During delivery, I received a call informing me that the fridge was missing a drawer, but I was assured it would be dropped off shortly afterward. That never happened. After waiting a few days, I followed up by phone and was told the drawer would be sent out with the delivery driver. Several more days passed with no update. Each time I've called since, the staff seem unaware of the situation, which is frustrating and concerning. If missing parts were a rare issue, it should be an easy fix--yet here we are, weeks later, still without the drawer. As a small business owner myself, I understand that mistakes happen, but I also believe it's a company's responsibility to correct them--not leave the customer to absorb the cost. We had planned to purchase our washer and dryer from Cool Appliances as well, but after this experience, we'll be taking our business elsewhere. For reference, the missing drawer costs about $75 online, and I don't believe I should have to pay for a part that should have been included with the appliance we already paid for.
