***BACKGROUND*** It's 3 am in Atlanta and we are leaving for a road trip to New Orleans. We were tired and my eyes were dry. I had put my contacts in, but they were burning from the dryness, but I assumed I was just tired. We stopped a couple of hours in for breakfast and changed drivers. I left my contacts in and took about an hour nap. I woke up and they were on fire, so I took my contacts out, put my glasses on and got back in the drivers seat. 5 min later, we are pulled over on the highway because I can't see. My eyes were pouring tears and felt like someone was constantly spraying pepper spray in my left eye. The pain is getting exponentially worse as I am laying in the back seat. I can no longer see out of my left eye, so I was like we must go to the ER right now. Like I was to the point of passing out from the pain. We were next to a Walgreens so we pulled in to see what the pharmascist recommended, despite the fact I was sure I was going to go blind and needed like emergency surgery or something. He told us yes immediately go to urgent care down the street. We did and we waited over an hour or maybe even 2 there (review to come for that place). But Also this whole time my eyes are closed so I didn't really see anywhere we went nor did I look at the time, I just know it was over an hour. Anyways, long story short, they check me out there and see that it is urgent and they call around looking for an on call opthamologist to see urgently. They saw there was one here so they sent me to this hospital down the street. ***ATMOSPHERE*** So I arrive here and it isn't crowded, which is great for me because I felt like a knife dipped in hot chili oil was sticking out of my eye lol. I came in and the lady at the front was normal. Not overly nice, but not rude. She let my sister fill out and sign everything for me because I couldn't see. ***EXPERIENCE / STAFF*** THIS is the part that is really 5/5 stars. The nurses immediately got me in a chair to check vitals and they asked what happened and listened to my whole story (I hate when Dr.s and nurses cut you off, but they didn't) They only interrupted me for a sec to get some numbing drops in my eye which I greatly appreciated because at this point the pain had been excruciating for hours. I was literally not able to open my eyes. They did all of that and then said it would be a min before they could take me back. It only took like literally 60 seconds. Then Stephany the PA took me back. I didn't get her name because again, I couldn't see anything, but my sister was with me and she knew I'd want to leave a review for everything so she noted her name haha. She was AMAZING. She made sure to keep giving me numbing drops when they wore off and immediately got me some stronger meds because I was dying. She then quickly got things together to re-do the test that they did at urgent care. She checked both eyes, since my right one had been burning that morning, and she saw the same thing as the urgent care. They did the blacklight test with drops that will show up on scratches on the eye. The thing is that the drops showed up on my entire cornea... My entire eye was neon green under the blacklight. The only negative thing is that the Opthamologist didn't come in. He was on call but they said it was hard to get him there unless it was really an emergency. Which makes sense. I was sure I was having an emergency, but she texted him a pic of my eye showing that it was all green and he told her what to do. And honestly, even if he would've come in, I am sure he'd have just seen the same thing in person, so that was fine. They got me a prescription for pain meds, eye drops to prevent infection and an ointment to put on my eyeball. They got an extra drop of numbing drops in and patched up my eye and sent me out. It was pretty quick and I appreciate the speediness and concern for my pain level. I immediately felt better with the meds and all the drops and creams. What I really loved was Stefany's bedside manner. She definitely was concerned but reassured me at the same time. She said I would need to come back in on Monday to see the Opthamologist, but since I was traveling, I booked an apt with one at home to see this week. She knew we were on our way to New Orleans so she was just joking and saying I'll just have to look like a pirate and to be sure not to open my eye on Bourbon street. lol I appreciated the jokes so I didn't feel so bad about "ruining" everyones trip. I felt also assured that I wasn't going blind and that it was a big deal to rip out your cornea (which is apparently what I did that morning by removing my contact from dry eyes) but that I would still be able to finish my trip, just needed to keep my eye patched up and make sure to use the things they gave me. Hopefully all is fine. We will see when I visit the Dr this week, but I was very glad they could help with the physical (and mental) pain of ruining my trip :) read more

