Great place to buy a bike. GREAT shuttle service. So everyone in town, local or not, swears by these guys. Great shuttles, skilled bike mechanic, and a great place to buy a bike in general. The owners, Bill and Sue are super friendly, knowledgeable, and have really reasonable rates! There was a good selection of clothing and parts and it's nice to be in a smaller, family-style bike shop. I felt welcome, just hanging around like at home. Mt. I've used this bike shop to shuttle on several occasions. Very helpful and friendly. This week We didn't need a shuttle, but we stopped in to see if they had a patch kit and tubes and ask about trail conditions. This dude in the shop had no time for us, did not want to answer any trail condition questions. when they found out we weren't there to use their shuttle he was purposely rude and dismissive. We walked out and bought our gear at the other bike shop near Lithia park. I'll never come back here. I would give negative stars if I could. I spoke with a few riders on the trail later that day. I asked their feelings about this shop. They said they were clicky, generally had no time for you unless you used their shuttle. They use to ride with some of them but stopped because of this issue.They were local riders. they never use this shop now. read more

We booked thru Ashland mountain adventures for our family of 4 and bill and sue took great care of us and our bikes. Sue gave us a detailed map each day we rode for different trails and all worked great. It was awesome to get shuttled up and have an epic 2 hour ride down to the downtown of Ashland. The trails were so much fun, technical and challenging for the experienced rider without being too much so for the intermediate rider to be able to ride. Meeting in the skate park for our 2nd runs of the day were helpful. We met some friendly riders on the trail too which was a bonus. Ashland was a fun town to stay in also, some nice places to eat and enjoy while not riding. Can't wait to go back and will definitely use Ashland mtn adventures again! read more

Sue and the shuttle are a 5 star experience. However - Bill you are a 1 star human. The first time we experienced Bill he was mocking us, and was incredibly rude to his coworker. We decided that he had to be having a bad day...because who could work with mountain bikes and have that much of a shit attitude??? So we decided to give him a second chance.. and boy did he disappoint. Upon entering the parking lot he was yelling at a coworker. Yelling about parking. Yelling at us to move our vehicle or else his neighbor would "have a shit fit" (no parking is labelled to where you can and can't park, so good luck with that). Its almost a joke to hear someone yelling and having such a fucking horrible attitude about something as simple as a mountain bike shuttle. Now for my third experience with Bill....I was trying on knee pads to purchase before our shuttle...and it was about 5-6 minutes before the shuttle was scheduled to leave (my bike and all gear was already boarded and ready to go)...and the ladies in the shop starting freaking out that I wasn't on the shuttle. They said, "you need to get on the shuttle, or else Bill will leave you. So I asked, "are you saying that the shuttle will leave me before our scheduled shuttle time when I'm trying to give you more money?" And the employee responded with, "you know Bill, he will definitely leave you." In a world of customer service and competition, Bill is the definition of the worst employee to have - who can and will decrease revenue in a small business. We wont be returning to this outfitter secondary to our personal experience with Bill. If there are other shuttle services in town, I would rather pay double for that than be treated like scum by another person. Other quotes from employees about Bill "He needs to ride his bike more" "He shouldn't be in the customer service industry, he thinks he is the customer and he is always right." Your own employees are begging for a change. At the end of the day I have to apologize for supporting your business. Its obvious it isnt wanted. read more

Bill helped with bike technical info. and rentals. Got us a rental bike when when they didn't think that they had one. Had the best time on Ashland Mountain thanks to Bill and Sue. My family are beginner riders. Bill took the time to get all of our bikes suited up to each of us and gave us some instruction riding in the parking lot prior to going up. This helped so much. Sue was so helpful and welcoming. Sue is the bomb, we showed up in Ashland, called the shop and she got us on a shuttle to Ashland Mountain the next morning at 8:30. My 15 yo son and I are racing in October on the mountain and wanted to pre-ride the course, she took the time to show us on the map all the stages, and had instructions on the back how to get to back to the shop after finishing the ride, and recommendations for trails on the mountain.
