I made a purchase today and I was overcharged when I returned with the receipt and the proof that I was overcharged she proceeded to tell me that the overcharge was a tip that I entered. I purchased a Rove cartridge on Sunday (4/6). I live an hour north of the San Bernardino location so I made a special trip. Went home and the cartridge was not working. Tried to charge my battery but still wasn't working. I called the store on Monday (4/7) and spoke to a manager. He said that's why we recommended you try the product as soon as you get it, suggesting I try it in the parking lot. But I didn't want to be high driving home, I explained. I said I wanted store credit then. I came in today (4/8) and worked with Chris the manager. He issued store credit for the defective cartridge. I wanted a new rove cartridge and today you guys have the promo buy one rove cartridge, get the second for a $1. He would not honor this and said the store credit is a "promo" and I can't stack a promo on another promo. Your return policy does not state the store credit is a promo. This is ridiculous that I have 20 orders with this location over the past year. I have never done a return. And this is how I'm treated. He also would not issue cash instead of the store credit either. He said it would need to be within 24 hours, but the return policy says 72 hours for a return. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB for the horrible return policy. No where does it state that a store credit is a promo. Also, will be contacting the San Bernardino sheriffs office since your managers are encouraging customers to try the product in the parking lot before driving away so if the product is defective they can swap it out immediately. I already completed a complaint with the Department of Cannabis Control of California. read more

She then proceeds to tell me to wait in the regular line. After 10 min , Once I get to the front with another budtender , I then tell her I have an express pickup order.
