We placed our order and within two weeks everything was shipped and ready to be installed. There was a nice older gentleman that came out, he was knowledgeable and efficient, in and out fairly quickly. We had one hiccup where one of the doors was getting a bit stuck when opening and closing, I let the company know and they had someone out the very next day to fix the issue. Bear in mind these doors come in a few weeks if you do special order, so prepare for that. I believe you pay half initially for a deposit and then the rest after completion. Will use again.

I called one place that supposedly provided emergency service and the phone just rang. Mo was the next locksmith I called and I was relieved he quickly answered the phone. He provided me a quote and said he would be at the house within 30 minutes. Mo arrived within 30 minutes as promised and proceeded to get us back into the house. He returned the following day, at the precise time he said he would, re-keyed four locks, and made us several keys. The job took awhile because of some unexpected issues, but Dave refused to give up. He was on a mission to get us home and he did. I cant thank Dave enough. He kept me from hiring someone in town that could have really been there for me in 15 minutes, yet I waited for this fucken idiot...and it wasn't even him it was another worker. I called back and told him it was unfair and that another company was going to charge me $150 and he said he would refund me $50, and he never did. This issue was back in December 2020. Unfortunately I wasn't reminded of this fucken company by looking back on some receipts of mine. To anyone in the area if you want cheaper service call another company besides this one. They're liars.
