I want to start this review by saying I started coming to this smoke shop because my dad has been coming here for a while. My experience has been great so far up until today. I purchased 2 vapes yesterday, 6/21 and one of the ones I bought stopped working after I used it for about 10 or so hits. I figured it's quite common since these things do break from time to time. I came back looking to exchange for a new one, since it stopped working not due to my negligence but faulty equipment. And the brand of device I was trying to exchange has a clear tank on it so you can see how much e liquid is left. Like I said, I used it for about 10 or so hits so it's literally full. The worker told me that since I used it, I can't exchange it because it's my fault it broke. He reiterated the fact that these devices, or this particular brand "doesn't break". He asked me questions like, "did you drop it" or "what did you do". So he let me know he'd give me a discount if I wanted another one. Keep in mind, I've been coming here every week and spending $50-100 every visit for the better part of 6 or so months. My dad comes here every week and spends the same. I figure since I am a customer who comes so frequently and spends close to $200 a month here, they would accommodate a replacement for me. Instead, he smirked in my face as if I were lying to him about the device breaking. This place didn't just lose 1 loyal customer, but multiple due to this instance. I could easily afford another pod/vape, but the customer service was unacceptable. Below you'll find a picture of the device I have for reference, the pod pictured is an old one but just wanted to give reference as to what I'm talking about. Rip off!!! came in here to buy the Orion refillable pods. We've bought these previously at other vape shops for $10-$15 for 2 pods. The box for two said it was $9.99. But when they rang us up they said it was $20... they said it's $9.99 for 1 and if you buy 2 it's $20... seemed a bit shady - the guy did offer to not charge us tax ... but very deceiving when the box says $9.99. read more

They got a lot of fake puff bars. They get super defensive when you ask them about it. A few times I came for exchanges and the guy made me prove it by hitting a brand new one. When I open a brand new one and showed him hard I have to inhale for a small puff he pulled if out of my hands and threw it in the trash. Told me I had to try a different brand. "IF YOU TRY ANOTHER ONE WHAT IF ITS BAD. WE LOSE MONEY." Yet he kept the fakes on the shelf. When I told him the brand he suggested to get is 3 dollars cheaper than what I paid, he looked away, said ok ok and gave me 2 dollars lol. read more

This shop always seemed sketchy.. bought a few puff bar vapes last night and when I got home, one of them was super hard to hit fresh out the box. I brought it back the next day n the guy at the shop said "sorry, no guarantee. Company fault" and REFUSED to help me in any way possible. What a fucken prick, I mean no customer service or any type of resolution to selling a faulty product. A young handsome guy greeted me nicely, then a pretty woman helped me. They are young and seem to enjoy what they do here. The shop is small but clean, organized, and colorful. I love all the blow glass smoke pipes, beautiful artworks... Almost reminded me of an adult shop in Santa Cruz haha!!! Almost got excited for a bit there LOL. I had been coming here a lot and thought it was great, until a few days ago when I purchased a Puff Bar Flow for about $25. I didn't realize the packaging was already ripped off and I started to hit it only to realize that it was completely empty and dead (and yes, the intake was wide open so it should have worked). I'm disgusted at the fact that I put my mouth on it where someone else might've used it... never shopping here again. read more

We live right up McLaughlin and my husband loves to come to this smoke shop for all his vaping needs. He recently tried a few different flavors and was absolutely in love. He walked in, needed a new pen since his from Platinum vapes broke. :( The service is good, they do their best to assist you in making decisions, there is a lot to look at so it can be overwhelming but they are helpful. not to mention he loves his new pen and it was cheaper than his first. Its lasted him more than 6 months, unlike the first. We will definitely make this our go-to for our vaping needs. :) read more

They sold me a defective vape pen, when I took it back they would not refund or exchange the pen. So now I've spent $40 on a piece of crap pen that DOES NOT WORK and I've had to buy another one elsewhere (which was $30... $10 cheaper for the EXACT same pen). I hate this smoke shop, they are a rip off and they refuse to back up their products. I'll never return here again and if I can save someone else from being ripped off and overpaying for something (and then receiving poor customer service after the fact) it won't fix it for me but at least someone else won't have to deal with it. read more

Friendly and knowledgeable staff is always a good thing, and they've got that here. The place is clean and well presented. This is more of a vape+glassware+accessories kind of place, I went in for just some regular cigarettes, and while they had them, they don't sell cartons. Not their fault, it's not their primary target market, and it's a small shop so they've got to control supply by demand. Got some pretty nice incense in there as an impulse buy, though, and it's so cheap there I can see myself returning here to stock up on that. read more

Came in about 30 minutes before they close. I knew nothing about vapes and oils or anything. I was going to get a disposable one but when they asked if I had a cartridge, I said no and they pointed me out to a better deal of getting an e cig basically.
