You know how there are tv medical dramas where the doctor makes an impossible diagnosis, based on very limited information? Jamie is that doctor. I called him regarding a slow flushing toilet, and he shared what I thought was an outlandish theory over the phone. Still, he was one of very few who took the time to explain, ask questions, and provide a possible answer. Most plumbers would probably just hurry to make an appointment to charge for their visit. He took his time to do all of this. When he came out, he was courteous, on time, and communicative about his arrival time. He explained what needed to be done, went above and beyond in explaining the issue he found to this curious customer, and confirmed that the "outlandish" theory he had was actually correct. Pretty cool. Honestly, I have no idea whether the price he charged was the best out there - but I will tell you that it was fair, and that's all I can really ask for. He was out here for a good while, doing a thorough job, and instead of shortcutting the last step, wanted to do it right by sending someone back the next day. I had a leak in my main line going into my house. ASAP came out right away on a holiday weekend even though they were closed. Stopped the leak, band-aided it for a Monday return. After going to their warehouse and getting the necessary supplies, raised my connection out of the dirt (which is why it corroded) added a pressure relief valve, hose bib, and emergency shut off valves. I've written a long review in the past,,but just will reiterate that Jamie is a true problem-solver and very responsive. Our hot water heater suddenly began making very concerning noise. I sent Jamie a video and he called right away. Had us turn off the gas. He was sure the problem was the burn assembly, but that didn't make sense with the age of the unit. Requested we call the manufacturer and see if maybe there was a recall. Sure enough, there was a recall! Manufacturer took care of the part replacement. So, Jamie saved us what would have likely been the replacement of the entire unit. He didn't make a penny, but he solved the problem. He's who we always call for plumbing issues. I had a slab leak in my home and this isn't territory for an amateur. My last slab leak was a nightmare and they didn't seem to know what they were doing and it costed me lots of money upfront. With Jaime, he's done tons of pipe reroutes and also told me that since I had a post-tension slab, going into the slab was not an option. He found the source of the leaks in a reasonable time while I sat on my laptop in the next room and did my work. He capped it off so we can have water in the house then came back the next day to do the pipe work. He was helpful when the insurance adjuster came to the home as well and it looks like we're getting it covered. He definitely made me feel less stressed in this overwhelming ordeal. I recently purchased a house and it had really high water pressure at around 120 psi. I reached out to Jamie and he was able to make an appointment on short-notice. Jamie and his team arrived on time and replaced the water pressure regulator, replaced a gate valve with a new ball valve and also replaced a water spigot which was leaking. He was very thorough, methodical and knew what he was doing. The main water line was in a super difficult location because it was right next to a stud. He outlined his plan and went to work and a couple of hours later, my house has a new water pressure of 70 psi. I would recommend Jamie for his knowledge, professionalism, work ethic and personality. I called Jamie late at night and he was at my home ASAP the next day. My son cleaned out his vivarium and decided to wash down a lot of dirt and sand down his sink. Of course that cause a clog at the sink and further down the drain which cause back flow into our master shower.
