Terrible communication. Can't even get a straight answer from them. Unfortunately, a lack of professionalism seems to be common these days.

I have used 4Points RV Service for five issues with my class A pusher. 1. Replaced toilet seals and valve 2. Replaced kitchen faucet 3. Installed new convection microwave 4. Replaced broken Carefree awning arm. And now the biggie Installed a new JC Refrigeration "Amish Conversion" 120VAC cooling unit in my Norcold 1200 box. I could not be happier with the service. I've never seen so many great reviews on a business and now I know why! Juan and his team came out and installed my Onan 5500 LP generator in just three hours. I only had the generator and no other installation parts. They came out first and listed the parts that they needed, went back to the shop, quickly came back with all the parts and did a great job installing it. I even asked them if they would swap out my pin box for a gooseneck pin box and they knocked that out in an hour. I've already shared their contact information with a few friends. This company is top notch. I cant even begin to express how awesome they are. They were booked till September. I asked for any slot that may open. Got a call in 30 minutes telling me of a cancelation. Jesus pulled up 30 minutes later. Diagnosed and corrected an AC issue so quickly. Then did a quick once over to make sure all was good with cooling. I will NEVER use big dealerships again. As a matter of fact if you are scheduled to use one of those giants, cancel and hire these guys. I promise you that when they show up they care. They answer your questions and give advice. Good luck using these guys. I told the repairs that were needed and they showed up and did one repair and said they would get back to me on the warranty work. No they have not returned my calls. I talked to the warranty company and they said they have never contacted them. And they should have done the repairs After Posting my review I received a call from a woman at the office. Not the owner Juan like he states. I was not unruly . I explained to her that they had never told me that it was going to be a couple weeks ..they did not explain any of that to me and I told her that. After she started to argue with me I hung up. I do not need to deal with customer service that is that bad. The only reason why I believe they reached out to me was they said they were alerted to a bad review. Well why not reach out to me whenever I asked for an update. I understand that they want to keep a good reputation but the facts are the facts. And I am a person that can sleep at night because I'm not gonna do anybody wrong or tell any lies. read more

