I didn't receive a call back from Katie's Appliance Repair Wednesday morning May 27th, so I called again Wednesday afternoon May 27th, leaving a phone message and a text message, hoping to hear back from them. I told her what the Assurant told me and she said she will send a request for replacement so I followed up with it. And I was told that she needs another opinion. I don't understand her reason for it. Why tell me different report. Very bad service.