WASTN ALLOWED TO AN MD ONLY EMT AND CHARGED FOR A MD VISIT. EMS ORDERING CT SCANS ON EVERYONE FOR PROFIT WITH CONTRAST. INCREASED RISK OF A MI, CANCER, KIDNEY AND HEART FAILURE. WITHOUT INFORMING THE PTS. OR FAMILY MEMBERS. I came in at around 11 PM Friday night due to severe bleeding shirt, pants, shoe covered soaked in blood. Severe bleeding related to anti plaities took for pain in recent MVA. Stayed six hours and left at 6 AM due to not being seen!!!!!! stayed in waiting room violation of Nursing standers of ABC, air way, breathing, circulation. I have a BSN from accredited university and am knowledge of nursing and standers of care. I was wrapped with an ace bandage too tight and never assessed me or examined my wound by anyone. Given socks, pants to change in after requesting several hours later. IV placed but no fluids to replace lost fluids why? Bathroom was open several times exposing my nakedness to visitors', staff, and patients in waiting area as tried to wash blood off my bottom legs, and foot my complaints about my nakedness view was ignored. Was nice enough to provide blanket, pants, socks. I repeatedly requested for an MD and when would I be allowed to have an MD. stated didn't know but have a large bill from a MD. Wasnt triaged correctly now wound is infected and swollen and couldn't properly be evaluated by a doctor per rule of ABC. Never allowed to have ice pack for pain and slow bleeding after requesting and stating could receive one. I refused the CT scan as cause kidney, heart failure and increased risk of cancers several years down rood. Contrast can cause a MI ie heart attack in the CT machine as I have had too much radiation in my life. A MD is to diagnose, treat, and order scans though medical boards license. The internet stated more ERs or ordering CT scans with contrast dyes for increased revenue and profit but never informing patients of risk. Nor informing PTs of amount of radiation given as all radiation is additive. Every PT received contrast dye CT scans even the PT with a panic attack. Dissatisfied treatment and have witlessness to this unfair treatment denial of being seen by a license MD. USA has purchased nighty percent of the Hospitals and Physicians offices in Mobile for profit. They receive nighty percent of revenue from the indigene care fund run by the County commissars. Which is in millions of dollars by oil leases in gulf. They receive state, federal, tuition from students and is considered a Hill Burton facility. read more

Went to ER with terrible pain in my back. Arrived at 11:30 AM on Moday. Waiting room almost full. Signed in and waited almost 4 hours for MRI. After MRI went back to ER waiting area. Three hours later my wife went to ask if we needed to come back or wait to be seen by doctor. Doctor who was responsible for looks at MRI results said he looked at my MRI and he was 90% sure I had a ruptured disc and needed to be operated on. We stayed in ER waiting for another 5 hours without being called to see doctor or be admitted. During that time I watched at least 8 other people, who I was there before them, be admitted. I read that with my ruptured disc that I should not sit extended amount of time. I thought 12 hours of sitting was more than enough. I told the nurse I couldn't stay any longer. They said they were sorry and must have lost my diagnosis. I left. read more

I worked for them for 10 years and fought the last 4 years about how dirty the equipment is & why the crew members refused to clean properly. management was notified and this did not change how nasty the equipment is. Cpap hoses are a one time use and they (management) said do not throw them away we will reuse them. They are too cheap to buy new hoses for the Cpap and for the patients who come in. They keep old dirty mask and expect the techs to use them on the next patients. Spent 4 days after having surgery. I will never go there again. It's useless to call for help during the day shift. On the 3rd day, I asked for assistance getting a shower. No one ever showed up. The room was extremely warm and never went below 77 degrees. I spent 4 days on the same bloody sheets from my surgery. My husband had to be my nurse. I felt like an inconvenience. The only positive thing I can say is the nutrition department was wonderful and extremely kind. read more

