya Clothing store which has great selection of clothes but has very un-professional staff. After I bought some clothes as a gift and I realised they are too big for my friend, I went to return them. They told me the sale was final and they put the same on receipt. But, while billing the clothes, they told me that there won't be returns and only exchanges. They never cared to mention that it was final sale. When I wanted to talk to manager, the sales woman's response was, "Only my manager has authority to do something about it and she is on vacation" ! I was so angry with the way they behaved, I left the clothes with them anyway. Later, one of my husband's friend told me, she had the same experience with this store. Be careful with those idiots. -Rest of the stores are good but I've seen much bettet outlets ! -Not having A&F and Hollister is pretty bad. read more

Love coming to Arundel Mills! Whether it's to go shopping at the Nike store, getting food at Jamba Juice and Mrs Fields or living it up at Dave n Busters with friends. If you're into movies their Cinemark theater is really nice with an ice cream bar, tons of snacks and a large arcade. Their individual theaters are very big and you're sure to get a good seat no matter where you are! read more

Me and my friend took a road trip here and I have to say I was not disappointed with the size and store selection of this mall. When we first arrived I was happy to see that there was ample parking and even though it was a Saturday it didn't take any time at all to find a spot. When we got into the main part of the mall there were maps that you could take and there was a big directory which I liked because it showed that the mall cares about its shoppers. After looking around some of the stores and Bass Pro Shops we headed to the food court. There was a decent selection of food from pizza to Mexican to Cajun and Asian. They had something for everyone which is good because there are usually a few people in the party. I had the pizza from Sbarro which is about how you might think it was. Not great but not bad either. The one place where I am going to take som points off (or in this case a star) is with the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Many of the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and they had stalls that were totally unusable. I know it's a mall and that there is a lot of foot traffic but you have to make a better effort in keeping up the place. Perception is reality in everything so even though the mall had a lot of stores and was clean on the outside the bathrooms really made me mad with how little they were cared for. In conclusion the mall is very big and has ample parking. They have a lot of stores and a decent food court but the bathrooms are extremely dirty and have to be taken care of. This would be a 5 Star mall but the poor hygiene make it a 4. I still would recommend this mall if you're in the area. read more

This place is enormous!!! I had never been here before and I excitedly decided to tackle it without looking at a directory... Bad idea. My feet and legs were killing me after walking all the way around. This mall is really impressive though. There are tons of restaurants and a HUGE movie theater inside. There's also a Medieval Times restaurant!! Crazy. There was a good selection of outlet stores: Express, Old Navy, Saks 5th Avenue, The Limited... Very nice! However, with that said, I noticed that the prices in most of the stores weren't that cheap... Especially compared to other outlet malls I've been to, like in southern Florida. Even the Queenstown outlet mall has some better deals!! But, I got some dresses and sandals at the Old Navy outlet for super cheap. So, I guess it depends on which stores you go to. Truthfully, this mall reminded me of a slightly seedy Downtown Disney, with the labeled "neighborhoods" and hoakey signs. The Egyptian themed movie theater and casino are also kind of hoakey and over the top. I didn't get the impression that this mall is dangerous or crime-ridden like other reviewers said. It seemed pretty safe to me, but who knows. But, it's a fun day trip from Annapolis. I will probably return if I'm in the mood for indoor outlet shopping and an Egyptian movie or some gambling. read more

Parking is horrible, people going to the casino fill the regular parking lot spaces. Many unfriendly patrons within the mall and casino. The crowds and traffic have become unbearable. Not worth the trip plenty of nicer places to shop. read more

I really enjoy this mall. It's very clean and has a wide variety of stores. The only thing I don't like is all the walking. You might want to plan a day here if you're coming because there are just so many stores and the mall is huge. If you're bringing small children, be aware that they might not want to walk this whole mall. Parking also gets crazy on the evenings and weekends. There are some cool features to the mall though, such as the little train that takes little kids on rides in the mall, an enclosed machine ride that simulates a roller coaster, a play area for when your kids need a break, and they also give out candy at the various stores throughout the mall on Halloween if your kids are dressed in costumes. Children can also visit the Lego store and build a little Lego person to take home for free on Halloween as well. It's a cool mall, but you might not see everything all in one day. It's good to enjoy this mall in pieces or else coming here and trying to absorb it all at once might become a nightmare. read more

