Most of us thought the broth was too sweet, and the noodles had a really strange, mushy texture. We've never experienced that with pho before bc it's really hard to mess up pho noodles. On the bright side, my brother-in-law and I both got the combination rice plate and thought it was really good! Everyone who got the Thai tea also liked it. I'd recommend the rice plates and Thai tea over the pho, which feels a little ironic for a place called Kim's Pho.

For a broth made by simmering beef bones, I would expect some grease inside. The noodles had good texture and the spring rolls were great. For casual diners, Pho Da Cao may be good choice. For me, the quality of the pho is not to my standards.
