    There is a reason why y'all have low ratings. Stop justifying selling defective items. I received a response from Ashley furniture store corporate office stating that because I pick the furniture up I wave my manufacture warranty. Why would I waive a warranty. I purchased the furniture from the store manager and the lady who was an even authorized should do this transaction. You guys are horrible and are just out to get people for their money. Even the warranty I purchase would not cover it because the couch was just purchased. I was told that this is being reviewed and I make it another couch. The response on the review says something totally different. Please read the review response I got. Do not shop at this furniture store it's a rip off and does not want to honor defective items. Less than 30 days. I kept the item in the box wrapped up that I got it in. When unwrapping notice it was torn. You cannot justify that. I emailed the customer service line as she suggested in the response, I've gotten no response as of yet. Do not buy from Ashley's

    Update! Even worse service today! No couch again. Nobody on Ashley side helped email or phone call and the delivery company manager hung up on me, delivery people gave up after five minutes saying it's bigger than last couch, then started saying crap about me in Spanish not realizing I'm Spanish! HORRIBLE! How do I have friends and family with no issues and this is the sh*t I get?!? I'm baffled. Horrible. Can't say it enough.

    Another one showing cushions not being even - if you sit in between armless chair and the loveseat, half of your butt just seems elevated.

    The look of Amici sectional in my living room is amazing! However, we bought the 2 piece sectional, and immediately sitting on it felt like it has been in use for couple years. We bought it on 4/18/21, they said that it could take up to 16 weeks to be delivered, and called us literally at the end of following week to schedule the delivery which happened on 5/11. 18 days into using it by 2 adults only, it still looks great. But when you sit on it, it just feels like our 8 years old furniture that we just replaced. So, we tried to convince ourselves that that is just simply the quality of this sectional. We decided actually to add the armless chair the the middle of the sectional to make it bigger. We waited 2 weeks for it. Which is fine. My husband picked it up today at the store. When he brought it home, the quality of the cushion on it is definitely different than the other cushions on our sectional. And it is the whole 1" difference. It's also harder, sturdier, just the way we liked it and what we hoped the new sectional would feel like. We went back to the same store. Talked to the manager. Showed her the pictures and the difference between the cushions. She made a "case". She sent an email to their customer service, along with the pictures we provided. We'll see what happens from here. The thing is we really like the way this sectional looks like. It's just the darn cushions needed to be better quality. I'm actually afraid that since my delivery happened so unexpectedly quick, that somebody actually returned this sectional and they just delivered it to us. Btw, the delivery was a very smooth process. Now, again, this is just what I assume. Based on that just a week prior to them scheduling delivery they had no idea how long will take, and then the cushions looking like they've been in use for quite some time. So, if this is what happens after only 18 days of use by 2 adults only, I would definitely give not even 1 star to it. Even though it looks so beautiful. I hope Ashely Furniture customer service department comes up with the solution to this issue that would work for us. Again, if we hadn't bought that additional chair, and realized the difference in quality, we would have thought that that's the way this sectional is. But, now sitting on that part where the chair goes in the sectional HS anywhere else on it, feels sooooo different. Hope this review helps other people. May 30, 2021 by D D UPDATE: 4 days later we went back to the same store. The same manager was there, even with the mask on you can tell she wasn't to thrilled to see us, even though at the moment we were the only customers in there. I asked her did she hear anything, since no one contacted me, she said no, and I can't do anything else for you guys!!! Just like that. After going back and forth she gave me customer service number, which I called from the store, and the person there was way more interested in helping me than this manager! So we'll see what happens now. But, here are some things that Elizabeth O'Brien, that's the manager's name, said to us: "since they didn't contact me ( she meant ppl from wherever she sent the email on Saturday) it doesn't give me a hope. Because how can they know someone didn't jump on the furniture!!!!!" I was like, lady, do you see monkeys or 2 serious people in front of you?? What did she think about what life style we live?? And then she also said something like "you get what you pay for" not exactly those words, but that's what it sounded like. To what I said $1800 is not a small amount to pay for an average sectional. On my husband's question about giving us at least a bit hope with "customer is always right" he didn't even finish when she interrupted him with "ok, you're right" but with such attitude. So, I hope my case gets resolved. I know that Ashley furniture isn't bad at all. Even that store, Mr. Richard, that was there both times when we were shopping, was such wonderful person. But too bad, that store won't see a Penney out of my pocket. Not while sales manager is the person who doesn't care about customer satisfaction! And saying bluntly "I can't help you"??? She shouldn't have been working in that position, or for that matter nothing where she should have be in any contact with customers.

