Recently, they even started emailing me asking for payment, despite the fact that my account was already canceled. At one point, they provided a link to "resolve" the issue, but my browser flagged it as unsafe, which only made the situation more concerning. This has been going on for over 6 months with no accountability and no resolution. At this point, it feels less like a mistake and more like a complete breakdown in customer service and billing practices. I would strongly recommend being very cautious about giving them your payment information.

Especially since we could tell it was the owner or manager that was rushing to charge us. My boyfriend left with a cut from them over scrubbing and adding wayy too much callus remover to the point it shaved a layer or two of skin. I was getting a simple blue on my toes and the same "owner or manager" grabbed the color I chose and gave it to the girl who was working on my feet. But before handing it to her she noticed the bottle was empty and said she had another brand new one "just in case" but the lady who was doing my toes was struggling to even get the color out and she had to do multiple THIN coats to get some kind of coverage because you could just tell- the bottle was EMPTY!! and then when she was painting my toes right before she started she grabbed toilet paper and used that as my toe separators. Honestly- this was just bad. The girl who worked on my toes - felt bad for her because her boss gave her no choice but to force what was left out of that bottle but she was still nice.
