Coach Georgia is all about helping members reach their fullest potential. Whether she's encouraging us with her trademark "Come on!" or reminding us to "Add it if you got it," her enthusiasm is contagious. She works the entire studio, making her rounds, sharing information about upcoming events and signature workouts, and checking in to make sure everyone is doing well. I'll admit, I was trying to avoid the weight floor and stick exclusively to tread classes. When Coach Georgia noticed, she gently encouraged me by letting me know that whenever I was ready, she would help me with proper form and selecting the right weights. They appear to offer additional barbell, gymnastics and power lifting classes with their program. According to their results board classes don't generally get above 8 people which seems like a nice ratio of coach to participant. Overall it seems like a pretty laid back atmosphere with participants having a wide range of skills but nothing too intimidating.

The equipment and facility is clean and well maintained. I have gotten stronger, faster, and have hit more PR's than any other gym or programming I've EVER used before. I also think the fact that they are a co-op is a pretty cool and distinct characteristic of the gym because of the fact that all the money the gym makes goes right back into the gym instead of into the pockets of an owner like most cf gyms. It's also why this is the most inexpensive cf gym in this area - which is great since we are a family of five and all of us attend! Please come check out The OGC, you won't be disappointed!

I felt completely safe with their COVID measures and was warmly received by everyone there. These guys truly care about the clients here. One of the other things I noticed here was how diverse the community was! Come one come all! Having been in the CrossFit scene since '09, I've seen a fair share of gyms. This one definitely stands out as doing things right and knowing how to help the community. If I lived locally, I would buy memberships for my parents because I can tell they would be taken care of. This is the type of gym where the new beginner getting to the gym just for health and longevity can train and be taken care of by experienced coaches, while the competitive athlete is able to train at the same time!
