Located in Tulsa Global District (E. 21st and Garnett Rd), right next to Nam Hai Oriental Market, this Vietnamese restaurant is the definition of casual. Entrees from this restaurant are cheap and affordable. The pho broth was quite savory, a little toward the sugary sweeter end. The pho noodles were good, soft yet still retaining some texture. Combination pho only had like 3 different meats. The spring rolls at Pho Nhi were jumbo and meaty, one of my favorite spring rolls. With good food and great service at a cheap and affordable price, it's hard not to include Pho Nhi in the list of Favorite Vietnamese Pho in Tulsa Metropolitan Area.

You order at a counter and then take a seat and they bring the food to you. I ordered the combination fried rice, which has pork, chicken, and beef. My food came out about 10 minutes after ordering, along with one coworker's entree. My other two coworkers didnt get their entrees until 5-10 minutes later. I felt kind of bad just eating in front of them, but didn't want my food to get cold. The fried rice itself was fine. My only concern was that the pork, beef, and chicken, if I got all of them, we're all the same color. Add to that I couldn't tell even by taste that there was different meat. I think I would give the place another shot, and even maybe the fried rice again, but I'd still to a single protein next time.

This hole-in-the-wall Vietnamese restaurant used to be my favorite restaurant in Tulsa. That time has gone. Maybe, next visit will write a different story. I came back just to make sure my review was accurate. I tried both Bun Bo Hue (my favorite Vietnamese soup) and the Vietnamese pho. The pho broth was the same (mildly flavorful) but the noodles were more firm than last time.