The mall is ok if you got nothing to do and just want to hang out at Dave and Busters or go to that rip off casino. This mall needs better stores. Had the same damn stores for damn near 10 years. Everytime I go there I end out coming back with nothing. Take that raggedy ass TJ Max out of there im tired of seeing it. Take that raggedy Saks 5th that dont have nothing luxurious or of quality outta there. Remove those raggedy kid rides that keep stealing my quarters. I visited this mall for the first time today. It has some cool stores, and a lot of places to sit in the food court. All the workers at the stores that I went to were friendly and treated me well. Moes Southwest Grill in the food court was really good. the fries at the steak & potato restaurant in the food court were tasty also. I didn't get to explore the whole mall, but they have a Dave & Busters a movie theater and many other cool places. read more

As far as the mall goes, it is huge and has a great variety of stores to shop at. However, there is a vender by the name of Deja Vu Cosmetics that puts on a big show and high pressure to buy their product. Don't be fooled....there is no refunds for customers who are not satisfied with the product. In fact, I had an allergic reaction to the creams/gels that they had put on my face and neck to demostrate how the products worked. I ended up buying over $400.00 worth of merchandise. On the way back to the hotel I am staying at I started to have the allergic reaction to the product that they demonstrated on my face and neck. I immediately took some medication to counter react the allergy, and washed my face. Once the hives and hard time breathing went away, I immediately went back to the mall to get a refund. They told me they could not give me a refund and to request the refund through the website. I went to the website and they do not give refunds to people who bought product through a vendor. Makes sense seeing that the online store did not get my money, but the vendor did. I am going to attempt to get the refund again today, if not I am going dispute the charges on my credit card. I have not open any of the products I bought. If there was a no refund policy, the sales representative Sapir should have made this known upfront. What company doesn't give a refund if a customer has a medical issue with the product? or even better, What if the customer is just not satisfied with the product? I thought the no refund policies went away in the 80s. read more

It's a great outlet mall to shop around! They have a vast amount of stores, not to mention they are opening new stores like UA! Very convenient place to hang out. The food court is meh but they are remodeling it, so hopefully it will be better quality food. read more

I really like this mall. HAS EVERYTHING! You can go see a movie, there are many restaurants here and fast foods. They have a big food court and next to it a casino. If you walk around the mall it would probably take you around 15-20 mins top. It's good to come on the week days cause there is barely anybody there. But if its on the weekends you will find no parking spots at all. You would probably have to park at the casino's garage or near the college (AACC). They have a Dave And Busters where can kids can enjoy and play and win tickets. There is even a bowling alley here. read more

Parking is a train wreck. I have never experienced a parking mess like I did yesterday (2/14/16). I ended up parking in the garage near the Casino and all levels indicated "open" but when I turned off at Level 4 -nothing. Went to the top level and did find a space but the real mess was leaving. I can't even talk about it since was such a nightmare (took me 30 minutes to get out of the garage). I hadn't been for years and needless to say I won't be back until I can be assured they have fixed their parking problem. Beside my money, time is the most precious to me. The Fossill store has the worst customer service ever! Went in to replace my battery on a new watch to be a birthday gift that day. The manager who was helping me broke my watch trying to replace the battery. I explained that I need a watch and can't have it sent out for repair because it was a birthday present. The manager had the gull to say "you can have it fixed and give it it him another day". Hello...it's for a birthday present today! So I ended up buying a watch in a section showing $39.95. She rings it up and shows $49.95 so I asked for the $39.95 price but the same person, who was the manager would not give me the $39.95. After haggling and asking nicely, she finally gave me a 10% discount! which was $5 off the $49.95 price. I've never experienced such bad Custer service and no sense of understanding that it was her fault and was not very helpful after she broke my watch. I will never go back to this store and wanted to share my experience with all of you out there looking to go to Fossill Store in Arundel Mills. read more

