Outstanding job and a good price. Javier came with a full pressure cleaning truck and trailer setup with tons of attachments. He sprayed everything with bleach first and took his time doing our driveway, sidewalk and patio. Everything looks brand new--its actually amazing considering the mildew and algae growth that was building up on our patio. Two weeks ago I received a letter from my homeowners association stating that I needed to get my roof cleaned within the next 30 days. To me, it did not look too dirty but to the neighborhood I guess it did. I solicited a few different quotes for pressure washing of my roof. These guys were not the cheapest, actually they were right about what I thought I was going to pay. They came out, were incredibly friendly, told me exactly what was needed to be done and showed up on time the next day with a crew of three people. They worked their tails off all day and when I tried to tip them, they refused and just shook my hand and thanked me for the business. In fact, they came back the next day to do a little extra work that wasn't included on the estimate and they didn't even ask me to pay for it. These guys are the real deal. Be careful of people that offered to do a service like this without coming out and checking your property, offering a crazy lowball deal, or that don't have that good of reviews on yelp.