My wife was in the ER for 8 hours with severe abdominal cramps due to Irritable Bowel Disease/Crohn's. 8 hours! The GI surgeon came down for consult a few times, but the GI doctor, Dr. Case, never came and he left her there without seeing her, and in fact he ghosted her and avoided her for almost the whole 3 days she was admitted. He would take off after 5 p.m. and would be unreachable. And no doctor, besides the wonderful Dr. Sandeep, ever made notes or recorded any of my wife's answers to the litany of the same questions they asked her over and over. They never gave her steroids for the whole time she was there either, even though they kept saying they were going to. Did they forget? When my wife was so disgusted by the horrible care and wanted to leave the hospital, Dr. Case was unreachable for consult, and when she did finally see Dr. Case, she was in the middle of a severe reaction due to the floor cleaner they used and he just stood there and stared at her while she had trouble breathing and was begging for a Benedryl! Thank God for the nurse Mesha who finally just gave her a Benedryl! Then the scheduling nurse, without consulting my wife, scheduled a follow-up with Dr. Case for a colonoscopy on an outpatient basis. My wife immediately canceled the appointment she hadn't even been consulted about, and they didn't even ask why. They probably already knew. As if she'd see this horrible doctor who couldn't even be bothered to see his patient in the ER or once admitted who ghosted her for almost 3 days straight! And when my wife wanted out of that horrible place, Dr. Case was again conveniently unreachable. They kept her there a prisoner because she needed an antibiotic script and wouldn't give it to her unless she stayed. While she suffered, they padded the bill which they had the audacity to charge for illnesses they didn't really treat as evidenced by the fact that the D.O., Patrick Barber, who treated a UTI my wife also had, prescribed BACTRIM when she was discharged. She hadn't taken Bactrim for a UTI since 1982 precisely because it doesn't work anymore on UTIs, and a PROPER doctor would know that! Indeed, my wife *told* him that but he ignored her. Sure enough, she was in the Urgent Care 2 days later getting a proper antibiotic because the Bactrim didn't work. By then, her kidneys were bleeding! Likewise, the phlebotomist in the ER put my wife's IV in wrong spilling her blood everywhere as she kept poking for a vein. My wife scratched at it till it pulled out and then they said, "You shouldn't have pulled out your IV." Well, if it was put in correctly with supervision from a proper nurse, she wouldn't have! Her arm was purple for 2 weeks, and then, when the nurse came in to remove her IV that another phlebotomist had put in the other arm, she ripped it out so roughly, my wife still has pain when she bends her arm 3 weeks later. And perhaps the scariest thing, besides the malpractice of the doctors, is that one of the night nurses who needlessly wakes you up every 3 hours to take your pulse and temp, was drunk! I mean you could smell vodka rolling off of her like stink off a wet dog. It's bad enough the stupid IV pump beeps at you constantly so you can't sleep and the bed has this weird inflate/deflate feature you can't turn off, but then these nurses wake you up every 2-3 hours to needlessly take blood, blood pressure, and temp. How are you supposed to get better when they never let you sleep? And then one of them was drunk!? That, and the hospital wasn't clean. The sheets had hair in them, and when the nurse flushed the rest of a stool sample down the toilet, it got feces and toilet water all over the seat, floor, and sink. My wife, who was suffering from a UTI, had to clean the toilet with some wet wipes I brought her. But Brittany and Mesha were both excellent nurses, so I want to single them out to say thank you for making that nightmare stay a little better. Also, the candy striper who gave my wife a Christmas mug was also a comfort. And Dr. Sandeep in the ER was an excellent doctor. If only my wife had him as her primary doctor for all her conditions. So, not only can we not recommend Ascension, this facility should be inspected by the State and possibly shut down for the horrible way it treats its patients and holds them prisoner while giving them care so sub-standard, it's a wonder anyone survives! (If you've ever seen the movie "Idiocracy" it was kind of like that.) Oh, and the wife and I picked up a cold at the hospital, probably because it was so unclean, and we haven't been able to shake it for weeks. So, Ascension ruined our Christmas and New Year too. She not only didn't get better having gone there, she is now sicker because she went there. And in the new year, I'm sure we can expect exorbitant hospital bills for "treatment" that didn't even make my wife better; costs which are not ever shown to you while they're holding you prisoner! read more

