BEWARE OF THIS CO: If I could give this Co less than 1 star I would. I went to this Co to purchase a mattress for my bedroom. I have bought many mattresses before but with my permanent back injury the choice was more important than ever. I went to several stores for comparisons but I ran into the VP for this Co at their Culver City & Hawthorne location. This Rep named David who was fully aware of my 9 herniated discs assured me that his recommendation was strictly based on my condition. LIE! He told me the 4th of July sale had been extended & that my mattress was 1 price & another price for the mattress & power base. MORE LIES. When David met me the first time I was walking, the 2nd time in less than a wk I was in pain & on crutches. Upon speaking to the rude warranty associate Linda she stated that the power base Id been delivered was free so he never gave the upgraded power base nor was there ever a rate discount. JUST LIES TO A DISABLED CONSUMER. The cooling gel on the mattress does not work & they do not guarantee it once you buy it. I sweat through my entire pjs within 2 hrs. I woke up 3xs in the night & the power base was not comfortable like the 1 used in the showroom. I spent $2500 on a masters that feels no better than the ones I'd spent $800 on in the past. The delivery guys tore & stapled the base which was not the base I was told I'd receive. Linda was rude asf & said I'll have to transfer your concerns bcuz it's not a warranty issue then proceeded to hang up in my face. I thought they were a reputable Co but it seems more like an expansive mom and pop Company out for every dollar they can get. SMH. They refused to deal with the fact that their VP out right lied to sell a permanently injured woman a bad mattress with the wrong power base. To add insult to injury, they scheduled another delivery 4 the damaged power base wo any notification, consideration or confirmation for my schedule. I am totally disgusted & dissatisfied with this purchase, the lack of responsibility & integrity of this Co. Do Not Waste Your Time or Hard Earned Money. read more

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I have NEVER had a worse experience with a sales person (this includes all of the car salesmen that I have encountered, and that should tell you something!). The second I walked through the door the tweaked-out blonde sales woman was on me like a hawk. I was very honest with her and told her I was looking to TEST the mattresses and get a feel for the pricing of the ones that I liked the most. Although I was looking to buy, I wanted to take my time deciding and find the right fit. This is an important purchase - and one that I will be living with for at least the next 5 years. Well she was not happy with that and would not leave me alone. She went right to my budget and what I was willing to spend - when I gave her a ballpark figure she said: "Ok. Well you're going to need to get away from all of these mattresses as they are out of your budget." SERIOUSLY!? HOW RUDE! TELL ME AGAIN HOW CHEAP I AM LADY. THAT WILL REALLY SELL ME! The thing is I have the money to buy any bloody mattress in the store - and I might just spend top dollar if I like it enough, but she wouldn't get out of my face long enough for me to try anything! Can't believe the experience I had buying a mattress here..... from the moment I walked in Manuel the salesman of the day greeted me with a smile. I had done a bit of research since I had never bought a mattress in my life. Tempurpedic and beautyrest were the items I had narrowed down while doing research. I have sciatica and lower back problems since I work in railroad maintenance. I spent about 1 hour in the store trying out tempurpedic and spring mattresses. The choice for my back and comfort was clearly a tempurpedic cloud supreme breeze..... delivery was fast and the guys were in time. After spending months with my mom trying to find her the perfect bed, we stopped in the Ortho Store on Rosecrans in Hawthorne one Sunday afternoon and found the perfect bed at a price that we could not turn down. Not only was the salesman Henry patient with my very frugal and demanding mom,he encouraged her to lay and try almost mattress in the store without pressuring her to make a purchased. Now that's what I call customer service. BTW we did purchase an adjustable bed and the futon I sat on while my mom worked Henry, because it was the most comfortable futon I have sat on in a long while. Update the bed we finally purchased was not the mattress we received. Apparently, the one we tried was a floor model and they sold it and had to search another one out from a different store location. It didn't feel the same...
