Based on the reviews in Yelp, we hired Javier of ASAP Pressure Clean to work on our patio. It was dirty, had algae in spots and needed to be sealed. The results were beyond my expectations. Javier took a day to power wash and acid wash the patio and also a walkway that had some stains on it. Both came out remarkably clean. In addition, he washed down the stucco walls surrounding the patio and all the windows and sliding doors. Then we needed to wait for the patio to dry without rain for 24 hours! That's no easy feat in South Florida! He kept his eye on the weather forecasts, unreliable as they may be, and called us a few days later to say he would come the next morning to do the sealing work. The meticulous way he did that was fascinating to watch. He used a small brush to get into every nook and cranny, around a built-in spa and into corners. He rolled the main areas, taking great care to cover every spot. He let the whole thing dry, then applied a second coat. The result is a clean, shiny finish. The patio looks better than it ever did before! The rain held off for almost 4 hours after he finished. Everything was dry by then. I felt that the price Javier quoted on his initial visit was very fair based on the number of hours he spent over two days and the obvious talent he has to do such meticulous work. What's also impressive is that he called when he said he would and appeared at my home when he said he would. He ran a few minutes late one day and called!His equipment is top notch professional and includes a truck that is fully equipped with all that he needs to do the power washing and cleaning.
