No games, no BS. Quick oil changes, very friendly front office staff. They don't try to upsell repairs you don't need.

Mechanic recommended fixes for the long road trip, we had them completed and picked up the car with seemingly no issues. We were slated to leave the next morning at 5am, so we woke up at 3am to get ready and take the dog out on a walk, where we discovered the splash guard hanging completely on the ground underneath the car (first image + video below). So we had to delay our trip out by 2 hours just to bring it back in. Told them my frustrations with having our travel delayed, and wasn't really met with any sort of apology / compensation. Finally get back out on the road, and when we arrive at our destination the next morning, we noticed a scraping noise when hitting some low bumps. Looked under the car and see that part of the guard underneath is held together with a zip tie! (Second image + video) Absolutely insane work. Completely disgusted with the shoddy work and the lack of attention + care.

I needed a new valve body and solenoid pack for my 68RFE ASAP. Adair and the rest of the team at…read moreATS had one built, tested and shipped to me in just a couple of days. Adair took plenty of time to answer my questions and kept me in the loop while my new valve body was being built. He even texted me with the tracking number once it shipped. He also tossed in the billet filter adapter for free. So I don't have to worry about the mopar plastic adapter breaking and grenading my transmission. The valve body and solenoid pack arrived well packaged and it was quick and easy to swap it out. I now have the peace of mind that I will be getting more life out of my transmission. I really appreciate how fast this was built, the advice, communication and the overnight shipping to ensure I could get my truck back on the road!

PLEASE READ THIS PRIOR TO DOING BUSINESS WITH ATS!!!…read more This company has a 2-star rating for a reason and I'll tell you right now, they just don't care! In a nutshell, STAY AWAY FROM ATS DIESEL!! I purchased the ATS deep transmission pan and a thermal bypass for my 5th gen Cummins. The bypass went in with no problem. However, when I read the directions for the transmission pan installation I learned that I had to replace a plate inside the bottom of the transmission in order for their pan to fit. The plate was provided with the pan. Huh?? Why would I have to do any work inside my transmission just to get an aftermarket pan to fit? None of the other manufacturers of deep aftermarket pans require anything of the sort. I did not feel comfortable jumping into this project without some expert guidance from ATS tech support. Yeah, right! ATS tech support is what's called an oxymoron. It was a Friday afternoon and it was clear the guy I spoke with in "tech support" really would rather get on to his weekend than to help me. I asked him to give me some advice on the specifics of replacing a plate prior to the installation of the pan. All he said to me was, "It'll make more sense once you get into it." Really?! That's tech support? No help, no clarification, no nothing from this guy. I email a complaint to ATS and was initially impressed with the president of the company (in this case, it turned out, another oxymoron) responded with an apology for the poor tech support experience. He said he would listen to the recorded interaction that I had and get back to me. That was it! I never heard back from the so-called president again. I emailed him twice more and was just ignored. I emailed him again and also customer service in general 3 times asking how to return the pan, if I needed an RMA or what? I was ignored on all accounts. I resealed the pan and paid $70 to return it. Now I am waiting for a refund. I see a dispute with my credit card coming. I have done business with other diesel accessory companies like BD Diesel, Banks Power, Thoroughbred Diesel and RevMax, to name a few. All were great to deal with especially Banks Power. They'll stay on the phone with you all day long and not complain until all of your questions are answered. I will not use ATS ever again for any of my trucks. In fact, I removed the ATS thermal bypass and tossed it in the garbage, a loss to me of over $100, but I don't care. I replaced it with a better made bypass from BD Diesel. MY ADVISE: THERE ARE TO MANY DIESEL AFTERMARKET PRODUCT COMPANIES TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH A POORLY RUN ATS THAT CLEARLY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER. !! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

From the start, everything felt off. What should have been a straightforward diagnostic turned into a bloated, overpriced "inspection" loaded with vague explanations and questionable recommendations. I went in expecting honesty and professionalism--I walked out feeling like I had just been taken advantage of. The pricing is absolutely outrageous for what you actually get. They charge premium rates, yet provide little to no transparency about what they're doing behind the scenes. Labor costs were inflated, parts were marked up well beyond reasonable levels, and the explanations I received felt more like rehearsed sales pitches than genuine mechanical advice. It became very clear, very quickly, that the goal wasn't to fix my vehicle--it was to upsell me on as many unnecessary services as possible. What really pushed this over the edge was how my truck was handled and what I was charged. I feel like my vehicle was completely mistreated while it was in their care, and on top of that, I was hit with a bill for nearly $1,700--and not a single repair was actually done. This was supposed to be a simple diagnostic that I was quoted around $250 for. Somehow that turned into almost seven times the amount, with nothing fixed. That's not just frustrating--it feels completely dishonest. What's worse is the lack of honesty. I was told I "urgently" needed repairs that, after getting a second opinion elsewhere, turned out to be either completely unnecessary or wildly exaggerated. That's not just frustrating--it's unacceptable. Trust is everything when it comes to auto repair, and I felt like that trust was completely violated. The whole experience left me questioning how many other customers have been pressured into paying for work they didn't actually need. It's one thing to charge a fair price for quality service--it's another to take advantage of people who rely on your expertise. If you value your time, your money, and your peace of mind, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to anything here--or better yet, just avoid the headache altogether and go somewhere that actually values honesty and integrity. I won't be returning, and I certainly won't be recommending them to anyone.