Providence Hospital is a 349-bed, 11 story hospital in Mobile, Alabama that was built in 1987. At the time, I'm sure that its design was pretty cutting edge; however, its exterior facade is beginning to look a little dated. Every floor of the hospital is divided into four wings with a central hub, as if the building had a modular design. The private patient rooms are very very small, and surround the circular designed nurses' station, which is very large. However, a hospital is about caring and healing; not just looks. This is a catholic hospital and its mission statement is: "Rooted in the loving ministry of Jesus as healer, we commit ourselves to serving all persons with special attention to those who are poor and vulnerable. Our Catholic health ministry is dedicated to spiritually centered, holistic care, which sustains and improves the health of individuals and communities. We are advocates for a compassionate and just society through our actions and our words". If you've ever lived in a big city such as Los Angeles, and have been to a large hospital such as Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, a lot of other hospitals pale in comparison. Even living in a medium sized city as New Orleans, we are blessed to have such a comprehensive health care facility such as Ochsner. I recently had my first experience with Providence Hospital when my 94 year old paternal grandmother fell and broke her hip. The hospital itself seemed adequate, but when it comes to your loved one, I've never had any hospital truly provide the personalized care that I wanted for MY loved one. Following a trip to the E.R. and then surgery, she was put on the 9th floor for her post surgical recovery. Unfortunately, like many other elderly patients who are admitted, another more serious medical issue is often discovered; and the same held true for us. After a series of tests and a terminal diagnosis, we were moved to the palliative care floor (11th floor) where she was made comfortable, as there was nothing more that could be done for her. The staff here was pretty good, but again, is anyone ever going to give you the care that you truly desire? Pros: Probably one of the better facilities in the Mobile, AL area. If you are Catholic, this is a good hospital for you. Very nice cafeteria. Very nice chapel. Sufficient parking. Free shuttle to parking lot. Special shout out to Chrystal Griffis MD and 9th floor nurse Brittany, both of whom are excellent, caring and have a great bedside manner. The campus and beautifully landscaped grounds are second to none. Cons: Building is getting dated. Only 4 passenger elevators that are often packed. Other than in the patient rooms, there are no restrooms in the halls aside from the "basement" cafeteria and the 1st floor lobby. Very small nursing staff for the number of patients. In summary, if I were a resident of Mobile, AL, this would probably be my first stop to get emergency medical care. However, once stabilized, I would probably opt to be transferred to a larger more modern facility. If I had lived in Mobile my entire life, I would probably give this place a 3 star rating. But having lived in Los Angeles and New Orleans, I've seen some better examples of what a 3 or 4 star hospital is like. My 2 star rating is not derogatory at all. I have just been fortunate to have been privy to some very top notch hospitals. read more

Since my PCP was overflowing with patients, I was referred to Providence ER. I have redness and scaling bumps all down the front and back of one leg. The kindly man ascorted me in to draw blood - after sitting for over 1 1/2 hrs. He also placed an IV in my arm. I went back to the waiting room and watched all others escorted back and forth. After another 1 1/2 hrs. I caught him not busy and asked if he could remove the IV as 3 hrs. is way too much time for no busier than they were. He removed the IV and told me to wait just a minute. Suddenly here comes a nice little nurse out of nowhere and tells me I have cellulitis in the leg, She gives me instruction and a prescription for antibiotics. All of this was over 3 hours. If your going to an ER, don't go there. read more

We had a great experience with the staff here. But omg... my son is 2months and they have managed to screw up EVEREY. SINGLE. BILL. The nurses came in after I delivered and got my insurance and my husbands but every bill we got says "uninsured" and I called and they had no insurance on file. I have like a bunch of separate bills I had to call separately and add insurance and I have NO idea what I owe still. This place is super disorganized and no one obviously is doing their job in billing. We're STILL getting bills in the mail that say "uninsured" ... frustrated. read more

I had an allergic reaction to something I came in contact with. I started to get hives all over my body. From the admittance to discharge, I was impressed on how quickly the whole process was. I was there for a week. I have never met such wonderful nursing staff. They treated me with the upmost respect one could have. They all was so kind and loving. They all made me feel so comfortable. I was on the 8th floor. I would have to say I have never been treated better then the nurses here. I wish I could have remembered all of their names because they all were the best. I truly wish there were a 0 star option because the level of unprofessionalism here is just too much. I am still heated from my ordeal with them back in April of 2018 when my beloved grandfather passed away under their care. I would never recommend sending anyone here, even my worst enemy. If you value your life and dignity, find anywhere else to go but here, please. There are so many negative reviews of this hospital on Google, Yelp, etc. I am shocked they are still operating since they treat people like animals and have the cleanliness of a third world country. This place should be evaluated and/or SHUT DOWN. Where do they find and hire these people? Complete mess. They should be ashamed of themselves. Utter failures at their jobs. The people hired here must have all come from the same 1 star college. Like, it's one thing to have a low IQ but it is entirely another to have no heart, poor bedside manner, and a lack of compassion for those in need. Total trash "hospital". If you love your life and value your health, mental, emotional, physical, and otherwise, drive the extra mile to find better and actual care. I will stay heated and pressed on this issue until there has been a class action lawsuit filed against their malpractice, until they have been shutdown, or completely renovated from the foundation to the rooftops. I was brought to Providence by ambulance recently January 3rd with a dislocated ankle and three broke bones in same foot. The ER was full so I had to wait on a stretcher near the nurses desk for a room. The wait was shorter than I anticipated and the nurses and caregivers were wonderful. I had a male nurse named Byron Pierce that was a God Send! He was absolutely great. Very friendly, yet professional. He listened and went above and beyond taking such good care of me. I give him 5 stars for sure! I am a 59 year old female and proud to have such a wonderful hospital in my area. Thank you! read more

