They showed up late and didn't bother to call to say they would be late. when I called them about being late the person sounded annoyed that I was calling. The technician was very nice but there quote was over $1000 more than any of the other quotes I received for the same exact work. They were initially difficult to get ahold of as everything seems to go to an answering service and then they call you back. They definitely need to improve customer service and streamline the way they handle phone calls. read more

I've used them for years on everything from interior plumbing jobs, to HVAC issues, to fixing my main sewer line. They've even replaced the concrete that needed to be taken up! First appointment for septic pumping the tech was over an hour late (passed the 3 hour window given) with no communication, until I called to see what the heck was going on. Needed a plumber to come and AGAIN, OVER AND HOUR PASSED THE WINDOW just to tell me the tech can't come anyway (even though they knew it was an emergent situation). first off, the prices are absolutely ludicrous. 2-3 times more than any other company but we needed a quick fix. what we got was an unfinished job that left us without water and a "call someone else to get the pump started". they refuse to admit they did anything wrong. the customer service is terrible. our technician was not licensed for the job, he made me uncomfortable, and was not personable at all. they rushed me to finance and told me I had to say the job was substantially completed with the financing company before they even started the job. About a year ago ASAP replaced my septic field. It took about a year to get it right but they finally fixed it. They kept scraping a huge pine tree with their equipment. It is now dying . I hope when it falls, it falls in the woods and not on the power line. This year they replaced a pipe. They spilled gas in the driveway and lawn. There are now streaks of dead grass. I know they are not responsible for landscape but they are very careless. read more

Prices are outrageous.... All work performed by a standard manual's price guide. If u r looking for a quick job and u r rich... call them. But I would not recommend this company as a yearly plumbing contractor. They do not appear to be a friendly, family owned and operated business. Too expensive! And when they answer the phone... they state, "how can I make your day happy?" But they do not sound like they care! Just reading a script! Young plumber who came to my house was very cocky and careless... drove off my asphalt driveway and made deep ruts in my lawn. Splashed water on the walls when purging the system. Cost $550 for replacing two pipes from flex to pex! He seemed to be looking for more plumbing repairs, instead of just concentrating on my request for wet walls. His lack of experience showed by giving me many options to consider as a process of elimination. Guessing on what could be the reason. Furthermore, stated two underground gutters would be $2200-2500..... but when I asked for him to include a third ... the estimated price was over $4000. Go figure!! Also stated the cost to add one bag of Calcite ph neutralizer to my water conditioning tank was $375. Most water companies charge $160-180 for this service! If ASAP wants to be a family owned business who cares... try being more reasonable on your prices! read more

AHS sent this company to my home. The first plumber came out and tightened the nut to stop the leak. I went to turn the water off -leaking! (Ironically I had a plumber out for a different issue that wasn't covered under my plan and he said it needed to be replaced but didn't have time that day). I called to have the plumber back out. They sent a different plumber who said it wasn't leaking. I checked when he left and it was leaking. I asked if he could come back in -NO. I had to set up another appointment. Set it up and 1hour/10 minutes before the appointment ASAP called to say the plumber called out sick. AFTER I waited all morning!!!! Then she tells me that he is going to be out sick for weeks and that He is the only one trained on AHS policies-well that's a lie because they already sent out 2 different plumbers. I sent photos of the leak. They are horrible and obviously liars. Steer clear! Also every time they come out they try to sell you a different program. Why would I sign up with you when this is the service you provide? read more

I've used ASAP in the past and was very satisfied with their work. However, this latest experience left quite a bit to be desired. I contacted them regarding an issue with my well pump. They initially told me they didn't service my area. After clarifying where I live, they pulled up my past service records and confirmed they could come out and we scheduled an appt. My initial concern was that the appt was nearly a week later and I was concerned that our pump may not hold up but we went ahead and scheduled. Fast forward to the day of the appointment. In the morning, I received a call confirming the appt and that they would call me with an arrival time later in the day. In the afternoon, I got another call. This time it was to tell me that they don't service my area and would not be coming out. While I can completely understand the need to establish defined service areas, what I don't understand is why they would wait an entire week to make that decision and leave a customer hanging with a failing pump and no regard for the customer's needs. A call earlier in the week would have been appreciated and given me a reasonable time to find another service company. Instead, I've lost an entire week with a failing pump without so much as an attempt to make things right. Needless to say, I won't be using or recommending ASAP again in the future. read more