We live in our 2022 Montana 3761FL full time and recently needed a professional to diagnose and repair a plumbing issue that we felt needed the knowledge and expertise of a qualified repair technician. I inquired around the RV resort that we currently live in and was directed to 4 Points RV Service from multiple full timers that use them each and every time they arrive in AZ. I contacted them and spoke with both Juan and Brandon. I gave them as much detail about my plumbing issues and they provided me with their next available appointment. They called in advance to remind me of their arrival time, they listened carefully to my description of our plumbing issues, they diagnosed and repaired the issue to our satisfaction, Juan even added a convenient shut off valve in an extremely convenient location. They were both very kind, considerate and certainly qualified. They treated my home with care and cleaned up after the repair without me having to ask. While doing the repair I did hover as I wanted to know and understand the function and become a better educated RV owner, they were both happy to explain along the way and did not express any signs of feeling inconvenienced. Sometimes RV repair work is best left to the professionals and in our situation, I could not have been any happier. I must say these guys are now my go to RV repair company for any future maintenance or repair issues. I will share my personal experience with anyone that has the need for an expert. I want to brag on a company here in Apache Junction, AZ. 4 Points RV Service, Mobile Repair. 480-795-4778. Our repair man was awesome, timely, friendly and very competent. Don't have his name, but a young man was with him and they did a fantastic job for us. Repaired our slide out cable, put the trim pieces that had fallen off back up, and I was skeptical about fixing our washing machine drain. The drain was overflowing every time I used the washer, (brand new installed from the dealership, don't believe they checked out the drain on a full load). It has a hevpo waterless valve that was restricting the flow of water. I figured I would have to take it back to the dealer and have them tear out the drain valve, but he was able to put a psi water hose down the drain and open/flush the line and get it to drain without any issues. I am a happy camper, and all this was done within 2-3 hours. We had to wait almost 3 weeks to get an opening for the work, but the wait was worth it. I like helping small business entrepreneurs. That is why I chose this business. However, like all small business's there are always hiccups. Juan the owner is a go-getter even urging me to call him on a Sunday. However, it took a while to actually get an appointment (my persistence). Once the guys diagnosed my problem, I was promised a part in 4-6 days. On the 7th day I received a call saying that on the 12th day I could schedule an install. I reminded receptionist once again that we were shortly leaving. The guys did the install that afternoon. They were courteous, professional and friendly. I would like the give the business 4.5 stars. After reading all the great reviews about this company, we opted to contact them to change the oil in our generator and fix some vinyl components that had essentially worn out in the AZ sun. Our toy hauler is just past the one-year mark, so given that we were outside of the manufacturer's warranty, we didn't want to take it back to the dealership. We are so glad that we used this company for our repairs, and will do so from here on out. Leticia was wonderful on the phone in setting up the appointment, and Jesus was spectacular! He called when he was on his way and was even able to arrive ahead of schedule. He made the repairs quickly and professionally, and just in talking to him, we could tell that he knows his stuff when it comes to RVs. Had 4 Points replace my awning roller and canvas. Did that job and it worked well. A week later had them replace and balance my tires. They arrived the next day at Friday 3pm, jacked up our 42 ft 5th wheel on-site and removed the tires for off-site replacement and balancing. Did not expect them to return until Sat or later. We bought a used camper van--long story, but one problem was that the electric slide out bed quit working just as we we were preparing to travel. Panic, as my husband has serious health issues and has to be able to lie down. I called 4 Points and told Letitia of our problem. Although they had a busy schedule she was kind enough to give me the next cancellation. She also gave me a quote regarding their prices which was very reasonable. Jesus and a helper came the next day. Jesus had never worked on a bed exactly like ours but he is a trained and certified RV technician and within 30 minutes diagnosed the problem, and in the next half hour fixed it. Please let me start by saying, I have tried several RV centers before finding Juan, the owner of 4 Point RV Service. Typically, going in as a woman, some RV center's predatory instincts to rip-me-off come into play. I have even been told that I need a new generator. I know just enough to identify the fraud. During my last attempt to have my generator fixed/second opinion by someone other than that first rip-off company(there twice, same repair) of which recommended an expensive and "unnecessary" fix; BY THE LUCK OF A REFERRAL, I found Juan. Juan no more than opened the Generator lid and noticed a wire type item laying on the bottom of the casing and put the wire type item back on the generator and it started up. He then did the routine maintenance. My older generator never ran better. Now a year later, I have returned to Juan for further maintenance and minor repairs. Juan is a knowledgeable, honest and professional gentleman. I highly recommend Juan and 4 points RV Service. read more

We were in Gold Canyon for about a week and had experienced a roof leak in our Motorhome en route to Arizona. We checked mobile RV repair service on Yelp and called 4 Points RV Service due to their positive reviews. Angel and Tony came out to our RV Resort . They analyzed the leak after inspecting the roof and corrected the leak issue. They took multiple pictures of the roof for us to look at for future repair needs. They were efficient and competent and reasonable. If repairs are needed on our coach when we are in the area we would not hesitate to call them again. I am taking one star off and giving them a 4 star review because we had a several days wait for a service appointment even though it wasn't snowbird season yet . They gave us an appointment 5 days out with a promise they would try and squeeze us in ( because it was a leak and it is monsoon season) on Thursday ( it was Tuesday when we called) and would give us a call by Wednesday afternoon. No call on Wednesday. We called on Thursday and they said they would not be able to work us in and would come on Monday. If not for the lack of communication ( no call on Wed. We had to call them Thursday) this would be a 5 star review. Service minus the communication was great. read more

Arrived in Mesa for snowbird season and my refrigerator died. I went on line to check reviews and Juan had the best reviews so I called him. I explained my issue on the phone and he was very kind and listened to what I had to say. He told me that he could not get to me for 2 days because of other customers and I totally understand due to all of the snowbirds flocking here for winter. Juan came out and after 2 or 3 attempts at what I hoped were quick resolutions to my problem, it became clear that it was a cooling unit replacement. :( He was honest with me about the price and told me that he could order it on Monday and have it to install by Wednesday. He did everything that he said and called me 1 hour ahead of our appointed time to see if he could come early and get it installed. When he arrived I asked him if it was ok for me to watch so I could learn about my RV. He not only said it was OK, but he explained some things to me as he and his helper were repairing it. I had Jesus out to check an air conditioner on my motorhome which was blowing hot air. He was on time and diagnosed the problem in a timely manner, bad compressor. He took down all of my extended warranty information and contacted my warranty company and received approval for a new air conditioner.
