This review is solely based on the rude, racist, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional manager, Ritchie on 9/11/20. I wish there was the capability of negative ratings, but oh well. I asked to speak with the manager. I saw Dar (sales associate) informing him I wanted to speak with him. I observed him talking to others, and after waiting over 25 minutes, I asked Dar was he aware I was waiting to speak with him, and she said, "he said you'd just have to wait on customer service". I might add, there was one customer service person who I waited for over 10 minutes. While she initially began making excuses about having to use the restroom, she eventually did provide me with the information I needed. I walked around, spending a half hour waiting. I found him sitting in an office talking to staff, making no effort to speak with me. I asked him was he aware I was still waiting to speak with him, and he replied, "give me a few minutes". When he finally came out of the office, he walked up (behind the partition), no where near me, and yelled, "what did I want". Since I was sitting on a bed several feet away, I said I wanted a private conversation. He mumbled something, as the staff looked up at him, then me. When he walked toward me, he offered no apology for the delay or ignoring me. I asked him why he didn't address me earlier when staff.., at which point he loudly interrupted me. He said, "do you want to address problem or just complain?" Before I could speak, he again talked over me. I asked if he could let me finish, which he refused to do. He was sarcastic, and it was clear he didn't want to speak with me. He mumbled something, and when I asked for the GMs name, he loudly stated, "can I be dismissed now", making some sort of animal sound. I responded exactly in a manner he would understand, as I don't deal with assholes, especially those pretending to be a manager. He later watched me out door, standing less than 6 feet to the customer service rep. Funny he had no time to assist me, but plenty of time to racially profile me and disrespect me, making sure I left the store. I asked Dar when the manager would be in, and she responded. The white customers weren't treated as disrespectfully as the blacks were, and the white customers commented on the treatment (or lack thereof) he gave me. 30 minutes wasted in this store. While this idiot had no problem standing right next to multiple white people, he yelled at me from at least 10 feet. At no time, did I witness him assisting anyone of color. I will update this review after speaking to the manager tomorrow. At this point, I'd avoid this location like the plague until they understand that ALL people deserve to be treated with respect. If it was possible to give a negative five stars, that is exactly what I would have done. Their sales practices or questionable if not downright Shady. Let me explain why. My mother, grandmother, and I visited their store one Saturday. We were approached by sales person. I was looking for a new bedroom set. At first Leanne, salesperson, was very friendly and helpful. After I made my decision Leanne and I begin to discuss the cost and so on. I explained exactly what pieces I wanted and what pieces I did not. Leanne said no problem, we can do that. In exchange for the dresser mirror I asked for a night stand. Leanne said we can do that, no problem. I was buying a bed but not necessarily the mattress. Leanne did her job by offering to show me the mattresses even after I expressed that I was not interested in buying a matress. My mother did mention that she would be interested, and Leanne became ever excited and expressed that she only gets paid off commission. Long story short, when the furniture arrived at my new house, the bed frame did not come with the slats that holds the mattress. The frame itself was nicked and damaged. There was no mirror and only 1 nightstand. I called to speak to Leanne. Leanne's response was, since you didn't buy the mattress the bed frame does not come with the slats! Not one time during the sale was that information conveyed. I asked to speak with a manager and told Leanne I would hold. She then HUNG UP on me! I called back and asked to be transferred to the manager directly. The manager was unsympathetic. To say that they lack customer service is such an understatement. The manager began telling me that they do not include the slats if a mattress was not purchased. I explained that Leanne NEVER told me that. The manager stated that furniture pieces could not be swapped out in substitution and I explained that Leanne NEVER told me that was a problem. In fact she made it seem very easy to do. The manager offered to send me a bunkie board so that the mattress to go on the bed And insisted that I would not need slats. She also stated if I wanted the additional nightstand I would have to pay for it, eventhough it was no fault of mine. Today the board was delivered to my home and of course the slats ARE needed. As soon as I sat on the bed it fell through due to not having the support that the slats would provide. So here I am STILL sleeping on my living room floor with my husband dispite spending $1600+ on a new bedroom set. Supposedly slats will be delivered on Tuesday....we shall see... Walked in looking for a brand new sofa. We were immediately greeted by Adam Mandel and he told us about their current promotion that they had at the time. While we were looking around he occasionally