The way they have triage set up in the emergency department is ridiculous. You can literally hear every word the patients are telling the nurse. That's sad and people deserve more privacy. They leave their patients out front in the lobby writhing in pain in front of everyone. And the assistant who took the vitals didn't even know how to check blood sugar. This hospital treated me horribly and handled me as if I was an animal at the zoo on display. The two nurses laughed and went on gossiping about me being I'll due to having complications from cosmetic surgery. They said some alarming things some in which I can't remember but I do remember sitting in my ER room crying and feeling less than a human being! I even told the nurse how her and the ladies at the nurse station made me feel...she kinda apologized but it wasn't genuine it was to keep from getting in trouble because she knew she messed up! The doctor was horrible he kept asking why I had surgery in Miami and not Mobile...and said most of you go there come back to my ER with infection. Very disheartening to hear some of the things that came out his mouth!!! No bedside manners or respect! Heck he even forgot to go over myCT scan report I had to learn that I had a huge mass on my ovaries from another physician who was reading my ct Report along with swollen lymph nodes in my groin....like how do you not tell the patient these things .The only nice person was the lady who checked me in Ms.Tamieko or Tameka....other than that I would not recommend this hospital, they will focus on why they shouldn't be treating you versus what you actually have going on! read more

My brother has been in Providence on several different occasions for cancer. I have never seen such fragmented care as I have seen at this hospital. I have been an RN for 38 years and this is the absolute worst place any family member of mine has ever been. We have had nasty, rude nurses. The doctors are not talking to one another so the right arm doesn't know what the left arm is doing. There has been no continuity of care. They tried to discharge him when he was symptomatic of low magnesium and twitching badly without even checking his levels. It was critically low after I insisted they check and he had to have an infusion and the discharge cancelled. A nurse pulled his pic line he needed for his chemo because she had no idea it was to stay in for his chemo. It had to be put back in. The room was dirty when we got there. I could go on and on. if you have a family member at this hospital you better watch them like a hawk. We have averted so many disasters it is ridiculous. On top of everything else the nursing shortage has definitely affected the care. We had some wonderful nurses but we also have had some horrible ones. I cannot recommend this place for anyone. On vacation and have my husband in the ER here. He is having a rapid heart rate. This has been going on all day and his doctor told us to go to an ER. We chose this one and wish we had not. Almost four hours later and he has not seen a doctor. You would think with a heart related issue he would be a priority. Especially since he has a history of AFIB. I do not have high hopes of us getting out of here before 10:00. I am starting to doubt the competency of the providers. I honestly am not comfortable visiting the ER for anything after this last visit. First and foremost the ER at Providence is filthy and in disrepair . You can not possibly get healthy service in a place that's full of mucus and germs ! The walls and floors are disgustingly dirty. I lay there in an exam room and see blood and other nasty fluids on the ceiling. I see the heat and air vent covered with lint and I'm not sure what else. I then observed a cleaning person using a rag to wipe counters the bed and Garbage can and when I watched she dunked the rag in a bucket of fluid and used the towel for all the surfaces . Really ??? If I were the health department I'd shut that entire hospital down and condemn the place as unusable due to lack of maintenance and cleanliness. Seriously !!!!! The medical personnel also need way more supervision and lack the professionalism ! The only person who I thought was even close to decent was my nurse. I had my baby 3 days ago. Nurses were AMAZING the first day (smallest rooms). The second day they transfer us to the bigger room were the nurses were so mean and unprofessional. They were really rough with my baby, I had a lot of questions (first time mom), and they all answer the questions making me feel so stupid. Hospital staff were very unprofessional! Very rude . With no compassion for their jobs or for their patients! It is just a paycheck to the people who work here. And we where told that our father could not have a warm blanket in the ICU. Unless he was coding or having a heart attack! read more

