What really disgusted with this place was they said they looked at all 4 CV axles but never told me that both front tires were so worn down on the inner part of the tires that metal band was sticking out. Maybe a tad high but all the prices and services are clearly marked online. They do have coupons so maybe peep and save yourself $10-25. Doesn't hurt. I don't think this would be a regular occurrence for me but if you've somehow forgotten to get your oil changed or only have 20-45 minutes between appointments this is definitely a strong contender.

So I'm out $76 Several days after I went here for an oil change, i took the same car to a full garage for other issues that needed to be addressed. They said the oil filter was leaking all over and wanted to charge me for a new oil change and clean up of the oil, as they could not work on the car if oil was going to be leaking all over the place. They sent a picture of the leak and indeed oil was all over. I felt I really had no choice. Canceling service in the middle of a service appointment (and a half hour drive away) at the garage i like and trust to bring it back to these people and then go back is dumb. So I called this store and spoke to the tech who was there when I had the service done. She said I had to talk to the store manager. This guy then told me the garage was lying and I was lying and trying to get a free oil change. He acknowledged that occasionally a filter is faulty also in this conversation, but the only option he gave me was to bring the car back for another oil change. I said I can't it's being fixed right now at the other garage (half an hour away) and instead I'd like my money back. He said I have to talk to the regional manager. I call this guy and he basically blows me off and says he'll get back to me. 2 weeks go by and I call him 2 more times - waste of time. I filed a credit card dispute and somehow these guys fought it and won. So no $76 for me. I used to really like Jiffy lube (i usually went to the south golden one which I always had good service at) but these stores are owned by the same franchisee so i will be going elsewhere going forward.
