We purchased a leather sofa and love seat for 6000.00 paid in full. We waited a month for delivery. Upon delivery I noticed the sofa was damaged and I told the delivery people that we could not except it. They said if we send in back it would be another month to 6 weeks to get another one but he would call it in and what will happen is a tech will come out and call for new couch because it is a manufactures damaged. Now the tech (who is very rude and we are his 5th stop) is here talking about repairing and I said no; this is a new couch. I want a another sofa. So...here is his report and he just left... Save your sanity and just don't. First off: the way they put a sales person with you to record what you like is creepy and annoying. No one wants to be followed around when they're just looking. I went in twice. They did not save my choices in their system the first time, so what's the point? Again, creepy. Stop. 2: I actually bought something! Definitely don't do that. I found the sale price online myself. They honored it, but don't tell me you couldn't find it. . Then I made the grave mistake of picking it up myself. When I opened the box, the headboard was destroyed. After many minutes on the phone, I got them to exchange it. But now. They refuse to assemble it! I'm offering pay them to assemble. Nope. We recently moved to Las Vegas and need some furniture. We went to Ashley's furniture store. We were greeted by an associate upon arrival asking us if we needed any help . We pleasantly found the furniture that we were looking for. We placed our order and had the furniture shipped to our home . It arrived 3 days later to our home . Our furniture was white . The delivery men were nice and friendly. My only suggestion would be to offer the white furniture delivery to set up delicate furniture pieces. We found one fingerprint mark on our furniture that we had to clean out. We were pleasantly satisfied with our new furniture. read more

When my boyfriend and I moved into the area, we naturally went shopping for furniture. We stopped at Ashley's and it's been a headache ever since. We had bought an area rug for the living on the weekend of September 19th, and it was delivered a few days later around the 25th, but it was the wrong size rug. So we took it back and went to exchange it, and the whole staff just seemed clueless. The young lady working the customer service desk was visibly annoyed and rude. We brought it back to the location on the 28th of September and were told it would be a few days. After not hearing any type of update or communication, i had to reach out to David, who only gave me the customer service number. Turns out the rug won't even be shipped until October 21st. It just seems like they half ass do anything and want the consumer to figure it out on their own. David was nice, but the company just seems to not value their customers. read more

Terrible Experience -- Misled, Overcharged, and Problem Still Not Solved In September 2025, I went to Ashley Furniture inside Mott Furniture and told the salesperson, James, that I wanted a specific fireplace TV stand, along with several other pieces of furniture. I was very clear about what I wanted -- I even showed him the exact product in-store. He scanned the item right off the floor, and the invoice clearly states "TV stand with fireplace option." I ended up spending several thousand dollars on my order, expecting to get exactly what I was sold. But when the items were delivered, the TV stand came without the fireplace. I went back to the store to fix the issue, and instead of helping, they told me I had bought the version without the fireplace -- despite what the invoice says. Now they're saying it was a mistake on their part, but if I want the fireplace (the one I believed I already paid for), I have to pay even more money. They acknowledge the mistake but refuse to correct it. It's now been days, and they still haven't resolved the problem. This feels like a bait-and-switch. I was sold one thing, received another, and now they're dodging responsibility. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Be extremely careful -- get every detail in writing and double-checked, or you may end up in the same situation. read more

I was "helped" by Felicia with a rug that I already had and asked to pay for. After entering my information on her tablet, she left to go talk to another customer in a different part of the store without a word. We were there for about 10 minutes and asked if she was still helping us. The woman at the back desk got another individual to start helping us to simply take my money. After he told us to come over, Felicia comes racing back and tells me to follow her to a different computer. All in all, it took us 45 minutes to check out for a rug we already picked out a week ago. She was incredibly rude and short--not sure if it was because a commission was only for a rug or not. Very odd experience all around. read more

I would give Ashley Store zero stars if I was able to do so! We placed an order for a living room set and paid for it in full. We were given a date to pick it up but when we did so we were told it wasn't there. No one knew why so they gave us another delivery date a week later. After waiting for 2 weeks we called to check on the time for our delivery and were told our order was canceled. No one knew why.. no one tried to contact us for a refund either. The customer service was very very bad. The manager and supervisor were so rude and not helpful at all. We were given the run around and transferred from person after person in order to figure out what had happened. Still no answers! When we asked for a refund they said they weren't able to process one at the store because they had a new system. I don't recommend buying any furniture from them and will never trust this store again! read more

