My daughter and I took my mother to our local Ashley in Harrisburg to start looking at furniture. My father died in December and she is planning to move to a smaller house in the end of April. Heather Richard was at the door as we walked in. She greeted us and told us about the many specials going on in the store. She allowed us to walk around on our own and look at the furniture. She met up with us different times throughout our visit to see if we had any questions. When my mother was ready to look at mattresses she took her back and explained them all to her. Heather was very patient with my mother through all of her questions and took the time to answer each one fully. When my mother was ready to purchase, she made sure she was 100% clear on exactly what she wanted. In the end, my mother ended up spending over $9,000 but had exactly what she wanted and was ready to furnish her new home. The really nice part is that they will hold the furniture until she is ready for it and will ship the furniture the 50 miles to her new place. I give Heather and the Ashley furniture store in Harrisburg a 5-Star rating. When I am ready to purchase my new furniture, I will definitely be going there! read more

This store has so many options for everything. I worked with Emily and she was very patient with everything I wanted to look at. I first came in looking for a new bed and frame for myself and I told her exactly what I wanted and she led me to several different options and with each option she laid out the pricing for me which was wonderful. She took her time and explained everything I needed to know. So after I decided on which bed I wanted my father and I decided we wanted to get new furniture and again she was very patient and showed us many different options. Delivery was faster than I thought, it came in 2 weeks. We did have a problem with the delivery guys putting my bed together. They had the boards upside down which was no big deal it was a common mistake. That day I called Emily and she got right on it to have them come back out and put it together correctly. They did come the next day and put it together the right way which I appreciated. The guys were great and they did apologize and were very nice about it! To my point though this store has great customer service and Emily is a great asset to the company. read more

We went to Ashley furniture in Harrisburg, PA on July 13th and ordered a full living room set and a bedroom sets for two bedrooms. The sales associate, Heather R. was amazing. She helped us find different items when the ones we wanted originally weren't in stock. We were there for a few hours...and wound up being there after closing time. She never rushed us and was pleasant the entire time and answered every question the best she could. 5 stars for her! We wanted our furniture delivered, and it was...in just over a week! Which was awesome. The delivery guys were nice as well, they were quick and set the living up for us. Our only complaint: the dressers we got have some damage to them. And we seen how the items were wrapped so this couldn't have happened during shipping. So whoever packed the furniture before it was given to be loaded on the truck missed it so that's a little upsetting But that doesn't take away from the kindness we were shown at the store. My wife and I was at the store on Sept. 5th looking at bedroom furniture. Sales associate Jalen helped us, when we asked for a tape measure. He did not hawk over us but just said to let him know if we needed any other help. Later we asked about some bedroom furniture and he explained ed a lot to us and gave us a cost estimate,on the items we were interested in. He was very professional and was not pushy. We left and returned the next day after visiting other stores. Halen welcomed us and remembered our names and was able to supply us with more info. We decided to buy the furniture and he immediately we t on line and put together our order. Guest sales rep Joe finalized the sale and explained all the info concerning delivery time, our need to inspect everything upon delivery and provided us with phone numbers if we had a y problems with the condition of furniture at delivery. I had a great experience at this place for years the prices are very reasonable and the staff is very respectful and kind during my last visit I was helped by Heather and she was very patient with us. We are not very fluent in English but she took her time and made sure we understood her and that she understood us. Also Joe was very kind and very playful to my 4 year old son. We bought a new home hence why we needed new furniture and they had originally said that the closes delivery date they could do was not until 3 weeks but we explained to them that we were in a rush and trying to get the furniture in place before we moved and Joe managed to get us a delivery date only 1 week away! Thanks to Elaina at the hbg store for her awesome customer service which she provided to me, because I wasn't very happy when I called in to the store. I called the warranty Dept twice and was hung up on the 2nd time. Not a great experience dealing with them, especially since I called in there on march 27th to file a claim. I called back on 4/1/17 and they had no record of my claim. She immediately contacted me and had me provide my info and in a matter of 2 days she sent Web to our home and he repaired our new couch which was only a few months old. Since there is an Ashley Home Store in Florida, we assumed he could take the order and we could have the furniture delivered by the store in Florida. That's not how it works, but even so he still continued to be helpful and polite. He's quite an asset to your establishment! We did find the same product in Florida and are so pleased with the quality and diversity. I was in the other week to look at living room furniture with the help of Brian. He found a great set my boyfriend and I both could agree on, even my mom was on board! Haha. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and funny, making the whole experience great!! He didn't make us feel uncomfortable and pressured to buy, like how we felt when we went into other furniture stores in the area. Another A+ service!! We ordered a captain bed and dresser for our oldest son. Received a great deal! We asked about a warranty credit we had from a previous purchase. They looked up our account and said we did have a credit but it expired 18 months ago, but without hesitation they said the manager was going to honor our credit. I didn't have to say anything!. Our order took 2 weeks to come in. We were given a 12-3 window and they came early!!! always a plus on a Saturday delivery!! We were looking around for furniture to refurnish our living room when we came to Ashley last weekend. There were couple of places more we wanted to check out before deciding to buy but after seeing such great furniture here we just knew there was no need. Chevelle Brown was a huge help. He took us directly to the area we were looking for, gave us the basic information we needed, and let us do our thing without being intrusive. When we made our decision he was right there to answer any final questions and get us a great deal. My husband and I went in on a Saturday to look around for living room furniture because they were having a sale. When we entered we were greeted by many nice sales associates! A sales lady by the name Eve directed us to what we told her we were looking for and we found a set that was the right color and exceptionally comfortable! We told her we would give it some thought and come back Sunday. We went back in Sunday and she mentioned that the set we looked at was an additional 10% off! I can't say enough good things about this store! Long story short, my beagle ate my couch and left a 3 inch hole on the cushion. Unfortunately she ate the fabric as well because we can't sew it back together or replace the cushion because it's attached to the sofa.
