There is only a buffet on weekends, but despite what the sites say, this place is open at 11am and not 11:30am, so that is good news. I ordered Lamb Vindaloo, HOT. my wife ordered the Chicken Biryani. We got garlic Naan as well. The place was empty because of the 11/11:30 issue which hopefully they resolve. The restaurant is large with tables for large groups and the service was very attentive. After our wait, the food came out. Holy moley. My Lamb Vindaloo was probably one of the best if not THE BEST Lamb Vindaloo I have had in my entire life. The meat was flawless. No fatty pieces, or tough bits. It was soft and flavourful and so great I can't even think of anything negative to say about it. As I write this I am drooling just remembering it. The sauce was thick and spicy but also had perfect seasoning telling me the chef knows how to balance the flavours and elevate the fantastic lamb.