I was brought to this hospital via ambulance in December for a broken arm. I had been in a car wreck and the fire department arrived on scene before the ambulance, so the firemen wrapped my arm up. Once I got to the hospital, I had to wait in the hallway still strapped down to a gurney from the ambulance for 36 minutes before being taken to a room (there's a big screen that shows last names and wait times, so I could see how long I'd been waiting). While I was waiting the nurse at the front desk, savannah, spent her time flirting with the EMTs who brought me in. During their conversation I could also hear her saying "her arm is probably not even broken, she's probably just worked up". Then she came over, unwrapped the entire wrap the firemen put on my arm, and looked at it and said "oh yeah it's definitely broken". Like yes?? We knew that?? Then she didn't even re-wrap it. She just left it. Which if nobody has ever experienced broken bones, the pressure of the wrap relives some pain so once she took it off I was in immense pain. Once I finally made it to a room the male doctor that helped me was super professional and helpful, but the experience was awful up until that point. Do better. read more

Daughter gave birth in the hospital. We were close to the nursery and I witnessed two nurses in the nursery NOT WEARING A MASK! One was even holding a newborn! I told one nurse about it, and she simply turned her back on me, and acted as if she hadn't heard me! There was also a doctor making rounds with a mask under his chin, even though he was visiting family rooms. I told the doctor about it, and he said that the patient doesn't have COVID because they were tested! I then informed him does he know whether the family members have COVID?! Short answer NO! (The room where the new mother and her family sleep over. ) On the positive side they give you a excellent steak dinner for two as a congratulation gift! And... the staff was very nice! Provident needs to do better!!! read more

My recent experience with Providence has been very bad. 1) If you come in in pain, they will not give you any pain relief unless you're dying. the doctors, most of them, have a really bad bedside service. Mine was quite offensive - accusing me of trying to get pain killers. 2) I received no medication for my inflammation after that visit. I received no care during the visit. I did get a bill for $5k, just for the hospital for a visit that I got no help for. I went through financial aid and they ask for every. single. aspect of your life. So, I went to Legacy. They gave me one pain pill, which was enough. They did scans to make sure nothing serious was going on. They treated me well. I also went through financial assistance with them. They asked for my taxes and a few more documents and took $4k off a $5k bill. Now, I pay them just out of respect. I also got insurance through the health exchange for Providence and my deductible was $13k. It was actually cheaper for me to pay cash for all my medications and let it lapse. My monthly payment was $660. Providence boasts being loving and loving God. But they love money more. read more

My brother was recently transferred to Covenant care at Providence hospital. He was there less than 24hrs before he passed. The staff was overwhelmed with new intakes the evening he came in and they still gave him individual care and respect. They kept him comfortable and out of pain for the last hours of his life and I will always be grateful for their kindness! read more

The views expressed here are my own and do not represent my employer. My family had been on vacation in Gulf Shores, AL. The morning we began our drive home, my mother was in tremendous pain. We were 10 hours away from home (St. Louis) and her familiar team of health providers. I saw a sign indicating we were only 11 miles from Mobile, so I told my mother we were heading to Providence Hospital. Location & Parking: The location is convenient from Airport Blvd., and the hospital is not a large complex, so we found it generally easy to navigate. Parking is free for patients and visitors, which is very nice if you are going to be spending a lot of time there. Facilities: My mother had a single room. It was small, but had a great view. There was a nice reflection/meditation room at the end of the hallway, where we went when there were too many people in the room. Food: I cannot speak to the quality of food for admitted patients, since my mother was on a liquid diet. They have a small cafeteria with reasonable prices, although I would have preferred that they opted for something more environmentally-friendly than Styrofoam cups. Staff: This is where Providence stood apart, by far. The nurses treated us with compassion, respect and dignity during a very vulnerable time. Despite being from out of town, we were not treated as outsiders, but were welcomed like family. Simple gestures - from holding my mother's hand, to bringing an extra chair so my whole family could sit - were so appreciated. Mundane tasks - helping my mother use the bathroom or administering unglamorous treatments - were performed with love. I witnessed firsthand the passion of the nursing staff at Providence, and I am grateful they were there for my family when we needed it most. I would not hesitate to go to Providence if I find myself in Mobile and needing medical attention in the future (although, I hope that isn't the case!) read more
