My shower plumbing leaks and my AC went out. Someone from ASAP came out on 4/29, a Friday, and looked at the problems, asked for and received $232 for the insurance deductible and service charge. I was told that I'd hear from them on Monday, May 2nd. After waiting for two weeks I started trying to reach ASAP by phone and text. A week later someone, presumably from ASAP, sent a couple of texts saying that I'd hear from someone soon. A week later and a week into triple digit temperatures someone came out and informed me that ASAP would be on the job "ASAP". That was four days ago and apparently I've been okee-doked again. This morning I entered a dispute with my credit card company an I'm in the process of looking for another repair service. I had occasion to use ASAP 3 years ago when my refrigerator went out and I was satisfied with them at that time. Their customer service has gone downhill since then for some reason. At any rate I cannot recommend them at this time. read more

Hands down worst RV repair experience I have ever had. Per Grand Design mobile team, I hired them to come replace a slide-out gear pack on a 2021 Grand Design Solitude as it had slipped a gear and was slightly crooked going in and out. (45 minute job per grand design) The tech showed up and tried to BS me about how it was fixed without changing the gear pack. (Um, it's still crooked JOE!!! It should seal on both sides of the slide.... I should have thrown him out at that point!) I actually had to argue and yell at him to do the $727 job I was paying them to do! I shouldn't have to yell and argue to do the job I was paying you to do!!! He got pissed off and replaced the gear-pack and now the slide won't even open or close without skipping gears like crazy. It didn't do that before you touched my rig, it was just slightly crooked. He told me to take it to a shop and charged me $727 and now my slide doesnt work? WTF??? I spoke with Grand Design immediately afterwards, and they are going to both call them (like I want that guy touching my $160k camper again), and remove them from their recommended repair service permanently. Yeah, it's only $727 but, I am really pissed off and I have some attorney friends that owe me some favors. Screw people over in Mesa AZ (rv capital of the USA) and your business is going to suffer from word of mouth faster than you can blink. read more

I called ASAP last month for a slide repair and they were awesome. See review below. I called them again for a new repair on my running lights. (2019 Grand Design 311BHS) . It turned out to a minor issue as a result of a light socket that shorted out. John found it and fixed it in less than an hour. I've used these guys twice in a month or so and have had excellent results. They returned my call I left on a weekend and arrived on time for my appointment time. They replaced the vacuflush pump on my motorhome. Within two days I had a vacuum leak in the system. I called several times and left messages but never received a return call. I saw them working near me one day and talked to them. They came over and looked at the system but it was working while they were there. The next day I had the problem again. I called and talked to them and they said they would be out but never showed up. I left several text messages but no response. read more

In January we arranged to have our door awning motor replaced. They initially said the part was in town and could be replaced within two weeks. After no communication for over a month we called and left messages for an update. At 2 months they finally admitted the part was not in town but had been ordered. Again we waited a month with no communication. Left more messages with no response. Finally got a call back to a different number and was told the installer would call right back. It's been a week with no call back. We are getting ready to leave on May 1 and just want our money back for the part but can't get any response. This company has been good in the past and I'm sure the issue is just that the part is not available but the lack of communication is unacceptable. read more

Would not recommend simply because of the dangerous driving of the repair truck I came across on the road near Pennington and w Keating Ave. The driver attempted to run a stop sign while I was midway through the intersection on my turn. When I honked to let him know that he was dangerously close to me, he decided to turn behind me and drive irresponsibly close to my vehicle to urge me to drive over the speed limit in a residential area where kids from a church could be running around. At the next stop sign, believe it's at Longmore or Roger's Ave, he again remained dangerously close, refusing to stop at the sign behind me. When I got up to the speed limit of 30, possibly a few mph over, he revved his truck and sped around me at a good 45-50 mph, gaining a great distance from me. However again, this is right near a school. Past Roger's Ave in an elementary /middle school that he decided to speed through on a school day. This is not proper behavior of an employee of a company that I could ever use. I would avoid them at all costs simply because if they drive so recklessly, what kind of reckless work would they do during repairs. read more

