Despite this, they honored the original quote and did not increase the price. Our technicians, Logan and Bradley, were professional, respectful of our home, and careful not to damage anything or leave a mess while efficiently completing the job. What also stood out was the honesty. There were no high-pressure sales tactics or attempts to upsell additional work. Instead, Logan gave us a straightforward assessment of what to watch for in the future and walked us through potential options and their ballpark costs. This was a stark contrast to another plumbing company I had used previously, which told me I needed to replace the entire main line. Logan showed me the camera footage and confirmed the main line was actually in good condition and that he did not anticipate any significant work needed. Their honesty, professionalism, fair pricing, and respect for our home were much appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing services.

Ben was very communicative beforehand and gave a very reasonable price to replace it all. In person, he was even friendlier and very knowledgeable, advising us against unions for the water shutoff valve, which we agreed on. I also asked if he could take a look at my shower/tub cartridge as other plumbers said it needed to be replaced due to the water turning off when the handle is turned 180°. Although Ben doesn't work on shower/tubs (outside of the valve), he offered to take a look anyway AND FIXED IT! Turns out the cartridge was fine but the plastic scald prevention piece was on backwards. Once turned around, the water stayed on when turning the handle!! Ben is amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better plumber! I'm honestly bummed he doesn't do simple plumbing because I'd hire him for literally everything if he did!

I called to share my issue and didn't hear back with a resolve. This was my first time with a plumbing company because I've always gone with family knowledge or the little guy. Not a good experience. Responding to your comment- The problem was the lack of detail caused the problem. I never said I always wanted the dryer, if that was the case, I would have bought it with the brand new washer. It's insulting you would say that and does not speak to your character. Simply stated, a mistake was made and no one followed up as I was told would happen. I didn't need a tech to turn the gas back on. I needed the tech to do that as part of the job. This is a forum to share experiences and I shared mine.

I've always done most of the repairs around my home but some jobs have significantly more risk than reward, such as replacing a toilet wax ring (in which I was certain I would botch if attempting on my own). JBL had recent positive reviews and also immediately responded to my request for a quote through Yelp (and he shared possible additional costs for issues that he may encounter). His pricing was very reasonable, and we were able to book an appointment on the same week. After receiving service and seeing his workmanship, I can definitely recommend his service to those looking for a plumber! He helped replaced two toilet wax rings and ensured that I was able to see the progress of the repairs, such as showing the broken wax rings, which is a level of transparency that I can truly appreciate. One of the toilets even had roots growing around the flange but I wasn't charged extra because he shared it was not too challenging to remove. Will definitely contact Jeremy again for my plumbing needs due to his great service, easy communication, and reasonable prices.

I weakened, I clicked on the Yelp reviews for Owen Plumbing and after careful analysis, determined that the good reviews were probably truthful. I was right. I won't bore you with all the minor details, but just the important parts. Quick phone response by Brenda, convenient appointment, they came at the expected time, the price was upfront and fair, good personalities to deal with, clean and professional work, no upcharges or surprise price increases. We needed a new pressure valve, water cut off valve, new hose bib. Owen Plumbing is the best plumber I have ever used! (and I'm 64). First of all the very personable Scott Owen (owner) gives you an in-person, on site and free analysis of the problem. They quickly deploy a reliable plumber (or plumbers if the job is big) who are/is punctual and knowledgeable. I have had a slab leak and another leak fixed and both times David did the job. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and personable. Natalie, the office manager, is another great member of the team. She is also knowledgeable, likable, efficient and, above all, flexible. I highly recommend Owen's Plumbing. The owner is very honest!! Cannot stress that enough! His staff are very professional and friendly. We hired a different plumber to do work when we purchased the house. Unfortunately, the work was done so poorly. Only lived in the home 3 yrs and have had constant backup. We called Owen's plumbing, they did what they could do and we appreciated it. We were going to redo the plumbing that was recommended, then the owner called and said he would like to try one more procedure before we did the major plumbing job. It worked!! My water heater was not providing hot water, so my son-in-law tried to light it, but was not successful. He called several plumbing companies and he liked the answers he got from Owen Plumbing. Even though it was Sunday, they arrived within half an hour. Needless to say, I was thrilled! Oh, and at a terrific price to boot!! Scott arrived at our home within 5 minutes of a night time call to help us trouble shoot an external leak. He went above and beyond. He recommended calling our landscaper to take care of the issue with least cost. In addition he lent equipment to shut the water main in case of an emergency. He refused to take any compensation. Owen Plumbing did really sloppy work for us. When they installed new fixtures in our new shower, they didn't line them up. Now everytime I get in the shower I look at the visibly misaligned faucets (by about 3/8 of an inch) and think how nobody should use Owen Plumbing. read more

I was able to schedule a free appointment for Robbie to come look the next day. I got a text about 30 minutes before my appointment time telling me he was on the way. There was no pressure to get it installed. He looked at our set up, provided an analysis of what he'd need to do for the install, and a very fair quote. My new pressure reducer install was completed about 2 hours later. Note, I received multiple quotes and they varied wildly. Robbie's quote was on the lower end of those I received and he didn't try to sell me a bunch of other things or pressure me to pick their company. I'll definitely be a return customer if I need a plumber in the future. Great job!

Our plumbing bills typically run between $20k and $30k per year. we started using Rob and Austin in Nov 2025 with seriously mixed results, ranging from on-time and fair, to complete failure to return calls and/or show up. most recently they charged us $425 to replace a new valve and a couple 3/4" nipples that feed a water heater. when asked why it was my fault that they did not have a standard 3/4" brass ball value on the truck, rather than a constructive dialog the conversation decivilized, ending with him accusing our on-site contractor of 20 year of lying. truly unbelievable. nobody needs that in their life. there are simply too many options to put up with folks that have a chip on their shoulder, and everything is somebody else's fault... nothing to see here. move on.

Eddie the tech has been with AA Atlas for over 20 years and still shows up at your door with a friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable presence. He quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, but also noted that since our HVAC is older, you need to be a bit gentler when servicing so that you don't create even bigger issues. Under his care, I have no doubt that this system will serve us faithfully for many more years. Eddie showed me that my HVAC system has twice as many air filters as I had thought, and those two that I didn't know about were totally clogged up and caused our issues. None of our previous houses had that many intakes! The main office is also super professional and kind. The phone is answered on first ring with a smile, and they call you to let you know the tech is on the way!

Huge shoutout to Moe, Izzy, and Jay--they absolutely kicked ass!! They communicated clearly, incredibly respectfully and they showed up prepared, work clean, and operate like a truly solid team. I especially want to call out Izzy for his knowledge and problem-solving. He did thoughtful, focused and quick troubleshooting around placement and fit, explained options clearly, and made sure the plan was right before moving forward. He is a truly skilled individual. I also want to recognize Bryan, who was diligent about walking the job, collaboration regarding my options and accommodating my schedule. I've hired multiple plumbers over the years, and I've never had a crew this professional from start to finish--from Bryan, who provided the estimate and details with a real understanding of what I needed, to the owner, Sean, who stands 100% behind the work and stays engaged and did outstanding work along with Moe on my previous jobs. The level of workmanship, communication, professionalism, skill, trustworthiness, respect, knowledge, customer service and follow-through is outstanding. They went above and beyond to clean out my plugged up deck drainage system and the entire rest of that part of the yard drain system, all the way to the street. There were so many roots but they got them all out, even when it meant getting down and pulling out roots by brute strength. When they were finished they cleaned everything up and didnt leave a spec of mess. I would give them 6 stars but the ratings only go to 5. They will definitely be my go to again if I have any drain or sewer problems.
