    Christmas shopping with the hubby.

The customer service was great from the different stores that we shopped at. Had many different sales some reasonable some kind of still pricey. One thing about this mall has a variety of stores for all needs, food court is a good size if you choose to sit and eat. Overall I can't complain.

Busy. It's a mall. Clean. Lots of people. Lots of selections for food. Plenty of stores.

I was a little hesitant to visit this mall due to other reviews, but to my surprise this mall was pretty decent! It's big and clean, has plenty of good stores, and the food court is great! There's also police and security walking around so you feel more then safe! From where I browsed around there were a few of my favorite stores including: Macy's and Macy's Home Sears Forever 21 Charlotte Russe Bath and Body Works Victoria's Secret and Pink Aldo Aeropostale Hollister Food Court: Chick Fil A Sarku Charlie's Villa DQ Red Robin I would definitely revisit!

Closed upon arrival-10 minutes early! Called several locations trying to find a gift for a Cousin in Florida. No direct phone numbers. So-called automated system to Frustrate

An absolute disaster of a place. It's like being in west Baltimore most weekends and all of the stores are collapsed or dying.

So moving forward, you have…read moreto wait to enter depending on the time of day or day of the week, you will have to wait to enter (so bring your patience). The CSR was very nice and patient advised when we can enter, then there was another CSR inside the entry/exit way advising about the carts, which they clean. Once inside, I had a chance to browse each section. The plus size section was somewhat non existent, but I managed to snag a few tops and a pair of leggings (which I discovered later had a hole in them, but was able to fix thanks ro my sewing skills) *TIP 1 check all merchandise for holes, tears, missing part, etc Finally I made my rounds in each department, found some people not following the directions in th store. Was able to find a few deals. Check-out line nearly lined all the way to the back of the store, but the CSR's were great. I hope they keep this up.

Now that the economy has forced a lot of us to start shopping at stores like TJ Maxx, I feel the checkout process needs to improve. Plus the store just had a bunch of stuff everywhere and seemed pretty chaotic to me, not optimal for a good shopping experience.

Eastpoint Mall will close on August 31st, 2026. What's sad is this mall is not dead; it's very far…read morefrom it. National anchors include Gabe's and JCPenney, with local businesses occupying other anchor spaces. The interior is filled with many local businesses, some of which have started closing sales. It has a food court that was busy during my stop and still has food stands. The mall does have a basement, which has office space, and Ultrazone Baltimore, a Lazer tag place that also has arcade machines. Office space also exists above the food court, but that was largely empty. The condition of the mall overall was good with the plants still being watered. While the mall does look dated, I could find no reason the owners would want to shut it down. This is an alive, almost vibrant mall that by the end of August will be no more. It's a real shame.

I grew up in Dundalk. My grandmother used to take me to Eastpoint as a child. I went to see Santa…read morethere, the Easter Bunny. A hundred stores must have come and gone since then. It's a sad shell of a space now. To think there used to be penguins and monkeys there. Eastpoint is now a popular local meme: "If Eastpoint Mall hasn't given up neither should you"... However, several stores and kiosks are still decorated for Christmas and it's August, so I don't know about the "not giving up" part. I have never seen so many downtrodden employees, lounging in empty stores, scrolling aimlessly through their phones. They know no one is coming to save them from the relentless boredom. Someone will rob one of the jewelry stores, if they're lucky. There are three food stalls in the food court: a Japanese place that doesn't give samples (I grew up having sample givers chase us through half the food court), a chicken box/fish spot, and the pizza place that has been there since the dawn of time. Nothing substantial. Definitely nothing that could be called a national chain. Want a cheeseburger? You're going to have to leave the mall and walk across the parking lot to McDonald's. JC Penney is the only anchor store, which never bodes well. Value City is gone. I swear my mom must have bought 90% of her furniture there. Remember when there was an Ames there? Or the Kmart? There's a haunted house in that space now. How very Dundalk. What other mall do you know that has a haunted house in it? There wasn't anything that I particularly wanted to buy out in the mall. I like to take a spin through about once a year. Watch the slow decay of yet another happy memory of my childhood (we used to go to the Friendly's there - it was across from the Brass Hen - and that's where I learned I love black raspberry ice cream, for example). I won't be surprised when it finally closes. I'll be sad, but that's the fall of capitalism for you. It's a race to the ultimate finish line between Eastpoint and Marley Station in Glen Bernie. It'll be interesting to see which survives the longest.

They offered me $9.99 for a pair of boots that retail at $99.99. Thankfully, the manager at this White Marsh location who's name is Tanisha was very polite and understanding of my situation. She explained why the other location was just offering the $10. But we agreed that how the situation was handled could have been better. She offered to make it right within her authorization. Unfortunately, it's the end of boot season and DSW in general stocks very few women's size 10 anything. So I was unable to find a comparable exchange. However, because of her respect for me and her compassion towards the situation, I did purchase a pair of shoes outright. I had originally been frequenting this location just because I enjoy the shopping center it's in. I had only gone to Towson the one time because it's closer to me. But I will never set foot in the Towson location again and will continue to go to White Marsh where I am respected and appreciated as their customer. Thank you Tanisha and team. You always make my shoe shopping a little better.
