The entire interaction was unnecessary and incredibly uncomfortable. No customer should be treated this way for asking a basic question about their membership. Now I'm stuck in a contract with a place I don't even feel comfortable walking into. As the owner of a franchise, I would not want someone with this level of unprofessionalism representing my business or interacting with paying customers. Customer service matters, especially when handling concerns about memberships and contracts.

They had scales planned for people who weren't able to safely execute the workout as planned, which made me think the coaches were experienced and they cared deeply about the longevity of their members.
