My biggest advice when choosing a Sentrel shower wall is to wait for a sample before making your final decision, especially if the color isn't available to see in the showroom. In our case, the Master shower floor and walls were supposed to be the same color, but once installed, the walls looked noticeably different and had more of a gray/green undertone. We absolutely love the workmanship and truly appreciate all the hard work that went into completing our bathroom. The only thing we're struggling with is the wall color. If replacing the walls is even an option, we would love the opportunity to discuss it, although we honestly feel hesitant asking because we know how much work went into the installation. We contacted Marc off of a friend recommendation and we were not disappointed. He was prompt in returning calls, professional in all contacts, reasonably priced, reliable in completing work, and knowledgeable about where the failure of old pan occurred and how to fix it. While tiling the upstairs master floor, we ran into evidence of the master show pan failure too. Marc was very understanding and flexible in working with us while we followed up with the insurance. They brought me into their showroom where they showed me a virtual design of my room and worked with me, showing me different options that were available to me and allowing me to tweet the design to my liking. They also have a fair amount of selection of plumbing fixtures, flooring, sinks, cabinets, etc. DR Design did a fairly good job quality wise, if I had to nitpick the tile floor and some of the grout was a little subpar in that the spacing on the grout isn't even and the floor tiles don't feel great under your feet. I did have a couple of small issues to which they came back and repaired without issue.

It HAD to be a way to make a couple hundred extra dollars on my project. -A refund for a nominal amount, for something I was overcharged for, was promised to me on the day the final work was completed. I did say no no no thats ok. I mean, I never say no to a refund. But I did, partly because it was an insignificant amount when paying tens of thousands of dollars. But mostly, I knew Robert would forget anyway. He was so insistent. My hunch was correct, he forgot. -The last screw for the robe hook was missing for weeks. Chris spent an hour, no exaggeration, trying to screw one screw in. He went to his car three times, and I had to call him back in each time to tell him it was still loose. Luckily, he hadn't left. -The countertop. All I'll say is the next time I'll pick out the slab, instead of looking at a small sample. - Caulking failure, described above. Should caulking fail in less than three months? I have a hallway bathroom, and a kitchen that are due to be gutted. I had hoped to continue a working relationship with DR Design. Time to look on YELP for a different contractor. **** I want to correct a statement from the business owner Debbie P... I received a change order in the app for the medicine cabinet modification. Alarmed, since I'm on-site, and available to speak to I went into the bathroom to talk to the installers, and they stated they had already modified the medicine cabinet. I then called Robert, not the other way around. Robert apologized for not speaking to me before the modification was made. No conversation took place beforehand and no signature. Surely, not legal, good thing I'm not litigious. Its also notable that only a few of the items I described in my review were addressed by the business owner, no mention of the refund. Are our projects audited internally?

We chose all licensed and bonded installers as we figured they would provide a higher quality of work. In only five months, a few of the 24" x 24" porcelain tiles, which had been installed on the floors of our kitchen, laundryroom, diningroom and entryway, began to come loose and one of them cracked. The installer came out and replaced the cracked tiles to our satisfaction, however over the next year, nine more tiles became loose After trying to work it out with the licensed installer, we were forced to have an independent inspection performed to see how wide spread the problem was. After having five different Tile contractors out, we were appalled that only one out of the five would we hire. Sam, from Brothers IC met with us and took the time to inspect the previous install. He was professional, very knowledgeable and although his bid was the highest, he was the only one we felt confident with. Sam and his three man crew did a great job and paid attention to every detail. We highly recommend this company!! Thanks Sam!

I got a walk-in shower with a glass door from Rebuildit, and it was installed about 2 weeks ago…read more Cost was $20,000, which was more than I wanted to pay but $5,000 cheaper than the other two bidders. We chose Rebuildit because we liked the salesman so much, even though the price was a little more than we wanted to pay. It took about a month for the materials to arrive, and then two days for installation. The two installers were very skilled at their work, and very neat. They corrected things that were not quite right about the previous shower installation, and made everything all neat and tidy before they started the installation. They put in a solid, waterproof wall, and everything looked watertight and sturdy. The second day, they installed the acrylic panels and mouldings, and the results were terrific. We can't believe how terrific our shower looks, and how comfortable it is for showering. It's very easy to clean, too.

If you schedule an estimate with this company, be prepared for a much longer visit than promised and don't expect your time or boundaries to be respected. Jorge quoted me at $700 as well as one other contractor with the others absurdly overpriced, the next lowest one was $1500. All for basic carpeting. ChatGPT gave me a range of $500-$900 for the job in my area. Quality - looks great, watched some of the work and I could tell they were trying to do it right and not cut any corners. Service - great communication throughout the project and was not pushy on sales like some of the other companies. Really kind person and I wish most contractors were like him. His employee was friendly as well. I was a little nervous using someone with such few reviews, but glad I took a chance. Highly recommend Jorge and Golden Floors.
