Unfortunately I will not be returning to this salon ever again. I went into this salon wanting to have my hair colored and to get tape in extensions. The overall vibe and experience (in the salon) was very good and my stylist was very friendly and nice. When I left I was satisfied with the appearance of my hair. Now, I know tape-ins can be a bit uncomfortable (which they were painful when I left) but I just continued on with my day. As days went on the pain became more and more painful, so painful that where the tape-ins were installed was throbbing. I reached out to the hairstylist but didnt get a response so I contacted several other hairstylists to look at my head and get advice via photos. They all recommend to remove immediately as they were not installed properly, they were to close to the scalp with to much tension. My friend who is also a licensed hairstylist said the same thing and helped me remove them that night (which was 6 days of me having them in). I finally got a hold of the stylist who did my hair and let her know of the situation. She told me I had a sensitive scalp and it could have been caused by some underlining health issues. (That is not the case) as I told her that I've bleach my hair and had things done to my hair for years and NEVER had any scalp issues like this. I did ask for a partial refund and not a full refund. I asked for a partial refund because of the physical bodily harm that was caused to me due to the improper installation. I was told no; that once my head heals she'll just install them again just further away from the root and I will not be receiving a refund. Not only did I not have the hair in for that long (6 days) but if I didnt remove them it could have caused even further permanent damage to my scalp. I spent $450 not including the tip of $40 that I gave the stylist. read more

I recently got married and I needed a spray tan for my wedding. I recently moved to the area and I didn't know anyone. So I came across this Salon on Yelp. I called the salon and they answered all of my questions. They were so polite and professional that it made all of my worries go away. The moment I showed up, I was greeted at the door and given water. This is a very nice salon! Juliann was great to work with and very professional. I felt very at ease and I knew that she would do a great job. I got my spray tan on Wednesday morning and was married that Saturday. My tan looked so good that everyone complimented me on it. My hair is actually thicker than it used to be. She is super gentle when taking them out as well. I drive an hour both ways just to get my hair done with Chloe! I went to Marcos for a color correction and deep conditioning after my hair appointment at a different salon. My hair was left orange and dead. Marcos knew exactly how to fix it leaving my hair hydrated and with a beautiful blonde color (I have /had very dark hair.) Blonding is definitely a skill set and Marcos is one of the most amazing colorist I've ever had work on my hair. I've added before and after pictures. Update it's been 8 weeks since my hair was butchered and color was botched. I recently went in to get my hair blow dried at a different salon with a girl I've never met she asked me who cut my hair and did my color. She noticed my layers were butchered and my highlights were brassy and felt so bad for me. She fixed my curtain bangs and did some face framing something that Angeline said was not possible. I immediately felt my confidence return once I saw my hair done. We laughed about the situation and I told her that I'm still traumatized till this day. I hated my hair and I replay this horrible experience every day in my head because I honestly can't understand why Angelie did me so dirty. I felt so validated and heard! I would give this place 0 stars, I just found out that this place charged my daughter $750 for a calico hair dye. She was originally quoted $350-$400. When finished she was told $750, my daughter who does not like to question anything agreed & went to the bank to pull out another $350 dollars. I've been trying to get over how much I hate my hair. It's been 4 days and I still want to cry. César has done my hair twice before and completely missed the mark this time. I reached out to him in the kindest way possible about the color and cut which was uneven. He completely came off so rude which was surprising as I've known him for over a year. Offered to fix the cut after blaming me for it. Spent over a year lighting my hair little by little just for him to dye it dark reddish brown. I'm so sad about it.
