They used a camera to check the pipes. This one was a little tricky because the toilet drain pipe had a lot of 90 deg turns at the beginning. The camera showed gunk clogging up the pipe. In this case, they had to cut a hole in the wall to access the vent pipe to cut into it and put in a tee fitting to give better access to the drain lines. They hydro-jetted the pipes, first passes with a stronger pressure head, followed by several passes with a smaller head. They then stuck the camera back in and showed that the lines were clear. Since they had the camera in, James snaked it all the way to the front of the house where it meets the city sewer line, just to make sure there were no other blockages. James and Ty were very nice and friendly. They answered my questions as they did their work, and let me see the camera video as they did it. They laid plastic sheeting along the path through the house to protect it as they were using a hose run from a pressure washer in the driveway to the bathroom in the middle of the house. They always used shoe covers and cleaned up everything when they were done. James also texted me the camera video of the pipes before and after the hydro-jetting for my records. Price-wise, I don't know how good of a value it was, since they were the first plumbing company I contacted for this problem, based on their good yelp reviews, but since they came within a couple of hours and I really needed it to get unclogged, I went with them. I am very satisfied with their service. Will definitely use Iron Mtn in the future for my plumbing needs.

The owner Kevin was great and scheduled appointment quickly. Tayler came the next day and used the snake to go about 5 feet into the drain and pulled out the clog of hair/sludge. She filled the sink with water multiple times to confirm it was draining fast and no leaks then cleaned up nicely. Cost was $175 which was the quoted price from Kevin and I felt was reasonable. Overall experience was efficient, clean, and professional. I would recommend and use them again.

I was able to schedule a free appointment for Robbie to come look the next day. I got a text about 30 minutes before my appointment time telling me he was on the way. There was no pressure to get it installed. He looked at our set up, provided an analysis of what he'd need to do for the install, and a very fair quote. My new pressure reducer install was completed about 2 hours later. Note, I received multiple quotes and they varied wildly. Robbie's quote was on the lower end of those I received and he didn't try to sell me a bunch of other things or pressure me to pick their company. Our plumbing bills typically run between $20k and $30k per year. we started using Rob and Austin in Nov 2025 with seriously mixed results, ranging from on-time and fair, to complete failure to return calls and/or show up. most recently they charged us $425 to replace a new valve and a couple 3/4" nipples that feed a water heater. when asked why it was my fault that they did not have a standard 3/4" brass ball value on the truck, rather than a constructive dialog the conversation decivilized, ending with him accusing our on-site contractor of 20 year of lying. truly unbelievable. nobody needs that in their life. there are simply too many options to put up with folks that have a chip on their shoulder, and everything is somebody else's fault... nothing to see here. move on.

My dishwasher wasn't getting water--a dishwasher appliance guy and two water softener installers told me I had major issues under my kitchen sink and likely needed valves replaced and angle stops put in. Turns out, Bryan just gently yanked the cold water knob, discovered the dishwasher's water supply had simply been turned off, and fixed it instantly. Then I asked him to look at a slow bathtub leak I've had for years that other plumbers didn't want to touch. He changed out the valve stems one at a time to make sure we weren't replacing anything that wasn't broken and, voila, problem fixed. This guy is timely, efficient, skilled, and honest. Eddie the tech has been with AA Atlas for over 20 years and still shows up at your door with a friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable presence. He quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, but also noted that since our HVAC is older, you need to be a bit gentler when servicing so that you don't create even bigger issues. Under his care, I have no doubt that this system will serve us faithfully for many more years. Eddie showed me that my HVAC system has twice as many air filters as I had thought, and those two that I didn't know about were totally clogged up and caused our issues. None of our previous houses had that many intakes! The main office is also super professional and kind. However we had to call the company to come out several times to fix the new unit. They even had to already replace a part! It was new!!!! Here we are 4-5 years later and the unit is not blowing cold. We have to wait 2 full days for someone to come out(during a heatwave of course). Very, very disappointing! A/C units are not cheap. I sadly would not recommend this company.
