She apologized and proceeded to tell me she already called another child. I said I know but im here and have been here before them. I also made an appt before. She said well I already called him with an unprofessional actitud, proceeded to let her know I know but were here and she simply said you can wait they will call you right now. I myself am a small business latina owner and always support others but she simply didnt care if I did business with her. I deal with customers on a daily and we live and thrive of our customers. To be treated with such unprofessionlism was awful because that's what keep ones business going. If she treated me like this and it's a kid hair place I could only imagine how she treats her staff. Very unfortunate they lost 4 local customers, do not recommend this place. There are so many others like the one we went to after were did a great job, kind, professional, cheaper and less than half the wait.

She was very thorough during the consultation to make sure I understand what she is about to do and that I also get what I came in for. My original hair was highlighted (super bleached/ashy) and had a bad layered cut (turns out I had a mullet I wasn't aware of lol). I wanted to return to my natural color and also get a cut to even out my layers. Within two hours, Hanh achieved the color and cut seamlessly through proper and detailed steps to repair my damaged hair. My experience with her was fantastic. She is so bubbly and fun to talk to and she is an expert in her field. I have never learned so much about hair ever in my life! Even for styling, she gave so many tips.