    My husband furnished our new apartment in Baltimore Harbor He spent 9,000$ Totally furnished. At Ashley Furniture, now 8 months later the couch is peeling and cracking. Wear and tear we are in our 70s no babies no grandkids.I went back to store manager Victor great. He said nothing could be done. We called corporate office. I am told floor model Full Price) not returnable. We paid 500$ % year warranty and told not for fabric of couch. This is unacceptable. I will fight this to the end. ilene glick

The Queen sets are normally $300-on sale for now (double check) for $250. WHAT?! Yes ma'am. Yes sir! You can't beat that deal. I got a chance to meet the man himself & he was helpful and friendly. My trip was quick and to the point. He even loaded the mattress in my van for me. He's been in the business for over 20 years and he knows his craft. He wants to help people and you can tell.     Just moved, purchased 3 of the hybrid mattresses from Amazon that "don't need a box spring" (but…read morethey DO!) and had to get 3 box springs asap. Called Mr. Jerry on Tuesday and was scheduled for a Friday delivery but the weather was bad with rain and we just had to wait and see if it was going to stop raining. Mr. Jerry came thru after it stopped raining and delivered 3 box springs. The fam was happy campers! I live out of town -- my mother lives in a retirement community in Catonsville. I was visiting for a few days and realized that my mother needed a new mattress. I wanted to have it delivered while I was there so I could get her situated. I called and got David on the phone. He recommended a high quality mattress that was on sale for a good price. He arranged to have it delivered the next day. The delivery guys came when they said they would, took away the old mattress and put the new one in place. They even put the waterproof encasement and the mattress pad on the bed. My mother has a bad back and some mobility issues. The new mattress was super comfortable, but just a little bit thicker than her previous one. This made it more difficult for her to get into bed. I called David the next day to seek a solution. He suggested a lower profile foundation. He had one in stock. Because it was a safety issue, David moved heaven and earth to get the new foundation to my mother quickly. I had to leave before the foundation could be delivered (although it was just a day later). David and the manager of the Frederick store personally took the new foundation to my mother's home. When they were finished putting everything in place, David took the time to call me, told me that they had even made my mother's bed, and told me she was lovely. Honestly, I cannot imagine kinder, more effective service. Thank you!

I stopped at nearly every store and finally settled on That Furniture Place. It's in a tiny strip mall. They had a girl in a skimpy pink outfit standing on a mattress on the roof of an SUV waiving at traffic this afternoon. I know, I know...stay with me now. The owner of this shop used to work at one of the reputable furniture shops on the same street and he opened his own place. He knows where to buy quality mattresses without all the brand names that hike up the price. He has been doing well and recently expanded to the space next door so he can sell more furniture. The store is super simple- nothing fancy about it, no paint, no decorations, nothing. And I'll take that any day if that means I pay less for a great mattress. I paid for delivery with a private guy he recommended and they are okay but were running a little late when they brought my mattress over.

I noticed the slight indentation in the side of the when I first got it but it's just gotten worse over time. I would not recommend spending your money here. Get a real name brand mattress that has a 10+ year warranty for the money you're spending. EDIT: less than 2 years old and this mattress is completely breaking down. Do not buy from them. These are knock offs and of crappy quality. These guys are worse than fast falling car salesman.

    I was on the hunt for furniture set to put in my theater room area. Googled and found Mattress Mike which was near me and didn't know existed. Took a chance and decided to drop by in person to see what was available which was on a Saturday. I found a nice three piece set: couch, loveseat, and chair that was available. Decided to check another place and found the same set for slightly cheaper. Came back to talk with Alberto (who was super nice and worked with me patiently) on comparing prices. He was able to match for the cheaper price if I was able to buy that set that day or next day and get delivery by Monday. I went ahead and got it. Fast forward to Monday. I got a call from Alberto saying their delivery guys could only find two of the three pieces for my order to deliver. I could get a black/white set (in picture below) or try another set that was similar at no additional charge since their was an error on the factory end. He sent a text with the picture of the available option which I also really liked and I decided to go with it. They delivered it by 4pm on Monday. Delivery guys were super fast and polite. I would highly recommend using them again even with the slight hiccup they handle extremely well. Picture 1: set in the store they had to showcase. I originally ordered that set but in all black Picture 2: set that was available last minute that's was delivered. I love it!

They offer delivery to where the mattress will be used (even on the 3RD FLOOR! --- or they also they will help you put the mattress in/on your car.) Highly recommend! Their mattresses are comfortable----and they sell furniture as well. (The outside of the building might look off, but high-quality product inside!)
