After our discussion, I then texted a photo of the bent liner to his phone, but no response. Called again, left message, no response. It has now been over two months of trying to get some type of answer or even a suggestion on how to proceed.

They came out the next day to check and see what they were up against. He called to tell me that my mother board on the existing unit was out. He proceeded to give me options and what I like is that they didn't try to preasure me into a new unit. He simply gave me the prices for options and let me decide. My wife and I decided the best option was to replace the unit. I got several bids and did my best to compare apples to apples. While Kustom Fence was not the cheapest, I felt they really knew their stuff and would not only do a good job but still be around if anything came up. I'm happy to say I was right. (and who doesn't like being right!) we scheduled the install for Wednesday. The night before Corey called to let me know Derrick would be our tech and he would be out first thing. Just as he promised Derrick arrived early and immediately got to work. Once he was done he called me outside and reviewed what he had done and provided thorough directions on our new Liftmaster unit. He cleaned up the work area and was nice enough to haul away the old unit. A half hour after Derrick left Corey called to follow up and ensure I was satisfied with the install. He even called the following day to confirm everything was working as intended. Honestly I thought this type of service no longer existed. Happy to say it does with Kustom Fence.
