Dear Spectrum Customer Service,…read more I have been a Spectrum customer for many years, using mobile, internet, and now TV service. Unfortunately, I have never experienced so many problems with customer service as I have recently with my TV service. The main issues are: * Lack of transparency and continuity: Each time I call in, there's no proper documentation or review of previous notes. I have to re-explain the entire situation, and nothing is followed through. * Misleading information: I was told by a technician on Sunday that the problem was a node issue. However, since then, no one has reached out, and I've received no updates or confirmation that the problem is being addressed. When I call back, I'm simply told to open another ticket instead of seeing actual progress. * Poor accountability: The service issues remain unresolved, yet Spectrum continues to collect payment without delivering the reliability or integrity expected. This is not how customer service should work. I would strongly caution others to think twice before choosing Spectrum, as customers deserve honesty, consistency, and solutions--not empty promises and repeated runarounds. I expect a clear response on how and when my service issue will be resolved. Sincerely, Blaine Sheckler

This company had spotty service the whole three years that I used them. When I called to…read moredisconnect, I was not told that they would not pro so I would need to disconnect on the last day of my even if I was still there. I was not told that until I called to dispute my final bill which includes four weeks that I will not be living Where that service was. I do not recommend them as a service provider. Also customer service was terrible.

I called and filed a claim, was told I would hear back in 10 days, no one called, of course, so I filed a complaint with BBB and found out AT&T doesn't care that they damage your property, they will not fix it and basically call you a liar. The so called executive office that called me even said they do not fix tire ruts in yards......like idiot your lost employee parked in my yard , damaged it and I wasn't even the one that was getting the service and now you won't fix it. Seriously it would take some dirt and maybe a half hour to fix! Like are you even kidding me. This place is a joke. Can't even make it right. HORRIBLE COMPANY!

AT&T has like most large companies gone the way of robo response to solve problems. It generally…read moreleaves more than a lot to be desired. A one hour wait is not uncommon, an a call back from an unknown number that you won't recognize in an age when you don't answer calls from unknown numbers. Beyond dumb. Most devices are fine for 5g connections but occasionally not. Normally you have the option for a 2.4 g connection apparently AT&T decided to merge them making this impossible unless they intervene. Which means days attempting to contact them and no response. Has to be a better solution. Like a human/ humane one.

First off, I am not Adam. I scanned the business card he gave me and attached it to the review…read more Have you ever had the experience of trying to deal with a home network problem by going through your ISP, and, the vendor of whatever other networking equipment you are using? Each of them says that things look good on their end, and you need to contact the "other guy". How about trying to do that on the phone? You live in an area with poor cell signal, and the only way you can have a conversation is to utilize "wifi calling", except - you DON'T HAVE WIFI, so the call is breaking up and you can barely understand each other. The chance of getting a technician from your ISP to pay you a visit is about as likely as winning the lottery. I did a search on Yelp and Adam was the first - got another response from one other vendor who said they couldn't help me - to respond. He said he could come the next day, and it turns out he is located only 15 minutes from my house. I had done some remediation before his arrival and found out that my problem was not due to equipment, but a configuration decision that I had made that gradually disrupted my network (No, the customer is NOT always right). Adam explained everything that had happened, tweaked some settings, and made some suggestions about how I could optimize my setup. He is very knowledgeable about many networking, communication, and security issues. This will lead me to work with him in the future to improve the quality of our cell signal and do some rewiring to improve the performance of our home network. He also has expertise in other areas - it turns out he used to work for the company that services the entry gates into our community and is also extremely well-versed in network security issues. His hourly rate is entirely reasonable, IMHO. Finally, he is a REALLY nice guy. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Great guy and solid problem solving. Will call him again if need arises. Smaller job but still…read moregrateful for the help!