kept checking in on us to make sure we were ok which I appreciated since we had lots of questions. The reason why this place doesn't have five stars is because of the fact that they are so hungry for a sale that a lot of the sales people follow you around and don't say anything. It's kind of creepy to be honest to just see a sales person hiding 2 feet away from you to get your sale. I didn't get the name of the gentleman who seemed to have intercepted our sale... but he came off incredibly nice in the beginning so we were ok with him taking over for the sale. However he tried to be an overachiever and kept making us wait when we were ready to purchase. It was getting annoying have to wait for him to finish with his other customers thah probably stole the sale on.. and I'm a pretty patient person but it was getting to be too much. We asked for Adam to finish with us and he was able to. I promise you- ask for Adam!! He is hilarious & has a great attitude. He also knows his stuff. The couch we picked was beautiful and we are waiting for delivery. So far no delays and communication has been great, so fingers crossed! read more

I am currently shopping for a mattress and adjustable base. Walked in the store was greeted by a sales guy who tells me about the friends and family sale happening right now. He asked me what I was shopping for... I answered then asked if they too are part of the friends and family sale? He said yup... then walked me to the mattress area. He asked what ideas I had for a mattress. I replied that I was open to anything except for tempur pedic. Why he only show me 4 of the most expensive mattresses then told me I don't want the Ashley brand because they are bottom of the barrel! I left out of there 13 minutes after walking in! He didn't give me good salesman vibes... he gave me greedy salesman vibes! Too bad... TL;DR They have one star for poor service and an inability to tell me the truth and keep their commitments. They also need to fix their voicemail and answer their phones. Friday, My wife and I went to the store and purchased several items. Sales rep was very nice. Delivery scheduled for the next Tuesday. Saturday, I found one item listed for $150 cheaper on their website. I called the store multiple times over several days between Noon and 5:00pm and received a "we are closed, please call back during business hours of 11:00am to 7:00pm". I was unable to reach anybody over the phone. Messages were not returned. Monday, I went into the store, spoke with customer service, and they quickly price matched and refunded the difference to my card. Tuesday, Items were delivered. Delivery people were very rude. I began to open the box to inspect the item and he said, "We don't have time to wait for you to check out the items. We have more deliveries." I said, "I won't sign for the items unless I check them." He replied, "That's not our policy." Being rushed, I took a quick peek in the boxes. There was no obvious damage so I signed and he quickly went on his way. I assembled the first item without issue. On the second item, a book shelf, all ten screw holes for the metal racks were off by about 1/4 to 1/2 an inch each. Again, I called the store multiple times over two days between Noon and 5:00pm trying every button combination and received a "we are closed, please call back during business hours of 11:00am to 7:00pm". Thursday, I went in the store and spoke with a manager. He offered to trade the floor model for my defective model. However, he wanted me to pay for transport of both the defective model and the floor model, which I will not do. I will not pay any extra for their defective item. He then said he would schedule a technician to visit my house and inspect the item. The technician was to call on Friday to schedule. He also said the general manager, Charles, would call me on Saturday morning to discuss my options. The technician did not call. Charles did not call. Saturday afternoon, Went to the store in person. Waited in line for about an hour at guest service. People in line ahead of me and behind me were there to see Charles. They told me that the store's management had lied to them as well and they came in person to straighten it out. (Three different families said this to me.) Spoke with Charles and he had no knowledge of my issue nor had a case number been created for a technician to visit my house. He created a case number and assured me that a technician would call me by Monday at the latest. I replied, "I need this replaced quickly or refunded" to which he said, "We don't refund, that's not in our process." Funny that they expect us to follow their processes, but they haven't honored their end of it. Tuesday, Call never came. I don't have time to go to the store every time there is an issue. Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. As of this writing, they have a one star average rating on the BBB. I expect a replacement bookshelf delivered and the defective item picked up at no additional charges to me. I, the customer, should not pay anything further for them to replace their defective product. Funny, we budgeted 20k for furniture for our home renovation this Summer and this place blew it on a $400 bookshelf. They will not get another penny from me. I recommend you avoid this store or find another Ashley, as I believe they are independently owned and operated. Maybe order online in case multiple stores share owners/management. Please avoid any location. Their sales process and logistics gives the impression of a scheme. The location is irrelevant. Have been waiting 5 weeks for a product that was "in stock". I can't even get a refund and I have not received product. Customer service lines are un-educated and not helpful. In-store directs to customer service...get it? When a business has this many frustrated consumers, it means something. I failed to read boards prior to purchase. I won't even fight the $300, not worth it. Only worth if it if my comments/experience influence 1 customer to avoid this business. Even if I get settled...the process and time it took to find out if 2 bar stools, no thanks. I can't stress this enough, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! It doesn't matter how good of a deal it might be financially. It will not be worth the continuous headaches you will have when trying to deal with this company trying to actually receive your furniture. My ordered was delayed three separate times. It took so long we had to cancel delivery and assembly, rent a truck and go pick it up. Then they told us an item was back ordered. They said it couldn't be delivered for another three months. So then we rented another truck for pick up and less than 24hrs prior to pickup they said it wouldn't arrive until next week. And shocker, we still haven't received or been able to pick up our order.... Please I can't stress this enough, look elsewhere for your furniture, literally anywhere else! read more

I ordered a sofa sleeper July 13, 2020. It was on backorder and I would not receive it until August 22nd. I received a text message to confirm the delivery date for 8.22.20. That morning I called the store to confirm a delivery window and was told the couch was still on back order and would be available October 3, 2020 with a new delivery date of 10.5.20. On October 5th I received a call from the where house stating they were on the way with the chaise portion of the couch. I had not received a text, email or phone call to confirm the delivery. I told them I did not want a partial delivery and I would prefer to wait for the complete couch. I was told the sleeper portion was still on back order until October 19th. I rescheduled a new delivery for that day. Today the delivery truck came with only the chaise portion of the couch. I refused the partial delivery and was told that by doing so they may give the chaise portion of the couch to another customer and increase my already considerable wait time. I asked the lady in the where house how do they plan to compensate me for my inconvenience and she told me to call the store. I told her I am not calling anyone. You all need to make this right or I am cancelling the order. She said she will have the store contact me. My new delivery date is now November 5, 2020. read more

Horrible, horrible duplicitous and deceiving, non-existent customer service and sub-standard business practices. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they came up short, verging on criminal. I am demanding a full refund of my money based upon false advertising and lies. Do yourself a favor and run not walk away from spending your hard earned money here!!!!! Right as quarantine ended, I decided that I would spend some of my hard earned, working class income to treat myself to a new couch and love seat. Being an essential worker in the medical field, I had been working through Covid-19. I went to Ashley's in Hawthorne and paid on the spot $1200 for these items. I was told that the product was on back order and would take 4-6 weeks for delivery and i was ok with that. I started to get a little anxious after week 5 that I had not heard from anyone with any kind of an update. I tried calling the store, after a 49 minute hold I was forced to hang up. I called the customer service line and was told I would have to contact the store. You cannot email the company or the store manager. I went to the store 2 days ago and was greeted by the sales associate who sold me the furniture who said he told me 4-8 weeks, that was my first red flag as it was inaccurate information. I was told to wait and speak with the manager who told me my items would be delivered by Sunday June 21st and to expect a confirmation text by June 19th and if I didn't to text him. I received no confirmation text and to add insult to injury when I did text and call the manager, he did not respond to either. I called Customer Service and the gal said my items will not be delivered until July 12th for one piece and get this, Dec 31st for the second. Buyer please Beware!!!! We came to this Ashley store to look at their bed selection and to try them out before making a decision. We were already considering a temper pedic but wanted to buy it from the actual store. The sales rep Jennifer Amaya convinced us in buying it with them by throwing in a free body mirror and dresser. She assured us not to worry about making such a big purchase($ 8,000) since we could always return or exchange once if we weren't. Happy. We took her word for it and made the purchase. We are unhappy with the bed, it's extremely uncomfortable, it's causing us pain, it's been giving us asthma like symptoms and flem. We tried to returning it within the 72 hours of delivery after reading the receipt just in case we were lied to. We went into the Ashley store and called customer service and corporate. Some said yes they would return it some said no and kept making us wait for final decision