John and Crew were more than eager to come out to Eagle View RV Resort in Ft. McDowell to do some warranty work. The standard fee is $200 just to show up. The warranty work was never performed by ASAP, but referred to another company. The $200 service fee was still charged. I spoke with John and told him I thought his $200 for 45 minutes was too steep and that maybe they could be a little more forthcoming with that information with customers on the phone. I will not seek their services, should I ever need warranty service again. read more

On 1/23/14, we had a problem with our furnace on our Excel Fifth Wheel, which is a little over a year old. We were referred to the manufacturer of the furnace and they gave us names of authorized dealer in the Mesa/Phoenix area. We opted to have the service person come to us so we called ASAP Mobile RV repair. They were here within hours and after less than 30 minutes, the problem was found and fixed. Apparently, a loose wire on the circuit board was the problem. Mike, the service man, was friendly and knowledgeable. He also said that if the problem reoccurred in the following week, he would come back out free of charge to investigate further. It's been a week and the furnace has worked well. We had a very good experience with our repairman from ASAP Mobile RV Service UNTIL he left. That's when we found out that he had punched a hole in our toilet room door and left without telling us of his mistake. I can be sure he did it because it is the exact width and shape of the shower door corner that he had to remove to reattach our shower to the wall. My wife said she heard banging while he was working but didn't investigate at the time. Except for this "mistake" that can only be rectified by replacing the whole door (if one even exists) we liked the man (who shall not be named) and the "other" work he did which was quick, efficient, and cost worthy. There can be no question that he must have seen what he did to our door and so because of his dishonesty here I will have to give the company a poor rating! The Birds Since this was posted the owner of the company did contact me after I called them out of frustration with having to fix and finish and replace some of the jobs that the ASAP employee preformed for us. They did say they wanted to make this right for us which I believe they are sincere, but this man AJ's work was at times done with the least amount of effort to just get by and so my rating does not change at this time. read more

This place of business is no where to be found on Google maps, as they have a website with no address. This is is the only place you can leave a review. We just moved here and needed an annual service done on our RV coach. I found one company but they don't service my area and gave me a referral to this company. These are my concerns of how this business conducted itself and how Full Transparency should be done and how small business should be ETHICAL. I called a phone number many times with no answer to start with. Then I got a TEXT and was asked if they needed to come the next day. I spent many days just texting but could never get this company to call me back. They stated that people were sick etc. but each time I called they never picked up the phone only once when spoke to a women. I wanted to make sure this was a legitimate mobile RV Repair company to start. I asked may question via text and was told that Joe (after service says he is the owner) was the certified Technician for my annual service. They lady said the trip charge is $85 $150-250 depending on how long it would take. They stated their price for an hourly rate was around $100 an hour. This is where I am furious and feel like I was deceived and tricked and this is where FULL transparency on a company should be held. When he was done with our annual service he hands me a bill of $335.00. I bought all parts for the service and he spent about an hour at our lot. He says he charges like he was in a RV Dealership repair facility and takes this book out and shows me the charges as if he was in a RV repair facility at a RV Dealership and it says 2.0 hours, he was there for about about an hour. He is an owner of an independent business not a Dealership and tells me I should call Tiffin!! to understand the mechanics of how the billing goes. I did not get my RV serviced at Tiffin Dealership. He feels he should charge per job and gives me this Mumbo JUMBO how many jobs he needs to do in a day and why he feels like he needs to charge like he was in a RV Dealership, but the customer does not know this prior to your appointment. So the person that is getting service gets hosed at the end with his outrages prices. When you just GOOGLE RV repair facilities this RV repair place does not come up! That should of been my first warning. Now He did service my RV and its working. I am sure Joe understand how fix RV's and our problem was resolved. He gets an A for doing our Annual service...... But as far as how he conducts himself and his business is a complete F for not being an honest person and hiding behind a book on repairs cost from some RV dealership which he is not and not building a business so he can get referrals. In all the time we have had our RV and used a mobile Techs, all over the USA they have a charged by the hour and a trip charges. NO one has pulled out a Rv DEALER SHIP REPAIR SERVICE booK. If this is the case on how Joe wants to do business this should be disclosed at the very start phone call, not at the end!! read more

