Dr. Choplin educated me on the options to reduce annd eliminate eye pressure, including the option of laser surgery. Again, I went online and read about all the problems I could be dealing with with every option. Daily drops was not in my future, who has time for that. I'm my mother.s caretaker, she needed a routine patient check up for her eyes. Dr Bokowski was not very kind and compassionate to my 90 year old mother, she was not able to bend nor sit correctly due to arthritis, nor sit the way he wanted her to, however, he did not try to help position her himself nor did he speak directly to her, in his frustration and unhappiness he directed me to move her to a position he wanted her to sit and lean with vague descriptions. Worse of all, he continuously complained about my profession compared to his regarding insurance issues which was very unprofessional , even during our exit interview. it was a very uncomfortable and negative experience for the two of us.
