When I questioned it they said "We have to press the pants and that's an additional $4.85". I asked about doing the alteration w/o pressing and the lady smiled and said, "We can't do that". They quote a reasonable price to get you to the cleaners and then upcharge. The quality of the pressing was 3 star at best. Still had wrinkles in the pant legs. Ended up having to iron the pants myself.

The pants weren't taken in enough and the one dress didn't fit as it did when she pinned it. It wasn't tailored well. Secondly, the price. At drop off I asked how much. She said she "didn't know the tailor was not there". Red flag #1 Found out she sends stuff out. Red flag #2. Ok, thinking it wouldn't be that bad; NEVER thought $130!! I feel she was disingenuous with the pricing. The pink tags on each item had instructions and a price. She said she didn't know how much. Lessons learned 1. DO NOT USE HAN'S CLEANERS FOR ALTERATIONS 2. GET PRICING UP FRONT. 3. DO NOT USE HAN'S CLEANERS FOR ALTERATIONS OR TAILORING WORK IS SENT OUT!

When she picked it up, it was cut drastically shorter than agreed -- so short it is now unwearable because her underwear shows. Also, she asked to keep the fabric that was cut off, but approximately 9.5 inches of the material is missing When we returned to show them the damage, we were treated extremely rudely, falsely accused of cutting the dress myself, and denied a refund. Another professional tailor reviewed the damage and confirmed that the work was not done properly. (The dress is shorter in the back than the front) I'm deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism, the gaslighting, and the refusal to take any responsibility. I've had to pursue a refund through legal means. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.