from corporate. Sure enough they said no absolutely no returns are excepted and they tried to argue and say that there was no report of us going in before the 72 hours of receipt. We told them to check their cameras and they said they had no cameras!! They are manipulating fraudulent thieves that will do anything just to make a sale and care nothing about their customers. To begin with the sales person was very nice and knowledgeable, it was from delivery where it went downhill. We purchased queen/king bed frames and king temperpedic in store. When they delivered they brought the wrong king bed frame head board. My husband kindly asked to have it corrected but the gentlemen that delivered it were communicating to their boss which was a lady over the phone and she didn't want to help us out although they made the mistake in bringing the wrong item. She wanted to only take the headboard but yet the bed would be unstable, even the delivery drivers told their boss that, then she proceeded to tell them to leave the bed on the floor (mind you it's a 6k bed plus I'm 8.5 months pregnant, how am I supposed to sleep on the floor? ) so then she decided to take the entire frame. At that point we were still trying to get it fixed but this lady over the phone made it that much more difficult to do a simple exchange so we decided for them to take it all back , that's when the real headache started. I called customer care which the store suggested I do that, they couldn't help then they redirected me back to the store again everyone kept passing me on to the next person I spoke to Christian and Maria from customer care. In store I spoke latrice and Johnny who is the store manager which has the worst communication ever ! I had to go personally in store in order to get an answer of what was being done. I was told their return policy which is final sale on in store purchases which makes no sense cause online return policy is very generous! But yet their excuse is that they're different from online but yet they're the same name, same company, same furniture! The reasons I was given were BS. The store manager Johnny needs training on how to deal with customers in a timely and professional manner. Ontop of that I wasn't given a receipt or any type of paperwork that serves as proof of purchase so how am I supposed to be aware of the final sale in store purchase otherwise I would've re-considered my purchase. At this point I will never ever buy from Ashley's ever again! I will go back to Jerome's furniture instead at least they were transparent from the beginning. read more

My shopping experience here wasn't bad. I was greeted upon entry, given time to explore, and had an easy transaction. I bought a 14-piece set which supposedly was a "manager's special". That meant I couldn't use the 20% discount coupon I got by email. While purchasing my set, I questioned my salesman, Yesi, about returns, etc. I was leery after reading all the poor reviews. After going home, I looked up the same pieces of furniture to see if they were cheaper after I calculated individual prices. Go figure, they were...on several websites. The only problem was that the sofa and loveseat weren't available on the Ashley website. I immediately called the store and asked if Ashley would price match. A lady explained they do not price match because stores are privately managed (franchised??) and managers could price items how they choose. I get it. However, I saved ~$600 by ordering the same items online from Coleman Furniture. Though I asked to cancel my order, the lady told me I had to go in the store to do so. Got to the store a few days later and asked to cancel my order. Suddenly, a nice lady with a dark, short hair cut, told me she could price match. The manager came out and attempted to calculate some things, which still kept totaling more than Coleman. He went on with a speech about having personal delivery and set up, as well as the salesmen working on commission. Umm...I get it again. However, making someone's commission is not my priority!! I just purchased a home and was making the best financial decision for ME!! I don't like when people beg to keep my service and throw a guilt trip on me, so I decided to keep my order with Coleman Furniture because I had also ordered a few other items that were not Ashley brand products. While processing paperwork, the manager must've told my salesman, Yesi, I was at the customer service counter cancelling my order. He came over and I explained that a lady told me Ashley didn't price match, so I was cancelling. He was trying to be polite, but at the same time kind of chewed me out about not calling him directly to ask. Huh?? He also stated that I was given misinformation by whomever answered the phone. Uhh...again, not my problem that their employees aren't trained to keep their business. avoid Ashley's at all costs. I went there today because i finally had the approval of exchanging my parents mattress AFTER 4 long years of going back and forth. The original mattress cost $1500 with some odd change. I was forced to buy other things because they couldn't refund me the difference and i couldn't come back another day to give me time to think about something else i could buy at a later time. I spoke with the store manager Cami Le about the situation and gave her all the information. After a while of explaining and asking if she could give us a one time exception for the small refund ($216) because we were