Very nice clean mall. I don't know how I feel about the hamster track (a big circle layout) but they had good stores, it was well kept and most stores had great customer service. The parking was tight even early in the day but its not a bad place to shop. The stores were large with lots of inventory. So this mall has a lot of great stores and there is something for everyone BUT you can rarely find a decent parking spot and you can not go alone. I would never feel safe here alone during the day or at night. I will only go if my husband is with me. I also think the food court is lacking. There are good restaurants but we don't always have the time to sit down and eat and neither one of us like the options for a grab and go meal. All in all, we do shop here about once every 2 or 3 months but it could be way more if I felt safer here. read more

ABSOLUTELY A TERRIBLE FOOD COURT for a mall this size!......If you like YOUR HOT FOOD COLD, YOU'LL LOVE SBARRO. With only one cashier working, waited so long in line to pay. By the time we paid the food was cold. Reported this to corporate and I did receive a call from them expressing their apologies, and that someone from the Arundel Mills store would follow up with contact. It's been nearly two weeks & still have heard nothing. From this you can see how much SBARRO really cares. WHAT A BLACK EYE THIS IS FOR ARUNDEL MILLS MALL! These sort of incidents hurt other merchants in the mall as well. We would only ever return to this mall to shop Bass Pro only. The other merchants can thank SBARRO for our interest in not shopping there. If they are representative of other merchants, why would anyone want to shop there? read more

The mall has a lot of great stores - Bass Pro, Disney, Bed Bath and Beyond and a host of children's clothing stores. However I am only giving it two stars. This is because the most obnoxious center aisle kiosk has opened here just a few steps from the food court. The food court, by the way, is under total renovation but from what they have done so far, it looks good. The kiosk I am discussing sells "splat" toys. As I was walking with my toddler grandchild the person manning this kiosk threw one of them to land right in front of my g-child. Then, without asking or even making eye contact, she handed one to my gchild and encouraged her to play with it. They are rather nasty things. Some look like an egg, another like an eye and after flattening out in a "splat" they reshape into a ball. Of course a child is going to want this latest piece of overpriced junk and the tantrums began when I refused to be held up in this manner. First of all, I have no idea of who else she has handed this to or what may be on their little hands - nor does the next victim know that about us. Second, I am used to people asking permission before giving something to a child in my care. This was rude and very inconvenient and ruined part of our outing day. This mall is laden with vending machines and rides designed to part parents and gparents from their money but they are not "thrown" at the child. NOW THERE IS THIS. I'll have to think long and hard before window shopping there again. read more

Parking is absolutely horrible on Saturday and Sunday, however the other days are easy. Save yourself the headache and just do valet which is right in front of the theater I think it's 8 bucks. I usually come here on weekdays when it's quiet but one day I decided to come on a Saturday, a car pulled out as soon as I entered lucky me. Literally there was not a single spot left it was absolutely ridiculous. I braced myself for the crowds that I would soon encounter as the doors in front of me would open. Surprise surprise there's no one there, it's a little bit more crowded than a weekday but hey it's not that bad. So where are the owners of those cars out there, I enter the casino and find the people I'm looking for. The malls nice it's the same layout as the potomac mills albeit with a tad bit of differences so you don't hit any dead ends. Food court has a lot of options, plenty of nice restaurants, and lots of shopping and specialty stores which I enjoy looking around in. I love the Egyptian style movie theater and there's also a medieval times dinner show. If you get bored here then there's something wrong with you. A must visit is the cabelas outdoor store, it's huge and I had so much fun here they have big stuffed animals which the kiddies will enjoy. Oh and the casino does not allow anybody under the age of 21 to enter regardless of whether they have a guardian or not. The only restaurants your children will be able to enter are the Cheesecake Factory and Bonny's burger palace. The buffet is inside which is the most stupidest decision that's ever been made in history. read more