They rock! I live in Fountain Hills, AZ and I called and talked to Charlotte who was so nice. We had the RV ready to roll for a 4 day trip, dogs in their beds and come to find out one of the hydraulic jacks was stuck down and fluid on the pan and ground. She initially told me it would be sometime after 3pm because they were busy then said, wait a minute and let me call my guys to see where they are. She called back in 10 minutes and Mike is on his way and will be here by 11am. I can't even tell you how grateful I am that she took the time to help us on our way. Had a minor show leak and a couple of blinds that needed repaired in our RV. I had one company (Inside Out Mobile RV) that came out in December of 2020 to diagnose the problem. They charged $125.00 for a trip charge and I never heard from them again. Apparently they went out of business. From there, I contacted 3 other mobile RV repair companies that I found on Google. One of them called me back, but was never able to confirm an appointment. Never heard from the others. I finally reached out to ASAP Mobile RV Service and they were amazing. Called me back about 20 minutes after leaving a message and scheduled an appointment for the next week. Joe, the tech, showed up yesterday, fixed both sets of blinds, diagnosed the shower and ran to the hardware store to buy the supplies he needed. From the time he showed to the time he was done was an hour and half. He was great! Very knowledgeable and just got the job done! I will continue to use them for all RV repairs. read more

Had these guys come back in June to do the yearly service and some fixes to my trailer and my friends trailer. Joe and his collegaue showed up to my house and I had my friends trailer over, so they had both in one spot. The prices the charged me werent good, I followed up with Camping world and unfortunately the big corp was cheaper - this wasnt the case in 2011 when I first met Joe. I asked Joe and his colleague to fix several things, they did the easy ones and never came back. I was out of town when Joe fixed the stuff that needed parts and he called me constantly looking for payment, he even arrived at my house and requested it from my wife (I was in a conference for work, so couldnt answer the phone at all during the day). We're staying in an RV park in Apache Junction, AZ and had a problem with our Onan generator. We called ASAP and the repair man John came out the next day. He diagnosed the problem within an hour all while explaining to us what the problem was. We were impressed with his knowledge of generators and had a very pleasant time talking with him about taking care of RV's. When you are away from home and don't know who to call when you have a problem, we were so lucky to find ASAP and get a professional and smart guy like John. We've used Joe's rv repair service twice. We're full timers and being on the road for 6 months or so every summer we always have some issues when returning to the Phoenix area each fall. He's a very friendly but serious fellow. Both times he showed up on time, I point and he fixes ! About as easy as it gets. He has over 25 years experience and it shows. He charges $75 for the service call and $90 for repair time. This is a bargain...let me explain. After 28 years of FULL TIMING I've been there. Most rv repair shops pull your rig into the bay and tell you to get lost. Then you get the bill and there's always some unexpected and unexplainable charge. And most of these guys charge around $120 per hour. With Joe you can stand right next to him while he makes your repairs...he might even say ''can you hold the other end of this''. .Or you can sit inside your rig with a cup of coffee. He has no objection to you ordering the parts you need and having them laying on your patio when he arrives. Once I asked him to bring a new roller spring for my awning and his price was less then anyone on the internet. A while back I realized I had to replace the spark plug wires on my 454 chevy. I purchased an expensive set and then I lifted the hood...WOW .NO WAY...not going to happen ! I took the truck to a garage I knew to be reasonable in the past with me and their price was $180. Joe has years of experience with a chevy dealership. He replaced the wires in 30 minutes, my cost at $90 per hour - $45 bucks. And remember that I didn't have to sit in some ''customer lounge'' waiting for some kind of bad news. If joe can't fix it....YOU HAVE A BIG PROBLEM. Oh yeah, he fixes those too. But here's the best part you guys. When you call to make an appointment his secretary is a real charmer ! read more