given the run around for 4 long years, she got frustrated and raised her voice at me which i told her she will not being doing that with me. She continued to raise her voice at me and said she didn't care about customer service or even cared about helping us. She kept staring at me in a threatening way and followed me around the store right behind me. After all that, i was told i couldn't use my gift cards to pay the difference. It had to be cash, card or finance because it was a credit. What kind of customer service is that and why would they refuse to let me use my gift cards?? I would never shop there again. They are scammers and liars and only in the business to take money from customers. I will be calling corporate first thing tomorrow. STORE MANAGER CHARLES WILL LIE, CHEAT AND SCAM YOU. HE WILL SAY ANYTHING TO MAKE THE SALE THEN HE DOESNT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AT ALL. This has been literally the worst buying experience I have ever had. I went to mattress firm and purchased a tempur pedic mattress. Lovely experience. I then came to Ashley's to find a bed. While there they encouraged me to cancel my order with mattress firm and purchase the mattress with them. If I did this they would give us the bed for free. Seems like a great deal right? It was NOT WORTH IT. When we got our delivery only one of the required two bunkie boards was ordered. Had to send the whole delivery back. Then they send us the delivery again and they send the wrong bunkie boards! They did offer to send us the correct ones for free. So we have our mattress and bed. And we want to exchange the mattress for a better one. The store manager CHARLES is a liar and a scam artist. We showed up to the store the day of our delivery to request to exchange the mattress. He told us we must keep the bed 30 days before exchanging but he would contact his superior to see if something could be done sooner. Mind u I am 9 months pregnant. I don't want to have my water break and mess up this bed I don't want to keep. I called about a week later to see if we can exchange the bed sooner. He said yes. The 30 day wait period is not valid anymore. He sent in the request and now we are waiting for the credit to be issued to exchange. I called everyday for about 5 days. He gave us his cell number to reach him. He rarely responded to texts. His customer service lady (who may be a little slow) called and said "hey! I have some good news and bad news, bad news is you have to keep the bed 90 days but I was able to reach someone at customer service and u can call them and see what they will do." Disappointed, I say well what's the good news? She says "I was able to reach someone!" Smh. Anyway so I'm thinking worse case is I have to wait 30 days. Now all of a sudden it 90. I contact Charles again and he tells me he made it clear from the beginning about the 90 day period. Which is a lie. I have multiple text messages where he says the exchange request has been approved and we are waiting for the credit. Another text originally saying we have to wait the 30 days. He NEVER said anything about 90 days. I speak with customer service who listened to my story and said she would make an exception and allow me to exchange the mattress. But I can't change my mind again. She says the credit could show up same day or 72 hours max. Ok great, sigh of relief. I call 3 days later and am told the regional manager did not approve the credit and I have to keep the bed at least 30 days. Like wtf!? I thought it was already approved? They tell u a million different things that don't make any sense. So now I'm at the point where Ok fine! I'll wait 30 days. But don't let the 30 days pass and now it's 90 all of a sudden. I'm ready to sure these people! I will NEVER RECOMMEND ASHLEYS NOR PATRON THEIR BUSINESS AGAIN. Update: Charles offered to send us the correct Tempur pedic ultra low profile bunkie board for a king bed. Free of charge. (Side note: I don't think they're allowed to give tempur brand stuff away so I'm sure they were just the Ashley's bunkies). I had Joanna (sales rep) send me a picture of the invoice and repeated several times the correct bunkie board since this will be the third attempt at this. She sent me a screen shot of the invoice and it said SPLIT CALIFORNIA KING bunkie boards. I immediately corrected her and reminded her again that we need REGULAR KING!! She said she would have the customer service lady ANNA fix it. A few moments later she calls me and said CHARLES says the split Cali king is the only bunkie boards they have for king beds. It is compatible and that's what they use for king beds too. Everyone knows cal king and regular king are completely different! I called mattress firm AND ANOTHER ASHLEYS STORE who both confirmed tempur pedic does have a king bunkie board (2 twin XL's) and those are the ones to use with a king bed. And using anything else could void the warranty. So either CHARLES NICOLAS (or Nichols) has no knowledges if the items he's selling or he lies and scams customers all day long. I wish I saw these reviews before our purchase I am so disappointed this has been a nightmare, we went to the Hawthorne location after a home remodel we needed night stands ,dresser, as well as coffee and end tables, 2 lamps it was Xmas eve, not many customers in but no overbearing sales reps, Cliff was great after making our selections he dropped a little FYI , it may take a little time to get your order but someone will