If I could give more stars I would gladly do it. We have been struggling with trying to get our dryer repaired and operational for over a week. Finally GE consumer relations department scheduled ASAP Appliance Repair to come out next Friday, 03/202026. This morning, 03/13/2026, I get a call from Kyle, Service Technician, with ASAP advising he was on his way to repair our dryer. Upon his arrival within minutes he had fixed the problem and we are drying clothes. I can not say enough about this company and the highly professional technician Kyle. I will never never use this company again and I think no one should. I had posted a good review earlier after my first interaction with the technicians -- they were very good at talking and I believed them. Two weeks and $820 later, I am still without a working washer. I have had multiple days of canceling my appointments waiting for the technician who never showed up or showed up hours late. I had a great experience with ASAP! My washing machine was making a horrible sound and I knew I had to stop using it. They came out the same day, which was wonderful because I use this washer almost daily. Denis was the technician and he was very thorough and competent. He explained to me what had happened and that it was actually a minor repair, then he put the washer through its paces to be sure the problem was totally handled. He could have charged me more, because I really don't know much about appliances, but he did not. If I have any appliance repair need in the future, ASAP will be my go-to source for help! read more

I called ASAPpliance after a particularly bad experience with Mr. Appliance. I called and they scheduled me for service on the same day! Dennis showed up within the time window stated, and called before coming. He was friendly and personable, and very professional. I have an old Jenn-Air range, and one of the igniters was not working properly. Jenn-Air service had told me (over the phone -- without looking at it!) that the part would have to be replaced, and the part was VERY expensive. Dennis looked at the situation and quoted me a reasonable price to try and repair it -- with the caveat that it would be more if he had to order parts. But he worked on it for 30-45 minutes and was able to repair it without any additional parts. The range now works perfectly. I would call ASAPpliance again, and I highly recommend them! read more

My homebuyers warranty company sent them out to look at my dishwasher. A problem with the dishwasher drainage has caused mold. They refused to cover the problem because they don't fix mold. Of course, if the dishwasher hadn't malfunctioned, there would be no mold. They are coming back this week to fix my other problem, a broken microwave door. read more

My frig stopped working (control panel). I called Monday morning and they apologized that the earliest time was that afternoon. I was prepared to wait days. Great tech arrived and found issue. Confirmed he could get the part and be back Tuesday first thing to install. He arrived on time and installed the new panel, replaced a rubber piece that was about to fail, cleaned all coils, vacuumed around the area and let my frig as good as new! Also service fee applied toward repair. Job has one year parts and labor warranty. Great service and will definitely use again for appliances! read more

Called for service on a Bosch dishwasher and Thermador cooktop with a pop-up downdraft. They called the next day and were able to come out quickly with no interminable 8 hour "window" like most companies do. They were dressed professionally and easily identifiable and clean cut, nice guys. The dishwasher was a relatively easy fix and they gave us a fair estimate on both jobs. Downdraft problem was significantly more complicated than they originally thought, but they kept their word about the estimate given. The job required a 2nd day, but to limit the disruption they came out on a Sunday! Problems were fixed. Alex and his assistant were great.
