And after we proceeded to the checkout counter she told us we could instead adopt it (take it for free) despite the fish being displayed at full price previously. Firstly I want to thank the worker because her offer showed that she cared for the needs of disabled animals. But secondly I wish the workers had more care for their animals, like atleast knowing they exist instead of just marking them at whatever price they're told, sitting them on the shelf and never giving a second glance. The manager on duty at that time was very helpful and had no issue applying the discount; she simply adjusted the price by removing a dollar amount. I bought a few different flavors since I wasn't sure which my cat would prefer. Once I realized he didn't like one of them, I returned the very next day to exchange just that flavor for another, the exact same product line, just a different variety. Unfortunately, the helpful manager from the day before was not working. I explained the situation and showed my receipt, but the associate told me I would have to pay full price for the replacement, which made no sense. They then called a manager, who repeated the same thing, that they couldn't honor a discount another manager had already applied, even with clear proof on my receipt. They insisted I show the online deal again, which should not have been necessary, since it had already been verified and honored the day before. They refused to work with me and ultimately chose to inconvenience me over a simple flavor exchange. This is my closest location, but after this experience I will be avoiding it. I went to the Sawmill location immediately afterward, and they resolved everything without hesitation. They were shocked that the Plain City location would not assist me.

We will absolutely be back for regular nail trims and any other grooming needs. They went above and beyond and gave me a heads up when another dog was coming through so I could distract my dog so she wouldn't react. I was so nervous to bring my dog somewhere new and we had the best experience! I was also amazed to see how many simple ingredient food and treat options they had for my sensitive girl who has lots of allergies.

I usually do it myself, although I have no professional training but it's better than what I paid for. I received a notification for a discounted grooming with a new groomer, Ruben. I decided to come, we met and dropped off Charlie. I showed him exactly what I didn't want and he took the time to get Charlie properly groomed. She was very patient walking each out, then trimming & filing their nails. I was impressed when I saw what a great job she did. The first month was ok by month 6 Matt did a water change and introduced ick into my tank and killed all my fish but one and then tried to sell me more instead of replacing them. I read online that as long as you take all the fish out of your tank for 6 weeks ick will die out of your tank. I didn't need Matt for that six week period, I took my water weekly to Rivers to Reefs to get it tested and they even showehow to test my self,and my water conditions were perfect. My coral was thriving beautiful. I was a loyal customer to Matt and it was about time for a water change and I called Matt he came to my house looking high and changed my water and left everything dead. When I called him about it he said he could have been that my nitrates were to high, but when I told him I had the water tested just days before and the water conditions were perfect he said he may have put in fresh water but he was not going to replace any coral or any fish and if I want to get my money back I should I have my lawyer call him. I'm in the process of taking him to court now but the guy is a real loser, buying fish or coral from him or having him do you water changes is VERY HIGH RISK Updated this review in response to the scum bag store owner he never tried to mend the relationship, a law suit would never be involved if he just replaced everything he killed in my tank. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE of doing business with Matt if you value your aquarium, I think he will kill everything in your tank, my tank was maintained by Matt and the picture you see is his REAL WORK. Asked if I could have a credit since I did not know they were having a sale. The owner refused to give me a credit saying "we don't know when we are going to have a sale until the day of" the worst customer service and I will NEVER by another product there. I recommend Coral Farms of New Albany and Rivers to Reefs in Gahanna as excellent alternatives. Guy may know his corals but he doesn't understand customer service!!!
