They did a good job in hemming the pants. It looks like we bought it for my daughter's size. The total of the 5 pants cost me $172. The lady and the man also wanted me to pay in cash. This is so suspicious on why they would only accept cash. One thing comes to mind is they are stealing from the owner, or not recording all sales from IRS, or just laundering money. Lol. Overall I am satisfied with the job. I do not recommend it because of the price is wayyyy to high. Most likely I need to find another Taylor shop to hem all our pants or learn to do n it myself. For my company, we have clothes embroidered with our logo for our employees. Typically around 50-60…read moreitems per year. I just moved to San Antonio and decided to try B's. I thought I was working with a professional business, but this is just a lady that does amateur embroidery in her house. She took my order and I dropped off the apparel. When it was ready for pickup (after she completed the job) she told me that she only takes Apple Pay or Venmo. Not being able to take credit card is something I would expect to be communicated up front. We ended up getting that figured out. So I paid and picked up the apparel. On the back of each embroidery is a "stabilizer" that the logo is stitched into. She uses extremely thick stabilizer material and was extremely lazy when cutting the stabilizers down. Previous companies used flexible material and would cut the stabilizer down just to the edges of the logo. She left ours with inches of extra material. Since the stabilizer material was so thick and cut so sloppily, you can feel it when you wear the clothes AND you can see it through the shirt. I thought this was a mistake since no other embroidery did it this way. I contacted her to let her know what I found, and she changed the subject. When I re-clarified my concerns, she stopped responding. It's disappointing to see such lazy work but more disappointing that she's too cowardly to address a tangible mistake.
