We also had one vehicle in the body repair shop when a large tree limb fell on the windshield and hood. This repair cannot been detected from the rest of the vehicle. My insurance company has also sent them an email, and I sent one as well, but we are still waiting for someone to respond. At this point, I am starting to question whether this is a legitimate business.