If I could leave a zero star rating for Ashley's Furniture store, I would. We were uncertain whether Bob's Furniture or Ashley's would provide superior products; however, I can confidently state that Bob's excels in customer service. We purchased a sectional couch from Ashley's Furniture. Upon delivery, I observed cuts on three out of the four pieces that appeared to have been made by a razor while slicing through the plastic. I informed the delivery personnel that I did not wish to accept the damaged furniture. They contacted a customer service line and assured me that Ashley's would rectify the situation. Unbeknownst to me, the delivery personnel are compensated based on the number of deliveries they complete, and I trusted that they would indeed resolve this issue for us. The couch was delivered on August 5, and now, three weeks later, Ashley's has yet to address the problem. I requested a new couch, which is what we paid for, but they are unwilling to accommodate this request. Instead, I was advised that I should have refused the furniture at the time of delivery. We are now left waiting for a service technician to come and (allegedly) reupholster nearly the entire couch. Moreover, when you attempt to call an Ashley's Furniture store, you will find it impossible to speak with anyone at the actual store. The phone number listed online connects to a distant location. You cannot reach a manager or seek any recourse when you receive defective items. We physically visited the Ashley's store and called the listed phone number, which did not ring at the store. In fact, the store manager informed us that he does not handle such issues. We had to wait in line behind four other customers to speak with the customer service manager, while the store manager remained behind the counter without engaging with anyone. In contrast, Bob's delivered the incorrect size dining table. They promptly reordered the correct one for us, removed the wrong table, and delivered the one we ordered without any complications. Without a doubt, choose Bob's Furniture. They offer comparable items, and you will actually receive customer service. I wish we had known this before entering the store. read more

Went in on the Dec/215 location & Angela helped us was really sweet & great sense of humor!! Was helpful with pricing too! We said we would be back the next day but I had some questions before returning.. so I decided to call wellll go figure you cannot get someone to answer the phone here. If that wasn't upsetting I then decided to go to the bigger location as suggested by Angela because the newest location had a wide selection. At this location by IKEA... a sales guy helped us right away we picked out a couch & bdrm set.. he then asked me if I was interested in applying for credit through them so I did but I really didn't want to as I was gonna pay right then and there. But was talked into that and a 6 months lease ... then the guy came back & said is a 12 month lease ok because he could do it that way better for some reason.. we had no idea what was going on at this point!! The salesman was nice but seemed quite a bit confused as he had to ask the manager for help on this like 6 times it was a mess the manager came over to help but sat at a different table and fixed whatever it was.. But then we needed to out 10% down in order to get the deal. So we did! My husband & were still confused on what the salesman was doing. Anyway we made the deal and our couch was delivered 3 days later but the guys that delivered it had dirty hands & made the couch dirty.. so that was upsetting he tried to get it out but anyways... didn't even connect the couch as it still was able to pull apart.. because we needed to move it a lil! Then we find out they charged us 2 times and my credit says I'm in a negative-1000$ tried to correct this but I called the CC Company they said to contact Ashley NOPE you cannot get a live person or manager on the phone Only Customer Service and they are no help because there hands are tide because they can only see what we see. It's a mess we haven't even gotten our bdrm set yet and I'm ready to cancel it. I am so fed up!! Spent 5000$ and can't even get a hold of the sales rep that helped us or a manager!!!! Once they have your number it's an automatic message from them when you call and none of the choices are to talk with a live person. So I have to physically go in and complain. I have talked to multiple people in customer service and still have not gotten this straight. At this point I would not purchase from Ashley Furniture everrrr again! Shopped at the Decauter Blvd store. The sales person there was very nice but the manager David knew Less than nothing, if that's possible. Blamed everything on corporate. I spent over $5000 on new furniture and was very happy with my purchase. Then I wanted to make changes and good luck getting in touch with them. The number on the sales persons card was AI that had 4 options. None of which to talk to a real person. I googled store numbers and every one I called was the same AI. I had to go to the store to make a change which was outrageous. I cancelled an item and then the refund to my card was $184.00 short. I finally found a corporate number and after 3 calls and promises to make it right, guess what, i haven't heard a thing in 10 days. I called corporate and wanted them to connect me to the store and they can't. They actually said just go to the store. So guess what, I cancelled the whole order and I will never step foot in another Ashley store again. It's not the local store, it's corporate. I tried to give them some business but no luck. So I want to tried and true at RC Willey. I just sorry I tried to stray from them. If you want service and good furniture go to RC Willey. I purchased a sofa and love seat on Nov 16th and requested it be delivered on Dec 28th. I received a call from Ashely on Dec 26th saying that they did not have the love seat available until after Dec 30th. I gave Ashley 6 weeks to make sure I would receive my furniture on time. All they can say is that they are sorry. I don't understand why they could not keep their commitment to deliver my furniture at the agreed time. It was not like I wanted it next day. I am very disappointed with Ashley Furniture and I am considering canceling my purchase. I don't understand why they could not have my furniture available after giving them 6 weeks. I requested to speak to a manager all she could say was that she was sorry. She offered nothing to help rectify the problem. I now need to make other arrangements. Poor customer service. read more