contact you in a few weeks to arrange the delivery, but I will give you my personal cell just in case there's in issue but there shouldn't be completing the purchase was like buying a car, we did not finance but it took forever finally we leave and wait for a call but none can I say we had to call and each time were told only a portion of our orders in the warehouse, they will call us back we would call then the dressers in but not the mirror, can you deliver any of our items? No calls then finally after several "your orders coming" then no calls until we call, last week, this is February we are finally getting our items the delivery arrives the young men take the dresser to our bedroom with mirror bring up 1 nightstand 2 lamps , ok where is the 3 piece table for our living room? Oh it says it is on back order what? No call no nothing then as the movers headed to the truck I came to the room " honey" to my husband, where is the other nightstand , they check the order invoice, there is only one I call and the lady said I see you received your order, no I began to explain she said those notes must be with the warehouse then she states they didn't deliver the 3 piece because of missing parts, what does that mean? someone will call us to make arrangements to get you the missing items, here we go again, as of today no calls I even called Cliff who said at the close of the sale here is my personal phone number just in case there are delivery issues (warning, I guess he is use to it) but he has yet to return my call as for the other nightstand, they looked on the invoice there was only one written on our invoice??? Really it was like buying a freaking car it took over an hour to get our order written up and for some reason only one made it to the invoice, we will refund the 3 piece table since we have no idea where it is, missing parts or back ordered , horrible customer service , .... not happy at all but who really cares they got money , I rarely write bad reviews but just want you to know , don't expect fast delivery or any order updates be prepared to make several calls for status updates and to remind them you exist and are still waiting , just saying Update we are still waiting for the other nightstand, we were not complaining after my husband went to the store they apologized and placed the order today was the day my husband called from the office told me to be home for delivery 10 minutes away , they show on time pulled up in front of the house I open garage they sat in the truck saying nothing I started working again then I hear the truck drive off , my husband calls me they called him stating it's not on their truck my husband asked where is it? I came in on a Wednesday night to check out the new store. It's big...and it had some nice dining tables but that was really about it. They don't have their furniture divided into sections so if you were looking for a couch you have to walk across the whole sales floor looking at living room sets mixed in with beds and dining tables. I didn't like the layout of this store at all. The prices were really a hit and miss. Some things were reasonable and others were way too high. The sales people were a little pushy but that was because no one was there and they were desperate to make a sale. With SO much competition this store needs to get better organized or I can't really see them making it. read more

I like Ashley's Furniture because its modern, stylish, and affordable. HOWEVER, the business practices here are terrible. I'm assuming the salespeople here are commission based salaried employees because they are hungry for sales. Immediately when entering, you are greeted by a salesperson. Not so bad. While the in-store experience was acceptable the delivery was horrible. First they were unable to deliver my entire order. I got a mattress & bed frame. They let me know that the delivery would be separate because there was a piece from the Colton store for my bed frame that would make it late. It was inconvenient but I understood it wasn't their fault. What WAS their fault was that I had to track them down myself to find out when my frame would be delivered since they hadn't contacted me about it. When they FINALLY delivered my frame they didn't bring the slats needed for it. They happened to deliver on a Sunday which I (stupidly) thought was perfect since I was able to receive everything. After finding out they were missing the slats I needed for my bed, I was rightfully upset. What kind of company is so unprepared or uncaring that they can't even be bothered to make sure that they have everything before they set off on their deliveries? I should have gone with my first choice for furniture: IKEA, at least I would've had extra pieces instead of missing them. I guess I'm sleeping on the couch tonight until they come. First & last time purchasing from Ashley Furniture. UPDATE: My hand was caught between the bed frame and the bunkie board. I took the mattress off to see if there really was a small chance that it was safe to get on. The bunkie board doesn't even reach both ends of the frame which explains why the bed looked crooked in the picture I posted. It was extremely unprofessional to say "it's okay to sleep on this, just don't move around a lot." NEVER shopping at Ashley Furniture & I will let other people know of my experience so that they can avoid this mess & trash company. read more

