I stopped by this shop around 11:25 a.m. and it was closed with a sign saying "be back in 15…read moreminutes." After waiting a bit, a female employee came back, took the sign down, and went behind the counter. I walked in and said good morning but didn't get any response. I told her I was looking for disposable vapes and instead of explaining anything, she just tapped on the glass display. I moved a binder so I could see what she was pointing at, and she immediately moved it back and said, in a very condescending tone, something to the effect of, "That's a menu...use it." There was no explanation that the binder was a menu, and the whole interaction felt rude and awkward. Tapping on the counter and expecting customers to just know what you mean isn't good customer service. Use your words...On top of that, the prices are high. Between the attitude and the pricing, I won't be coming back.

I purchased 2 vapes yesterday, 6/21 and one of the ones I bought stopped working after I used it for about 10 or so hits. I figured it's quite common since these things do break from time to time. I came back looking to exchange for a new one, since it stopped working not due to my negligence but faulty equipment. And the brand of device I was trying to exchange has a clear tank on it so you can see how much e liquid is left. Like I said, I used it for about 10 or so hits so it's literally full. The worker told me that since I used it, I can't exchange it because it's my fault it broke. He reiterated the fact that these devices, or this particular brand "doesn't break". He asked me questions like, "did you drop it" or "what did you do". So he let me know he'd give me a discount if I wanted another one. Keep in mind, I've been coming here every week and spending $50-100 every visit for the better part of 6 or so months. My dad comes here every week and spends the same. I figure since I am a customer who comes so frequently and spends close to $200 a month here, they would accommodate a replacement for me. Instead, he smirked in my face as if I were lying to him about the device breaking. This place didn't just lose 1 loyal customer, but multiple due to this instance. I could easily afford another pod/vape, but the customer service was unacceptable. Below you'll find a picture of the device I have for reference, the pod pictured is an old one but just wanted to give reference as to what I'm talking about. Safe to say, we will never be coming back here. Many other places you can choose from.