Service: truly sad how you ordered something from the store, the salesperson made good promises of the merchandise being available to you and you are the first on the list, and how he can pushed to get the merchandise to you by xx dates first date of expectation, no calls or anything, i call and was told by a call center in Malaysia the dates had slid, second date scheduled and confirmed with the representative second date, a month later, slid again because they have a backlog, new date scheduled and confirmed with the Representative third date, slid by two weeks because they have all the merchandise not once was a call made by this store or my Salesperson- Benz to tell me what happened. I called on the third date delayed and left a message for him to call. Someone took a message and no call back from the time we paid to the time we got the merchandise was 3 months plus later. When it arrived it had noticeable stains but my husband didn't want to deal with the hassle of calling in for a claim. Because even though the delivery men took the pictures and call in to submit a claim while still in our house, i received an email asking me to submit pictures and file a claim. overall, if you want heartburn and sitting on the ground or camping chairs for 3 months or more..take your chance. Ashley Furniture lost a good customer. My mother's living room furniture came from a now closed store in Las Vegas. Yesterday, my mom and I went looking for an additional piece of furniture. We started by making a phone call to one of Ashley's local stores. You don't reach a local store. If you're lucky you will reach an out-of-the country operator. So, then we went to the store on Decatur. She was ready to pay for a nice desk, but when the salesperson discovered that she doesn't use a cellphone or a computer, all business was over. Instead of trying his best to workaround the situation, he said, "you could try another store". I get it that many people love this new brand of all texting and not working with people, but we don't. Ashley has joined the ranks of online BULLSHIT retailers. They can take their high tech version of retail and put it where....... We're never going back to a store that does not answer the phone, can't do a transaction with people who are not tech geeks, and does not offer a phone number for the customer to reach the delivery service. If you're a tech savvy person who works with companies like this, that's your choice, but consider buying from RC Willy. They aren't perfect either, but real people answer the phone. And, BTW, they are people who work at the store where you will be going to shop. read more

Ashley furniture uses a company called Reguard for warranty of furniture Never buy a warranty with Reguard. They have been going back and forth with emails with me for at least a month just to replace remote for relcliner. First it was a picture, and they asked that several times, then date of purchase they have that info , then is it a home or residence then I needed to tip the chair and get serial number which was in foot rest that won't open because the remote doesn't work Anyway to small claims court we go they try to wear you out so they don't have to honor the warranty you purchased I called Ashley too and they gave me the run around too read more

I had a terrible experience with this store. My sales rep, Liz seems only interested in making a sale and provided no real customer support. I received no tracking number and my order was left outside my house for days. When I needed to change the sofa's orientation, they told me to place a new order. The delivery team was also terrible. They didn't check my sofa and told me it was incorrect and took away. Liz called me to discuss reordering, and it took again 2 more weeks. Communication with customer service is a nightmare; they just transferred you to a call center that agents can't understand (from somewhere else not in the US) Please beware of shopping here!!! read more

The team at Ashley couldn't deliver our order the same day splitting our delivery into two delivery dates. On the first date damage was done to our staircase. My in-laws were there to receive the delivery and told us right away taking the pictures of the damage. This was reported the same day to Ashley. They failed to respond to us and when we called to follow up they stated it was denied but could not provide proof that their delivery team took pictures of preexisting damage. This damage would have been indicated by our realtor and the inspection. We even have a video of that the realtor took since we had to buy the property out of state. Next, they failed to deliver the cord to my son's light up headboard. We took pictures of the missing component and the technician they sent didn't have the part. I had to finish the light kit myself when the missing piece was shipped. On the day my own bed for the master bedroom was to be delivered they had the wrong slats and could not finish putting it together. Furthermore, they didn't use blankets to protect our floors. I also didn't see them take any pictures...Since they could not put the bed together we went in to complain to the manager. He couldn't issue our refund for the item they failed to deliver until the next day. I hope to get my money back for the bed tomorrow and never deal with Ashley again. They don't take responsibility or hire people that take responsibility. I'd rather pay more somewhere else that takes responsibility and pride in what they do. Buyer beware. read more

DON't DO IT! We went to the Decatur store and purchased a leather sofa for $3400; we were promised delivery on this past Wednesday, 15 days from purchase date. We received emails assuring us it would be delivered, but when we called the morning of to confirm with our order #, we were told that the furniture was not even in the Southern Callifornia warehouse yet. Later when we wanted to know a time for the delivery, we went on the site to double check, we entered in the order number, and it immediately responded that they have NO order with that number. We entered our phone number and there was no order with that phone number. We tried phoning the store and the customer service phone number and regardless of what number we used we were routed to the Philippines. Two days later, we called Customer Service again and the representative told us that the sofa had been delivered on Wednesday. Nope. The Chat bot was hit or miss on whether or not they could find an order at all. The only thing I'm sure of is that our credit card was billed. And we gave our old sofa away to make room for the one we paid for...next step is to go to the store, if it is still there. read more

So I am trying to place an order for a queen bed in Las Vegas. When I called the store, they told me they would not apply my military discount over the phone. So I went online to complete my purchase. While the military discount can be applied online, I cannot pay for assembly online, only in the store. This is very frustrating and inconvenient as a customer. One thing can be done in store but not online and one thing can be done online but not over the phone. Just does not make much sense.