Shame on Ashely furniture for taking advantage of a family who has a child with a compromised immune system. During this time in the world companies need to show more compassion toward the people who are most effective by this outbreak. Ashley furniture is expressing they only are protecting their profit which in turn is stealing from people in need. I was delivered a defective piece of furniture and now Ashley furniture is refusing to honor any of their agreements or even adapt to these time of crisis for elderly and cancer patients. Please, save yourself the headache and frustrations. DO NOT pay for the extra furniture warranty with Protectall. It's incompetence at its best. They have scheduled 3 appointments with me to have a technician come out to replace the USB modules on the recliner/sofa and loveseat. First apptment, the technician wasn't given the correct address on the work order, so he just left instead of waiting to receive the correct address with his dispatcher. Second apptment, technician arrived but just took pictures. Ok, I took pictures when I filed the claim. He said they take pictures because they don't carry the parts with them, Protectall has to order the parts....WHAT! So the technician leaves. I follow up 5 days later, after not receiving a phone call and now I'm being told that the parts would be delivered to me (how do you know I'll be home) and once they are delivered, I'm to call back and someone will come out again. Wait, let me not forget the part about, when scheduling an apptment, they don't give you the time, they call you the day before the apptment and tell you what time they will be there. So I feel sorry for working people, you will either have to lie and call in sick or tell your employer the day before that you will be off the next day. Don't do it, I probably could have found a handyman who could have fixed the problem. read more

Worst customer service ever!!!! What ever you do never deal with this company!!!!! I bought some furniture in December so we could have it for Christmas. When the delivery came they gave us the wrong bed. My son signed for the bed and we didn't realize it was the wrong bed till we got home. We immediately tried to call the store but couldn't get through. We immediately went to the store and that is when the craziness started. Evidently the salesmen wrote down the wrong number for the bed we wanted. Who ever checks the number??? At the start they said the furniture was signed for and we could not return it and get the bed we wanted???? They said there was nothing we could do because the furniture was signed for. We could not return or exchange it. The manager with a neck tattoo got threatening towards us when we wouldn't accept this. When we let them know our underage son signed for the furniture and we were going to take them to court they finally said that they would exchange the bed for the one we wanted. But it never came???? They kept on changing the delivery date and finally never showed up??? I called the credit company and they said they would have the store contact me and they froze my account. Nobody ever contacted me from the store. Now I just got a letter saying that the credit company looked into it and I got a bed so I have to pay for it. Never ever shop here.... they are very dishonest. It is a real shame they wouldn't own up to an honest mistake and make it right. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I received my order (an outdoor sectional) that arrived damaged! The furniture was cracked and the cushions look like they've been driven over by truck tires. I have called Ashley Customer Service 11 times and continue to get disconnected! I've emailed their customer service & received a response stating "at this time they are NOT responding to emails". After spending 7k on a mattress and adjustable base that I was not pleased with upon delivery and set up, they refused to exchange or return any piece citing after it has been delivered we can't take it back.....And this was on the same day it was delivered! The dresser they delivered was damaged too. After a week they eventually sent someone out to adjust the bed that was not set up properly which I had not slept in since it was delivered. They will never get anymore of my money. Save yourself time and frustration. Shop some where that will allow you to make returns if you are not pleased with your purchase. read more

This location is so unprofessional. I ordered a bed and dresser with a mirror from this company over a month and a half ago. So the delivery was scheduled for this last Saturday and they moved the original time from 8-12pm to 2pm-6pm. Okay not a big deal. So 6 goes by 8 goes no call. I call them they said closer to 9/9:30. Not too happy about it but what can I do? 11:15pm the help comes and they come upstairs and 10 Mins later come back upstairs and says we are not taking it off the truck it is too late. So we go to the store the Sunday morning as soon as they open ask to speak to a manager. She helped us to the best of her ability. She got us scheduled for today(Tuesday) and they say they will be there at a certain time get there before we do then leave because we weren't there when they scheduled a time. I don't believe it's our fault you came early when we had a scheduled time. So i call tonight say that we have to continue sleeping on the floor until Friday. Which I'm not even trying to take off work for because they have lied before and I just want my bed and dresser that i was originally excited to buy.
