The prices were fair and they were accommodating to changes, but communication and timeliness is what made our experience sub par. We were given a 3 hour delivery window the day we needed the rentals. We didn't receive a single call or text that they were running late, we had to text (which went unanswered) and ended up having to call to get answers. They were about 15 minutes late, but we would've loved to have know that so we could've ran out for the errands we needed to do. For pick up, we gave them a specific time for them to come and do the pick up, and again no calls or texts letting us know they were running late and came almost 2 hours late. I recently rented items from Nacho at Ashley Party Rentals. I was more than satisfied with their service and products. Oftentimes when you order from these types places I almost expect the wrong item to arrive or expect them to arrive late or get lost but not with them. They got there right on time and delivered exactly what I wanted and picked up when expected. I reached out to several companies for price quotes and availability a week before my event. Ashley Party Rentals responded within a few hours and were very competitively priced and responsive so I decided to move forward with them. They provided a 2 hour time frame for delivering my tables and chairs and arrived within 15 minutes after the beginning of the time slot. That gave me plenty of time to setup stress-free. Most unprofessional business I have ever had the displeasure of working with. We requested a 10 A.M. delivery (a couple weeks before our event, so it wasn't like we requested something at the last minute) even confirmed the day before that everything was good, and they arrived 2.5 hours late with dirty tables and chairs that had clearly not been cleaned from the previous use. I waited until 10:30 for delivery, called them, since no one had bothered to call and tell me they were going to be late, and was told they had "car trouble" and that everything has been transferred to a new truck and they will be there in an hour. 11:30 comes around, still no delivery and no call from them so I called again. They then told me it would be another 30 to 45 minutes, 12:15 comes around and no delivery and no call so I call again and they tell me "oh 15 minutes". Driver finally arrived at 12:30 (the start time of our party, btw), well after my requested, and CONFIRMED, delivery time. They were completely unapologetic about their lateness and didn't even offer a discount or something, I had to demand it. I confirmed a 10 AM pickup to return the rented items the next day. Guess who was 1.5 hours late, with no phone call to let me know they were running behind schedule... The complete lack of respect for your time is appalling. I'll never use Ashley's again and I'll tell anyone who asks to stay away. read more

I have ordered from Ashley party rentals several times now and each time has been seamless! The jumpers always come within window of stated delivery time and pick up is always on time. The last time I ordered a waterslide/jumper combo, the driver brought the wrong landing base but he went and picked up the correct one and had it set up still in time for the party. I even got several calls from the owner making sure everything was ok and as expected. They are very easy to work with and very reliable. I have found their pricing to be very competitive with other companies near my home but I keep going back to them because of the reliability and ease. Paying a small delivery fee is worth it when it's one less thing to worry about. I have also rented a helium tank, Snocone machine, tables, chairs, and canopy from them and each has been in clean, great condition. I will definitely rent from them time and time again! read more

I rented 7 tables and 40 chairs for bridal shower- Great quality! The owner was very nice and helpful with recommendations over the phone. Delivery was a a few minutes later than window that I was given. I called and was told they would be there in less than 30 minutes and they were. Pickup was exactly on time. Tables and chairs were all brought into room for bridal shower and brought back out to truck after party was over by company. I texted them about 3 days in advance of my party, and they replied quickly! I asked lots of questions and although there was some confusion, it was quickly resolved. Great communication and great selection! I was very firm on the kind of jumper I wanted, and they were happy to provide. They also picked it up the next day for free! One thing was the time frame for when they drop off and pick up is not the most accurate, but it was not a deal breaker. They took cash only, and picked up the jumper the next evening. WARNING!!!! Be careful what you order from this company. We ordered a waterslide/jumper combo and once it showed up we learned that something was terribly wrong. Nacho immediately said its a "manufacture/defective" water slide- jumper but failed to let me know this before delivery so we were never able to use it. The pool was higher than the edge of the waterslide by about 5 inches and all the water ran off the sides - flooded my yard and not into the pool. Also the kids would slide down to hit the edge of the pool area and have to stand on the slide and jump over the pool edge. It was not the right fit for the slide. Nacho decided to tell me that I'm not allowed to use their services any more and hung up on me instead of saying sorry and making it right. DO NOT order a JUMPER/ WATERSLIDE from this company. read more