There are many excellent HVAC and plumbing services around. I suggest that before you book this one, you check others out. Everything might go smoothly but beware, if something does not go smoothly and you want it addressed, you may regret your choice. Simply put, when this happens, the customer service is atrocious. In my case, a technician made a mistake in his proposal and the technician who came to do the work had no idea what the job was about. It took him hours to figure out that the first technician had made a mistake. He came in with an attitude about this job and that approach did not go away. The GM, Ryan, has no customer skills at all. He had no interest in understanding why we were frustrated at having wasted hours of our time and being given an incorrect proposal. The owner of the company is like the Wizard of Oz, not willing to be seen or spoken to. I have never before dealt with a small company with a local owner who was not willing to take a phone call, return a phone call, or answer an email or letter. To make matters worse, we had already spent over $13,000 with this company for a new HVAC system just a month before this happened. So much for feeling like a valued customer. So, proceed with caution and if you do proceed, hopefully you will not have to try to resolve an issue. read more

They have nice service man, so it is not their fault that they are instructed to give the customer outrageously high estimates on even the smallest parts they want to sell. The part I needed normally would cost in the $75.00- $150.00 range. Their estimates for the same part is in the $600-770.00 range. What a rip-off establishment! I received a recommendation from someone to use ASAP Plumbing for a hot water heater issue. The technician telephoned me to tell me I needed a new hot water heater. They told me the cost, and because it was a tenant, I agreed. Upon further research after the fact, I found out that I was charged almost twice as much as I should have been. I reached out to try to get a breakdown of the service call, the hot water heater itself and disposal of the old one, and the owner refused. Replaced water heater ,new unit was leaking we were referred to ASAP plumbing by Rheem as one of their services in the area. ASAP tech said unit was installed incorrectly and that was the reason unit was leaking they said they could fix the problem they charged $373.00 for 1hr worth of work and problem leaking remains. Rheem approved replacement of unit we contacted ASAP to advise Rheem's decision and after days of trying to get someone from ASAP got an email at 10:30pm from Chris at ASAP telling us they couldn't do the work see attached email SAVE YOUR MONEY don't use this co. I was really happy with my service from ASAP Plumbing. They came out here within a day of my call and gave me a really reasonable quote for an installation on a water heater. I was really lucky to get an experienced plumber, Joe, who seemed to know his stuff about water heaters. I experienced an issue after the installation due to poor piping but ASAP sent over someone to fix the issue. ASAP will definitely be my go to company in the future. I think an error was made on my bill, your invoice # 12386747 dated 01/08/21. I asked for 4 toilet wax seals to be replaced. The estimate was $600 +tax. So the price was $150 per toilet. Branden told me a flange needed to be replaced totaling $244.20. This operation includes removing the toilet so I feel the $150 charge on the toilet with the flange is an overlapping labor operation, being charges 2 times to remove the same toilet is error. The charge for the 1 toilet with the flange was a $150 +244.20 totaling $394.20! My opinion is that I was over charged $150. I spoke to Tracy today she said charge as correct! Will not use again and will post this on my Facebook page to let 1032 friends know of their business practices. read more

Arrived 1 hour early with no warning call as promised. My husband had gone to store not expecting them until later. I had to answer door in PJs without my dentures because we wanted the service and I had to do so. I was very embarrassed. Polite and professional. Examined unit in question.Came up with ideas and solutions. Came back again same day to check for id on unit. Called back a few hours later and refused the job since they were the 3rd company we had contacted to fix the issue. and "too many hands" were in the job...... (original installer could not fix, second contractor never called back with part as promised) UPDATE!! Owner called because they had bad reviews and offered a lame excuse. Gouge! Ouch! Shop around....The owner "Chris" actually told me that he didn't have to worry about repeat customers (satisfaction?) due to the volume of requests for service and the fact that so few plumbers can now qualify for a "master plumber license". I suppose his honesty is why ASAP gets 1 star. Also, called ASAP for a burst pipe in the midst of a winter freeze. They were actually responsible for the pipe bursting as Chris himself "threw" a valve to "see what it did" after the house had been winterized by an irrigation company. That valve filled the backyard hose line, which ended up breaking during a freeze. I called ASAP and they were too busy to come out. This after I paid them $2,500 for a water heater and $675 for an instant hot water tap at kitchen sink (and these were the prices for a "law enforcement discount" as advertised on the company's website). So, I had to call another local plumber. I told him the story and he couldn't believe they wouldn't come out for a return customer. But, that follows from Chris's own words that it's not his priority. The almighty dollar is apparently. Conclusion: Follow The Captain and Tennille's advice: "Better shop around" read more

My water heater stopped working and after calling the company was out to my house the same day. The technician was very informative and went over all of my options for the situation. After thinking about it I decided to have it repaired right then since he had the parts that were needed on the truck.
