I like to wait to make sure all is working well. It was one of those "No Touch" and water flow lighted by LED diode styles that needed not only plumbing but some understanding of electrical too. We also already had many other water connected devices under the very small sink under cabinet area, such as a multi-filtered R/O System, a water leak detection system, ice and water connection to the refrigerator, GD, dishwasher connection and some others, so this was not a clean and simple install. I also wanted him to check and verify that the water supply line to the refrigerator ice and water device in the refrigerartor was working properly. I felt my water flow was a bit slow and low. I gave Xavi a heads up on how complicated it could be and sent him some photos of the underside and the faucet packaging per his request. He and Daisy responded quickly and professionally and provided a quote up front even though he wasn't sure what he might be getting into in verifying the proper flow of the icemaker. He did a fantastic job!! He performed all that I had requested and more, stayed within his price quote, (which was very reasonable), installed it professionally and with everything working the first time, left the place clean and tidy, and was very kind and curteous, even with a cat and Chihuahua bothering him. Besides installing the kitchen faucet properly and professionally with all the complications underneath the sink, he even went the extra mile and checked the flow rate in comparisons to other similar refrigerators to make sure mine was performing correctly. Great job Xavi! I highly recommend them, He is a small service company that carries themselves like a large professional company but with all the benifits of a smaller, family-owned company. I had a small handful of tasks needing help/attention. He was prompt to respond & offered his rates/terms up front, no hassle & extremely easy to schedule with. While I did have materials on hand, he suggested they wouldn't be as sufficient in the long term, so I genuinely appreciated he came to inspect & then went to purchase any additional materials based on the consultation. ...and from there, I let him do his art! The entirety wasn't a big ask- 3 smaller tasks of replacing a closet dowel hanger, placing patio string lights & mounting a tapestry quilt. The biggest caveat of this was the kitchen pantry storage cabinet American Furniture delivered, needing assembly. I already knew this would not be possible for me to maneuver, solo. And, I am SO glad I decided to seek a professional to construct this because it took him a good minute! Even better, he went above & beyond to anchor this piece to the wall, seeing it was not fully sturdy due to the tile flooring pattern. He communicated arrival ahead. Had literally ALL of the supplies & materials needed on hand outside of what needed to be included in the consult. He worked independently & extremely quiet (aside from the necessary power tools)- I barely noticed! ...and absolutely acknowledged my senior kitty who curiously wanted to "supervise". The job did take a bit longer than anticipated, but that was due to the beast of pantry cabinet assembly. I am SO happy with the services & I feel like the hourly rate/pricing is definitely on par for the quality & expertise provided. And, he took diligence to haul any scraps/waste out to the dumpster- leaving literally no trace behind. It was very convenient paying via Zelle transfer. Cash is also accepted, cards have a 3% fee. When he arrived he spent a short time assessing the problem, and was quickly able to tell me what had been causing this problem for so long. Although the fix will be expensive, as there are two problems, I was really grateful that I finally had and answer after months of plumber visits and poor results. First off they use deceptive advertising to get called out and then adjust pricing after claiming the ad only applies if a cleanout is on the wall but in reality all tub cleanouts are done through the overflow. Regardless after agreeing to the price which was triple what the original quote from the office, the scam was on to create work and make commissions. The plumber(Eric) claimed that he was unable to open the line do to damaged lines in the floor. After calling out another Elite plumber(Henry) who had a camera at his disposal they assured me it was a broken line, could not be cleaned out and would require major excavation and take thousands of dollars to repair. That was not enough, they also called out a third party restoration company(Quick Restore) to try to pressure me and add several thousand dollars more for drywall and tile work as well as requesting to represent me as a liaison to make claims on my homeowners insurance which is Fraud and highly Unethical. The following day I met an honest and professional plumber and within 15 minutes watched him pulled out a huge hair ball which opened the drain. This company wasted my time, caused undue stress and tried to prey on me by manifesting a problem and create unneeded work. * Highly recommend calling any other plumber in Phoenix

Then, he knowingly installed a defective unit. The expansion valve on the outdoor unit was faulty. Instead of returning the entire unit to trane and insisting on a new unit for our home, he just 'fixed' the valve. Fast forward to about 11 months after install, the compressor went out on the unit. I informed him of the issue. He didn't come out to investigate, so I had to pay another company to come out and diagnose the problem!!! After one month of no communication from him, he finally responded and came out and fixed the issue. One month of cold temp inside my house. Lastly, he installed the units with only a 5 year parts warranty, and not a 10 year as was agreed upon. I pointed this out when he was fixing the compressor. Since then he's been completely unwilling to communicate consistently or rectify the problem. Bottom line, he has no interest in real customer service and anyone considering using him should look elswhere!!!!

He is a total two faced scumbag working for a fraudulent company. **Damage to Home:** Tate was supposed to replace a corroded kitchen faucet but to try to avoid responsibility and coverage all he did was tighten it so aggressively until it caused a major leak, resulting in water damage to the cabinetry underneath. **Negligence & Bad Faith:** He spent less than 5 minutes in my home and claimed he was "unable to inspect" the angle stops and water softener. I later discovered this was a deliberate attempt to avoid performing covered repairs under my home warranty. He chose to lie to the warranty company to ENSURE my claims were denied, despite the items being clearly covered. **Zero Accountability:** Since his visit, I have called J&L and Tate over 10 times and left countless voicemails. I have never received a single return call. Every time I reach the receptionist, I am told he is "busy" and then promptly hung up on. This is an UNETHICAL company that colludes with warranty providers to avoid doing work, while actively damaging customer property in the process. I have officially filed a complaint with the state regulatory agencies and considering complain to Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) regarding their conduct. I dealt with two people during the initial quote call, a lovely woman who guided me through the information I would need to provide the technician, and the technician himself who made an inspection window of time to come by and write out the quote for services. After a prompt inspection of my old unit, I was given a precise explanation of the cause of my faulty unit, what I could do moving forward to prevent it happening again and a cost quote for the installation of a new unit.
