I had them install baseboards, fix a section of my floor, and restain my floors. I went on vacation while they did this. I came back to all the windows in my house and doors left open. Anyone could have came in. The baseboards were not painted, there was dust everywhere, they got stain on many of my cabinets. They did come out to paint the baseboards but got paint on the floor. I paid to have the furniture moved and ended up having to help move in myself. Additionally, the workers that did the actual work were not even from the same company. I doubt that they were even legal. I could get past most of this but one of the repairs only lasted a few months then broke again. When I reached out they gave me the run around, then when they did come out said that my floors were not installed probably, and that was the issue. I asked when they did not disclose this prior to the project they said that they did not know. They refused to repair it and were very rude about it. I have no choice but to report them to the licensing board and go to court to collect damages to repair my floor. Do not use this company.

We were impressed with Flavia's knowledge and professionalism when she came to review the project for the estimate. She asked questions to understand our needs and wants. She patiently listened and answers our questions. During the installation, Flavia came out a few times to ensure everything was going well. She also helped find just the right transition pieces to work with the existing flooring outside the baths. The installation was a two day process. It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. Our installer was skilled and did a great job not only with the tile, but with new baseboard and a new toilet installation in one of the baths. He was great to work with. Flavia came out one last time after the installation to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the result. Pro Floors' cost estimate was in the middle of the three estimates we received. But, our choice was based more on our experience during the initial visit than anything else. We were not disappointed. Certain areas that are too stained to match everything (requiring replacing those boards or choosing a darker stain if you prefer), we believed we had hardwood flooring under the kitchen laminate and it turns out we did not. Each step of the way, Ruben would calmly lay out our options, and quickly show us the cost of each option. It was a very large project. They replaced all of our base boards and door trims throughout the house as well as refinishing floors throughout the entire house. We stayed in a hotel during the work and Ruben gave consistent updates so that we had a good guess of which day we move back into the house and plan accordingly for that. I would describe Ruben's approach as "high-touch". Answers questions via text, always happy to stop by just to drop off samples of colors or materials. I really appreciated this. This is a licensed and insured local business with a stellar reputation which is why we went with them. I'm so happy we did. Our floor was torn up in a hallway/master bath & master bedroom due to a flood. We were looking for someone to pull up floor from the spare bedroom and use the pieces to patch the remaining parts that were damaged due to a flood. He arrived and talked through our options with us and got back to us in a reasonable time to schedule & get to work. We had a quote from another floor guy but we really liked Josh & his quote was great so we were in. The work itself took about a day a half and the patchwork was seamless. He was able to reuse many of the floor pieces to fix the main areas and we are now off to get the remaining bedroom carpeted. We woulda went with him for this as well but that was outside of his scope. Nevertheless the job was done below budget and quickly might I add. He also fixed a linen cabinet that had been removed due to the water damage. He was meticulous and thorough in cutting and replacing the baseboards as well. We cannot recommend him highly enough. In Feb. 2020 I hired Navarro Tile Co. to install Ceramic tile in my living room. I was impressed & very satisfied with their professional installation. When in Dec.,2023 I wanted to install tile in my bedroom, remove Carpet, move a few pieces of furniture, I found the number of Navarro tile. Being a senior, I could not move furniture & had no one to help me. I called & set up an appt. With Carlos Navarro, the son of the original owner of Navarro Tile who created his own second generation family tile business called TNT ( Top Notch Tile). What an appropriate name for Carlos' company. They came on schedule, worked tirelessly doing a clean , competent job. The tile was installed in short order as was predicted by Carlos. I am ecstatic at the beautiful finished product. All grout lines are level, no raised up uneven tile; all flush & even. The workers were so happy & proud of their stellar job that you could her one singing. The cost was better than all of the competition & no one wanted to help me move furniture. The job was completed to perfection and Carlos was a dream to work with. After having five different Tile contractors out, we were appalled that only one out of the five would we hire. Sam, from Brothers IC met with us and took the time to inspect the previous install. He was professional, very knowledgeable and although his bid was the highest, he was the only one we felt confident with. Service - great communication throughout the project and was not pushy on sales like some of the other companies. Really kind person and I wish most contractors were like him. I disagreed to pay more since thats not what we agreed. They left the home with the carpet messed up and removed in one room. 4. I was disappointed and they emailed saying they never started work but this is not true because they already removed carpet in one room. 5. I sent another flooring company and realized and shocked that carpet was already removed in one room and due to this the home is uninhabitable. 6. I am forced to pay 10K to another company to change the flooring. 7. I do not recommend this flooring company to anyone since they will mess up your home and demand more money without honoring a signed contract and without getting you prior approvalbbefore beginning work. 8. I am updating my review since they commented below that unexpected issues may occur causing price increase. In my case the fault is on their side. They told they miscalculated the sq ft(i.e forgot to include master closet). Later they even removed the carpet without getting my prior approval for the additional cost they want me to pay.
