Today, I bought a lot of lotions, colognes and mini pocket travel size sanitizer for our New Year gifts to family.. The employees leave you alone for the most part which is fantastic. Every single one will ask if you need help finding something but after the initial greeting they are pretty spaced out. The girl who checked me out didn't even speak to me once and I had a pick up order as well. She talked to the other employees about my order but never acknowledged me. Made me feel like she was irritated or to good to speak to me? Idk. They had everything in stock that wasn't available for pick up at the VV store, so that's a plus. read more

This is the B&BW inside of the Solano Town Center -customer service is far from acceptable. The girls in there look like zombies - with no emotion on their faces - never was I greeted it asked if I needed help. Once I finished finding my items, I stood in the empty line for 3 mins while a worker stood to the side folding boxs and staring at me, finished her boxs and then came to the register. But then, the manager I assume told her to get back on the floor and told another girl (Kayla) to get on the register. Kayla rings up my items, I show my smart phone with my coupon and rewards account and she took my phone and scrolled through the coupon and asked me where I got it, and asked if I receive their emails. - Yes I recieve emails, but this is from my B&BW app - she says "oh we don't do that here, thats only for like LA and Chicago areas" - as I look at her dumbfounded and confused - she says "well I guess I can try it but I know it wont take it" - she scans it and I hear "BEEP" (it took it) she says "oh I guess it worked" - I then opened my rewards barcode and she asked me what THAT was -ugghh - Never mind little girl - just gimme my candles and soaps and let me go. - never again will I use this store. read more

The girl that helped me out yesterday was very nice, but seemed so monotone.. Not as energetic as the other employees that helped me on my last visit. I guess everyone has their days, especially when it was really slow. Every time I'm at this mall passing through, they're always busy and crowded. So she had down time. Short and sweet, I picked up my essentials and was out the door. Cute Bath & Body Works location! I actually used to work at Bath & Body Works when I was a teenager (other location) and I love coming back here for their yummy soaps and candles! This location is nicely organized. Their employees are very friendly as you'll usually find at any BBW store. Kinda made me miss working there! Love how they have candles and scents pertaining to the season! This week they had a $10 off a 3-wick candle deal. I ended up getting one for about $12! So awesome! read more

I recently visited Bath and Body works at the Solano Mall. I must say that on this particular day, I received what I consider to be some of the best customer service from a sales associate by the name of Moreah. The particular scent that I had wanted was no longer in season, so I was looking at some of other lotion scents. Moreah made her way to me and asked if she could be of assistance to me. After telling her about the scent that I really enjoyed during the holidays, she actually remembered speaking to me on the phone a few days prior when I had inquired about the now out of stock item. Moreah was not only very helpful in finding me a scent that was pretty equivalent to what I had wanted, but she also introduced me to several other scents that are now some of my new favs! I was very impressed by her knowledge and familiarity with the various products, but what was also welcoming was her patience and professionalism which was topped off with enthusiasm and a genuine smile. I've been a Bath and Body customer for at least 15 years or more, and I don't think I can recall having a shopping experience as enjoyable as I did on this visit. Moreah also made sure that I was aware of all of the current sales that were going on at the time. Also to note, the store was bright, well organized and clean. I truly look forward to visiting again in the near future! read more

This store has the worst employees who obviously know nothing about working retail. Today is not the first time I have wanted to just walk out. Black Friday and lines are long - was prepared for that and willing to patiently wait. Two away from the front and the lady says she is creating a fourth line and basically forced us into it. I walked the people behind me in the original line get checked out while I waited in the slowest line ever. If you are opening another register you do not move people into another line - you pull from the existing line into both registers. . Won't be back. read more

I decided to stop in as my family was leaving the mall, to treat myself to some lotions etc. The guy who approached me seemed irritated by my presence and left me to talk to a woman in Spanish. He rushed me through my purchase and I ended up talking to another associate, and changing my purchase as the guy who originally approached me catered to another Spanish-speaking woman. A horrible experience and I will not be going back. Would give zero stars if I could. read more

I always have a great experience when I come here! The staff is always friendly and willing to help. I look forward to new smells and rubber duckies!! Thats right, rubber duckies. There's always new ones with fun designs! Also through out the year they offer gift packages that make great presents (Christmas time is the best). I went into this store not even really expecting to buy anything just checking out new scents. I was greeted immediately by Trina. She was so vivacious, beautiful, sweet, and her energy was amazing!!! I left spending over 250 dollars!!! She showed me the scents I described that I liked because she listened and cared. I live in Vacaville and we have a location there but I will only be coming back to this one because the manager in Vacaville was rude to me and didn't give me the help I needed. Hopefully Trina will stay in this location so she can help me!!! read more

The employees at this location are very friendly and helpful. I needed a gift basket for a prize and they helped me pick out everything for the specific color scheme I needed. Absolutely love this store. I have always had great customer service and love the majority of their products. They have some great sales at times and I generally always feel like I'm getting a good deal. They were out of a new 3 wick candle that I really wanted and my coupon was going to expire before they thought they would get it in. Last night we go back to the store to exchange 4 of body creams. (we purchased 5 on other day by mistake ) because we opened 1 that why we returned 4. The girl there said we could get 1 (at home) and come back to return 5 of them. Ok. We turn around to purchased 6 of body wash and we got 1 gift is $14 value. So we decided to get body cream (same one by mistake we want to returned ) and we're about to left the store and we think why don't we return 5 of the body cream now ( the same 5 of items by mistake ) and keep the one at home ( opened ) as a gift. So we tell the sale girl about that. The girl seem to confuse and call the manager his name is Recado. But that guy not agree. He said this is the gift can't not return, go home and get the one at home ?! It the same item ?? And brand new ? Why we have to go home and get the same item was open ?? And he was call other two sale girls go away from the counter while we try to explain and not to service us. OMG What a rude and stupid manager. Just the simple case but he could not to be solve so what can he done ?? Now end up we return all the item we purchased and never never to go back to this store again. read more
