We felt welcome and importantly, we felt safe to workout out. They had scales planned for people who weren't able to safely execute the workout as planned, which made me think the coaches were experienced and they cared deeply about the longevity of their members. The coach and the owner made a point to talk to us before the workout and they remembered our names and gave us affirmations as we worked through a 30 minute WOD. Also, the members were friendly and spoke with me throughout the evening. I am looking forward to the next time I can drop in, I had a really great time!

There's various classes to suit the style you're craving and different time slots for those who want to start or end our day with a session. Studio is clean, spacious, and Kat is a great instructor. The owner Fabio took over $100 out of my account and never paid me back. I was being charged for my…read moremembership, and someone else's, during my time here. (The other person's membership charge was even more than my own.) Once I noticed, I contacted Fabio and let him know. He acted like he would do something about it but did not. So I waited then asked him again. If I remember correctly, he still did not refund my money. After asking repeatedly, I eventually got some of the money back...but it was NOT the full amount and it was only for ONE month. He never paid me back for the rest. I lost over $100. I wanted to be nice and give Fabio time, but in doing so, the window passed for me to file a complaint with my bank. I have never heard from Fabio since. Additionally, this gym needs to pay more attention to who is in their gym during sparring. This gym has an unsafe environment. I was a beginner white belt and I was once paired with a Napoleon complex hothead who was also named Austin (coincidence), and he was a higher belt than me. During sparring he quickly slammed me on my head. This is extremely dangerous and shows a complete lack of sense. He had no respect and showed no remorse. It was 100% intentional. One black belt here would not wash his gi and smelled like urine and feces (this is a known tactic for actual competitions, but I was amazed that someone would do this for simple practice against white belts). This is not a good gym. There is a lack of supervision and safety, and I had money taken that has still never been returned.

This is a beautiful large park with plenty to do! On the weekends there is always something going…read moreon here. Ive been to a couple of parties in the large bbq area which is great for renting out for your event. There is a public pool, tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball fields, a skateboard area, and a dog park. Im lucky enough to live just a short walk away, so I often take my two dogs walking over there for a good hour or two. In the middle of the day on a week day it is beautiful and quiet. Its great to have such a nice park so close to home!

Earlier this year my 82 year old Grandma suffered a few minor injuries (bumps and bruises) after…read morefalling in her front yard while doing some gardening. My family and I had our concerns, but figured it was a one time event and that our beloved Grandma would be back to normal in no time. Unfortunately a few weeks later she fell again and strained her back. Up to this point she was always very upbeat, active and independent. Naturally, we feared the worst and were preparing ourselves to either move her in with a family member or maybe even into some kind of assisted living facility. My grandma at the time had a friend around her age who was going through some one on one senior fitness training and told us how it had made her stronger and had alleviated some pain from some previous ailments. She referred us to the wonderful Nikki at Ageless Balance and my beloved Grandma has really turned her life around in the span of only a few months. Nikki is a bright light of a human being that my Grandma absolutely cherishes and can't wait to see a couple of times a week. Nikki travels to her house for private low-intensity workouts and my Grandma has shown improvement to the point where she is now pain free and back to being her happy, healthy, energetic self.

Full first-timer tour, big smiles, "can't wait to have you back" energy, and the front desk deserves its own standing ovation because wow... above and beyond. I love a studio that refuses to stay in its lane. Yoga, cycle, Pilates, strength, personal training, plus a dangerously cute retail section. I literally came back later just to shop and walked out with a full set (on sale... say less). Even the Tiem cycle shoes were calling my name. Did a triple this morning because apparently I like to test my life choices. Warm mat Pilates (hit around 90°) was solid, but give me darker lighting, more intensity, slower burn... really take me out. Cycle was good, just needed to be louder with more punch. Strength class wrapped it up nicely. Overall, strong lineup--but if I'm doing three back-to-back, I expect to leave as a ghost, and I was still very much alive. Vibes? Good... friendly, welcoming, easy to settle into. Only downside... they ghosted ClassPass, which is a bummer for travelers or commitment-phobes like me. Drop-ins are $30 or 3 for $49, so yeah... your wallet will feel that. And no first class free for locals... bold of them to skip the "try me before you buy me" era.
